I like how efficient they are. In and out, prices always stay the same too. Close to me as well so there is that too.

Not pleased. Never actually had to stop service so I could leave a salon due to the nail techs rudeness before yesterday. $20 And as you can see from the picture this is exactly how my nails left the salon. I regret paying her. Hopefully their future clients will get better results and treatment than me.

So usually I love this place... But this last time they didnt get any of my dear skin off of my feet.. which usually they do.. so it was a pot nothing but cute nails🤷

I admit I slept on Reno doing nails for years no one and no nail stop I could find to do designer nails but Queenie and her Co partner will leave you satisfied I had a wonderful experience at Reno nails I was leaving town to come home to Vegas for my 50th b-day celebration the experience was amazing and she made my day even more special she took her time I showed her a picture and she did everything I asked Her to do it was worth every pretty penny I will continue to go to Reno Nails and request for Queenie she will be my nail lady from here on out!!!

The Best Pedicure Ive had! I am a Licensed Nail Technician in Reno and this is the only place I will go! JAY! Clean, relaxing, and affordable. Stop complaining about a $45 Spa Pedicure people! Not their fault you come in once every 5 years! Keep up with your pedis ladies, winter, spring and summer! They wont have to work so hard to fix your jacked up feet.

I’ve been here a couple of times for pedicures and they were OK but nothing special. This time I got a mani-pedi and the mani was horrible so uneven at the cuticle. I’ve had better manicures at the beauty school. I’m looking elsewhere next time.

The staff was awesome and super quick. They were fun and talkative and my nails and toes looked great. They were clean, patient, and sanitized everything thoroughly. I came with a friend and we both got mani pedis and we left in one hour. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My daughter went there to get her nails done, shes 18 years old.She told the nail tech that she wanted regular nails done, coffin style semi- long with jewels on two fingers. She asked her how much she said $40 for set and $5 For jewels. When she was done they charged her credit card $76 for a set. On the price wall it says the charge is $35 for nails. My daughter had no paint on her nails and she charged her for longer nails. The nails were not done right, they were kind of sloppy. I called to tell her that was not right and she was screaming at me. I asked to talk to a manger or owner, she would not let me. She then fabricated that I threatened her when I didnt even come close to that. I told her I was going to come down there and talk to the owner about over charging my daughter. I dont know about you ladies, But I have gone to some of the nicest salons in town, and have not been charged that much for mails ever. I always get Coffin Nails with jewels on two fingers and its $55. Very bad service!

I absolutely love my nails. My nail tech April was amazing. She was very gentle and ask if i liked what she was doing throughout the whole process. And not once did she cut my fingers like so many others have done. She also took her time. I would love to have her every time!

This place seemed really nice, but after 3 days one nail broke and another the gel polish pealed off.

Loved it!!! My friend treated me to a pedicure and it was most excellent, she did an amazing job, very efficient and do a wonderful job, so good I treated myself again the next month. If I didnt live so far away I would definitely treat myself every 6 -8 weeks!but for now Ill go as often as I can get. They are very good at their job.

I go here every other week now to get my nails done. They are very skilled and help when you cant decide what to do. If you show them a picture 99% of the time they will recreate it! My nails always look great afterwards, and the price is unbeatable! I have had three different people and each time they did amazing!

Great service and they give you a free drink with pedicure (bottled water, mimosa, or soda).I would not bother to make an appointment unless you have a specific technician in mind. I made an appointment two weeks in advance for me and my 4 bridesmaids and they didnt honor it-- all 5 of us started and finished at different times, so that was unnecessarily stressful.That being said, there is rarely a long wait if its just you or two people. Theyre great with kids and I love coming here.

I came into spa nails as a walk in, because my nails were completely ruined at a different salon. I had acrylics done by someone who wasnt properly trained and came into spa nails almost in tears to try to get them fixed. Although they were completely booked they found a way to remove the old nails and put on new acrylics in just 45 minutes. Love my new nails and will definitely be returning for all my nail care needs!

I had a very difficult time, after moving from Southern California, finding someone in Reno to match the high quality of product and service I was used to when getting my nails done. Finally I found Mae at Spa Nails. My nails have a flatter nail bed than normal, so acrylics have to be applied correctly and the primer must be top notch in order for them to stay on. When Mae does my nails I can go 3 full weeks between fills is I need to, which has been great since I have traveled so much this summer! The salon is clean and everyone is so professional. The pricing is reasonable and I never feel pressured to upgrade my service. I highly recommend Spa Nails to everyone, especially those who comment on how great my nails look (which happens all the time!). Thanks Mae...You are the best!

