Got a great, clean haircut here. I reserved a spot online and so there was only about a 2 minute wait. I didnt get the womans name who cut my hair, but she was very friendly and did a great job. I believe it was $16 for a mens cut. Will be coming back to this location soon!

Got a haircut and absolutely hate it. I asked for just the split ends off. I told her that I want to keep my hair long but I also want it healthy, so whatever length she would recommend for my split ends. She recommend around half an inch. Later that day I go through my hair and still find split ends! Some are a couple of millimeters long while others are over an inch!!! This makes me so mad when she reassured me that all my split ends would be gone. Also, my hair is uneven in the back. Now I have to go to another hairdresser to get my hair taken care of. Even though the staff was friendly I will not recommend going here at all!

Ive been getting my haircut cut here for over a year now. The staff has been phenomenal, always professional and Ive always gotten a great cut. Theyve always been able to work with pictures I have and even asked to see the pictures again mid cut just to make sure theyre getting it as close as possible to what I want (something I highly appreciated). I felt confident getting my haircut from anyone that worked there for the past year. Today was my first bad experience, and it was truly awful. Its quite possibly the worst haircut Ive ever gotten in the past year and a half. The person who cut my hair didnt really listen to what I wanted at all and basically ignored the pictures I had shown him, giving me a haircut I didnt want. I would recommend this place to any guy, just make sure its one of the girls cutting your hair and not the guy that works there.

We had an appointment here at 3:30 took them 30 minutes for them to get to us. Then they took someone who did not have an appointment over us because he was waiting longer. Would not recommend

Hailey, Venice, and Mattie are amazing. They were absolutely wonderful. First off they were givem quiet a task of super long, and super thick hair. I cant Express how wonderful of a job they did. They made us feel so comfortable and cut our hair beyond our expectations!

Decent prices for a haircut, but you need to be very specific about what you want. Told my hairdresser to give me a 2 to 1 guard fade on the sides and got a 2 all around. she insisted that she knew what she was doing so I guess my paying for a certain hairstyle is overridden? Just be careful and constantly repeat what you want done Id you feel unsure about whats going on.

I got one of the best haircuts Ive ever gotten here. Im someone who cares a lot about the small details and spend time every day to make sure my hair looks just right. Kacie cut my hair and she did an AMAZING job. She would answer all my questions, offer different options and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her!

Good haircut, the hair stylists seem more preoccupied with talking than actually cutting hair and it ended up taking longer than it should have because of it. Otherwise a great place.

The people were very nice. I waited over 20 minutes even when making an appointment online. My haircut was messed up. Thats the short story.To explain. My troubles started with the app, it said the average wait time was 20 minutes. When I try to check in, the earliest time I can “reserve” for (its not really a reservation) was 45 minutes out. I come 5 minutes before my “reserved” time and dont get in a chair until 20 minutes after my “booked” time. I figured checking in on the app would get me in a chair faster, maybe it was a bad day. The wait is not the reason for the 2 stars. Next, I asked for a relatively simple hair cut. (2 on the side and blend to the top. So only very minor work on top) To spare an explanation, the haircut was odd enough I buzzed the top of my head. It was blended way too far on top of my head... Also, to make it worse, “squaring off your side burns” means cutting them all the way off....I did not have a good experience other then how nice they were there. Maybe I had a hair stylist that was new, or maybe I did not explain my self too well. I would think if I did not explain my self well enough it is the job of the hair stylist to keep asking questions until she is confident to cut my hair.All in all, if you want to pay 16 bucks, buzz your hair yourself after and lose your side burns then this is the place for you. I will cut my hair my self before I come back here.

I gave her a picture of a past bang cut and told her how it was done. She cut my bangs WAY to short and then charged me more than what I was quoted for a bang trim.I now think paying $16 at a more professional salon would have been worth savings me the embarrassment.

I asked for half an inch off the top and she nearly cut it all off, her excuse was because my hair was too curly and hard to tell for her how much she was cutting off. I asked for a zero low fade and she kept using ones or twos and then I asked her nicely once again and her response was,” ohh you want a real zero.” I am disappointed.

I used to hate getting my hair cut at Supercuts but this location has very talented employees and they always do a good job! They really listen to what I want and are willing to take extra time if I want something changed.

I now live in Utah and still make a point to get my hair done with the manager Daymia. She is the absolute best! She works harder than anyone I know and is the only person who has been able to take my limp, lifeless hair and cut it in a way that gives it body while staying low maintenance. The rest of the staff is always very positive as well and everything is kept extremely clean. Im always impressed!

I loved my whole experience. I called before I came and the lovely lady said it would be no trouble to make me an appointment in 20 minutes so I wouldnt have to wait. I was able to walk right in and there was a man who was there right before me and they didnt take long to get to him. I loved it!

Amber is absolutely amazing! My husband has had his hair cut twice now by Amber and both times have been great. Hes growing it out and needed to help to figure out exactly what he wanted and needed and Amber was extremely helpful and encouraging! They got him in really fast and the haircut was quick and clean. My husband went in for a cut and the stylist didn’t say one work to him except for when she asked what he wanted; was not very welcoming! Also she did a good job on the top of his head but she didn’t even out the back of his neck probably won’t be back! Over priced for a ok hair job!

Its been a while since Ive had a haircut, but the length and style was just what I wanted again and it was perfect.

Got a great haircut here. I get super frustrated when my sides dont blend to the top of my hair and that wasnt an issue here. Really short wait time and the stylists were friendly. Their app also will tell you what the wait time is if you need to just walk in. Prices were affordable and it was better than running the risk of going to a hair school!

