I cannot praise their service enough. On top of just being able to walk in and have like minded competitor geeks happily help me out with my weird tech problems, they also had everything I needed right there and sold it to me for cheaper than you can find anywhere. They were so helpful it may have been the best experience I have ever had shaping anywhere bar none. Thank you guys so much for your awesomeness.

Having to bring five kids home to school online while also having to teach online in the other room was a challenge to our budget, our internet capacity and our sanity. ha ha Josh at Rexburg Computer was able to address all of our issues creatively, economically and with quality. We were grateful that he was willing to come out to the house and patiently listen to both our needs and wants. Whether it was satisfying both the gamers, zoom schoolers and the professor or something tricky like installing cable in our older home, updating drives or insuring strong signal- we challenged them in every way. Ive been into The Computer Store several times. The most recent time was absolutely awesome. I brought in a broken component and left quickly with a great fix. The staff is crazy helpful and skilled. They will give any problem a genuine go at a permanent fix. They are great to work with. Ill keep coming back.

Rexburg Computer did a great job getting my printer back online. It cost $20 to clean the ink heads instead of $700 to replace the printer. Josh really went the extra mile and didn’t give up on a hard fix. Thank you.

I bought a refurbished laptop here a couple of months ago. It was initially a bit pricey for being class C refurbished; however, they were flexible on the price and gave me a discount for trading in my old laptop. Just this week, I noticed a couple of issues with the computer they sold, so I took it in and they fixed it free of charge within a couple of hours. Overall, really good customer service! They are a bit pricey, but theyll take care of you.

Josh is very informative and is quick with repairs. Ive brought my laptop in a few times and he always knows what’s wrong and how to fix it. Would definitely recommend this place for any repairs needed.

Nick at Rexburg Computer did an excellent job of up grading my PC that had been in storage for over five years and still had Windows Vista on it. He saved all my data into one file and installed Windows 10. I highly recommend Rexburg Computer and I hope they are around many years from now.

I have been impressed with the thoroughness of the work performed. The staff have been pleasant and helpful every time I needed assistance. I have needed to stop in several times for guidance when there has been a change in a software program or something else I do not understand. They have been happy to help. Took my computer in because the hard drive failed. I received help right away and they started working on it promptly. They ran into some problems along the way but still managed to fix my laptop for me. Very nice people, they know their stuff! Excellent service! Highly recommend!

The hinge on my computer broke, and they were very patient and professional, and called me about everything to keep me informed. When it turned out to be too expensive to fix, I came in to pick up my laptop with the hinge still broken, and they had been able to mess with the hinge a bit to make it close!!! They didnt charge me any extra for the fix! Fantastic service.

Showed up at 10am on March 19th 2019 2019 waited until 11am hoping someone would be here to take a look at my laptop. Unfortunately i wasnt helped because no one showed up after an hour of then being open.

I took my computer to have it diagnosed. I thought I had a problem with the PSU but they told me it was the CPU. I bought a new CPU, replaced it, and it still didnt work. I called a friend and in 1 minute he found out that one of the PSU cords was loose and a little later he found out that nothing was wrong with my old CPU. They cost me a lot of money I didnt need to spend.