Over charged and quality is not good, Ive gone 3 times hoping for a different outcome and each time my acrylics lifted in 2 weeks, 1-2popped off each time..and if painted my nails looks sloppy and lumpy.. I was charged more because I wanted a longer length. Only 1/4inch more then where he was going to initially cut (??!!) Great place to get a pedicure (only), clean atmosphere and free mimosas

I was traveling from out of town & needed a fill-in. I am very particular about my nails. The guy that did my nails did a good job. It felt a little rushed, but my nails looked pretty good.

Lucy did my acrylic nails and she was very helpful! They turned out perfect and the nail salon is always clean and has good air quality. Usually busy so make sure you book an appointment 💕

Not great too expensive and uncomfortable

The service was alright.. I got a gel set, the thumb is slightly crooked, in the sun you can see through the black polish, and tape shouldve been used for some of the designs on my nails. What really ticked me off is when we went to check out, the only male technician made a huge deal about my tip, which was within 15-20%. The woman who did my nails responded very classy by saying it wasnt any of her business. However, because of his reaction, I will not be coming back. Save yourself the $30-50 and go somewhere with better tact.

Employees are extremely nice, adjust easily to your needs and requirements and are very gentle. Nails turned out amazingggg, very impressed.

Spa nails is SO MUCH better than any other salon Ive tried. Nails, massage chairs and mimosas. What could be better? Nancy is fantastic! Anonymous Patriot is just posting lies because his kid was running around like a crazy person and the salon staff got annoyed. Glad you decided to go elsewhere. The rest of us can enjoy our Spa Nails experience.

Horrible experience. A guy did my nails and said he had only been there for about a week because hes constantly traveling. I broke two nails and needed a fill so he redid them and they look totally different from my other nails. Theyre even longer then the rest. He also didnt soak off my acrylic before redoing my broken nails, instead he tried to file it down until it disappeared. Magic nails in the same shopping is much much better!

HORRIBLE! They hurt my nails really bad, the fake nails I got don’t look the way I showed them and super rude people, talking on the phone the whole time, she treated me like a maniquin, speaking in another language that we obviously didn’t know. NEVER COMING BACK.

My nails have never been so DAMAGED until I started coming here .. not only do I have dents on ALL my nails from them filing too much . (Which has never happened to me ) It wasnt until I started taking them off at home with acetone & I saw all the damage . While trying to remove the acrylic with a cuticle pusher the texture was super sticky & gooey!! If using REAl Nail liquid (Monomer ) it should not be sticky or gooey when taking them off ! BEWARE GUYS DONT COME HERE !

Dnt really like they dnt clean their tools like after you give someone a pedicure you should definitely sanitize their tools and not just put them in the drawer and wait for the next customer that’s gross. The full set is ok some time your nails are not the same size only come for a full they can do that gud but pedicure I would never do that again

Worst nail experience I have ever had. They did the absolute minimum and it only lasted 10min for 28 dollars. I am extremely upset and don’t recommend to anyone. My nails look no better now than they did when I walked in!!!!

Horrible quality. Went in to get my nails filled and he is so rough and hit my finger twice with the nail drill. When he painted the gel he didnt do a good job with the coverage you can see the first layer and second layer because he didnt go all the way up on the nail on the second coat. I am just so disappointed with my nails I want to redo them!!! Im planning on going to a different nail salon to fix this MESS!

I just moved from Florida ans nevwr had bad service. If my get or polish came off with in the week they always warranty their work.Spa nails on the other hand does NOT! O spent $200 in one day doing on the July 31st. My granddaughters nail lolish chipped off that very day. My gel peeled and chipped within a few days. I went in today, showed my receipt and the lady in from t was rude and even wirh my receipt refused to redo my help and polish.Dont waste YOUR money. If a company does not warranty their work and cheep polish then its not a place to go.Horrible service!

Unsanitary clippers, rubbed my skin raw with the nail file, uneven acrylic powder, got it all over my skin, crooked nails, everything that could go wrong for nails happened. Then had the nerve to charge $50!!! My roommate got a rash from her pedicure! DO NOT GO HERE!

Ive been to several nail salons in my day and Ive got to say that this has probably been one of the worst ones.I went in there with the intentions of getting a full set. I had a few nails that still needed to be SOAKED OFF first. In most cases and places Ive been ive always have had the remainder of the nails either soaked off first. The young male boy that workd there refused to do that.Instead he took the cuticle cli[ppers and tried prying the nails off my nail bed,naturally it was very painful and when I asked him to stop he insisted this had to be done!I I told him I would take them off myself and id be back in a few minutes.When I returned the shop was closed and he was standing outside by his car smoking a cigarette, I asked him why he didnt tell me the shop was closing and he looked at me like I was crazy.NO customer etiquette what so ever an very rude and unprofessional!!

Friends of mine went for a pedi with my wife yesterday, horrible experience, people were rude, and my friend was going to leave a $20 tip, but, after her experience, she decided not to, and was going to blast them on yelp. We will never go back.
