My dog decided to test the strength of my Samsung Galaxy S8+ Touch Screen.....he wonI called just minutes before closing and the representative was more than happy to help. He checked inventory to ensure product was on hand and I made an online appointment for early next morning. Very quick and professional service. Repair was flawless. They assisted me in choosing a more protective (dog proof) case.We talked a bit about flashlights while I was waiting because when you live out in the boonies...you need a powerful light.. OH YEA....The LED light they recommended is the best ever...I bought the adjustable beam....That thing on flood setting... lights up the whole yard...and then some. The focused beam is simply crazy bright at a very long distance.Thank you for the EXCELLENT service...I will be back...and hopefully not for another touch screen.

I loved that I could make an appointment online and then drop off my phone to have the battery replaced. Employees were very pleasant and informative letting me know of other repairs they can do to my iphone if needed.

The techs at Batteries+Bulbs took care of my iPhones cracked screen quickly and thoroughly and I even found some energy-saving low heat light bulbs to replace some old ones that were getting too hot and using way too much electricity. Their repair prices and product prices were fair and reasonable as well. Thanks guys! :)

I was really in a bind when I shattered my glass on the last day of my vacation in Nevada.I needed my screen fix the next morning before I boarded my plane at 10 am & nothing in Carson City was open on a Saturday morning until after 10 am.While I was packing about 3am Saturday morning I tried 1 more time to find a place that was open so I could get my shattered iPhone screen fixed because the glass was literally falling out.I’m so glad that I came across an Add for Batteries Plus in Carson & I was able to make an online appointment for 8:30am Saturday morning & the store was only 15 minutes from the airport. (I put a note into the comments when I made my online appointment stating my predicament. “Crossed my fingers and hoped for the best.”)When I called the store at 8am the repair man already had seen my appointment, understanding my situation he said, “he could get my phone repaired right away & I’d make it to the airport in time.”I was so impressed with the customer service at this store, they really went all out to get my phone fixed so that I could make my flight in time.I was in & out in 30 minutes & made it to the airport with time to spare!Thanks Carson Batteries Plus for going the extra mile and helping out an Alaskan in need.Karita CrowWasilla, Alaska

Repaired my iPhone 7 screen so I can upgrade for the 8. It seemed like it had no issues so I sent it in for the upgrade.Revived a phone call from Sprint saying the phone I send in has an issue with the LCD and I owed them the remaining balance of the phone. Asked them to send it back.Revived the my old iPhone 7 and went back to have them warranty the screen. They had it for 30 minutes then called me saying my phone has a mother board issue and there was nothing they could do for me. Phone worked perfectly before with just a minor crack on the screen. I will not recommended this place.

It was a warranty job for a phone battery but they did it with the same commitment to service as always. My cost? Zero. Happy camper.

These guys took care of my IPhone 6S+ almost dead battery. Robert told me to come back in an hour and it would be ready. It was. They told me I had 1 yr warranty hopefully I don’t need it.. If U need a battery this is the place to go.
