I don’t know where the service advisors go but they do not stay at Dolan Kia. Possibly the good ones are moved to Lexus. I see they have nine service advisers and Kia has one with 14 months experience who is supposed to train two new ones, one coming from sales. Every time I go to Kia there are new service advisers. Upper management is not doing Kia owners any favors by training these people at Kia. I thought I might replace my old Kia with a newer model but I have changed my mind. I just can’t deal with the poor service you are providing. The work done on my car has always been fine but the service department is very hit or miss.