Love it they have fixed many of the haircuts that my kids and I have gotten from other hair salons. All the girls are so nice and I love the new digital rewards program!

We took our one year old son in for a haircut, which he hates. Alexis was amazing, she was so patient with him and his haircut looks great! He even smiled at her afterwards! We will definitely be coming back!

I came here to get a simple trim about a month ago. Just three inches, not a big change. The girl who did it (cant remember her name), did an atrocious job. I have naturally curly hair and so I didnt notice it until I straightened it, but none of it is even or close to it. Chunks are longer, chunks are shorter. One side is longer than the other. It is very noticeable, unfortunately. My baby sister could do a better job. You have lost me as a customer if you arent hiring hair stylists who at least try to do a decent job.

I have been going here since they opened about two years ago and almost every time I call to put my name on the list, I ask how long the wait is and they say 20 minutes every time. Every time its longer than that, I kept going because it was only an extra 10-15min longer. But about half the time I go now Im waiting almost 30-60 longer then the time they told to come in. I dont think its right for a company to be dishonest.

You cant beat the value, especially with the student discount. I have had my hair cut twice so far and it has turned out great both times. The hairdressers are always really friendly and fun to talk to.

Hair cuts are nothing to professional but they are good enough plus staff is always friendly. Definitely suggest calling ahead as they can get extremely busy exspicially during the start and end of BYU semesters.

They do a good job for trims and basic cuts and are very reasonably priced! For someone who has to get their hair cut once a month, Supercuts is perfect for my needs and my budget.

They did really good. The graffiti salon was booked for 3 days in advance, but these guys got me in within a half hour. My hair looks great, and its cheaper than presses in Idaho falls. $12.

I’m not one to bash on someone for doing their job. I wasn’t too impressed with the haircut. The people were extremely kind, but when I had told the lady not to cut my hair too short because I like to spike it, she must’ve ignored it. My hair is way too short! Luckily, hair grows back.

I went here to get my hair trimmed and wanted to have my hair look nice before I have my baby and the guy cuting my hair was nice but a little awkward. He asked if i wanted my hair washed I said sure. I have had it was there before and they did great. Well thats been 2 years. He barely cut any hair off and you cant even tell its been cut. And what ever he put in my hair for the wash and after stunk so bad and was so strong by the time I got home I had a head ache from the smell, I had to rewash my hair. When I washed my hair it still had this greesy feeling to it, and after washing it again i could still smell whatever he had put in it. Plus after he got done cutting it he took off the cover and said ok all done. My hair was still went and usually they dry it when they wash it Obviously not any more. By the time I paid (way to much for the service i got) and got to my car I was in tears. Yes Im an emotional pregnant woman but still really how many women like walking out from a hair cut with wet hair and havthings to do, not me.

Was sat down and started cutting my hair within 3 min of entering the store with no appointment. They did a great job with my hair most places end up messing it up, and they were very friendly and got it done in a little under 15 minutes too. I would definently recommend going here to anyone.

This place is horrible. I whent to get my bangs cut, and the girl who did my hair almost completely ruined it. Her supervisor had to come and fix her mistake, then, she told me to go home and wash it and if I still didnt like it to come back. Customer service was terrible, the cut was terrible, it was just a reall really bad experience overall.

I told the barber how I wanted my hair exactly. They chopped off more than I wanted and put my part in a place I didn’t even know existed. Poor communication on the stylists part.

Not good service! Set up appointment to get hair colored. After driving one hour to get there they told me they couldn’t do it because other people came in. They were snotty when I voiced that I was upset about it. It is too bad because they are usually very nice. We have used them several times. Well, after this uncomfortable and inconvenient experience, we will NOT be going there again.

They’re pretty good and a fair price, however, if you get distracted they will do more than what you asked. Either know what you really want or watch the stylist.

Great haircut, I loved how it looked and all the people were super friendly! It cost about 15 bucks with nothing extra, just the cut which I guess is a little more than some oyher places but Im not complaining.

Supercuts is one of the greatest salons that I have ever worked for, with the ongoing education , continued opportunities to move up in the company, insurance bonuses, paid holidays, our owners treat all of their stylist like we are part of their family, we are all treated with love and respect, I cant say enough about the pocatello supercuts! Im very blessed to have the opportunity to work here.

Had bad experiences with the Supercuts by Wal-Mart, but this one was better and the lady (Im sad that I forgot her name) was very accomodating and nice! The wait time was still a little ridiculous and theyre generally understaffed.

Its Supercuts. Ive never been to a Supercuts in the US that was amazing. Each time I go in I never know what Im going to look like. Theyre fast but they never do what I want for my hair. Its always different. I go here because its cheap and my hair grows fast so I dont mind if they mess up. If you want quality go to Graffiti but youll be paying more for a better haircut everytime. Supercuts has a time limit that they have to finish haircuts which I think is weird especially when theres two supercuts in Rexburg.

If you have the supercuts app you can schedule with the app and jump to the front of the list. So even if there is a big line when you get there you are at the front. The hair cuts dont take much time and are professional.

I always have gone to Supercuts but this one is ridiculous. Ive been to this location 3 times and I called in to set an appointment every time. When I got there I still had to wait at least 30 minutes, the longest being over an hour. It completely defeated the point of making an appointment. I just wish they would tell me the ACTUAL time they would be ready.

I went in for a trim and some layers. Storie did a fantastic job and listened to my concerns as I have curly hair that can go crazy very quickly.

Longest wait time ever. They said it would be about an hour and a half wait time, but it was more like 2 and a half. I finally left after a while. I get it that I was a walk in, but I was 8th on the list and I ended up being like 12th because they didnt include people who had called in earlier. They should have had more people in since it was so busy.
