Absolutely wonderful experience! The ladies here are true artists and very sweet and kind! You will absolutely love it here! My daughter and I came to get a full set each and my daughter brought in a picture and the were able to duplicate the design and it was freehanded! 💖

I showed her a photo of the design and she did a pretty good job. Shape, length, color all on point. A little on pricey side tho, for refill they charged $55 and design was pretty simple so not sure how much would they charge for new full set. I love my nails tho

These girls are amazing! Im not from here so of course I looked at the reviews and loved what I saw. I called and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Kim did an amazing job! She was quick yet efficient, listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I was going for. The salon is clean, beautiful, and very welcoming. I will definitely be back 😊

These ladies are amazing! The service was great and they served wine too. What better way to relax and be pampered. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my nails. They were properly done. I will definitely be going back and I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

I absolutely love the people who work there. The prices are reasonable and they really care about you. I have to say that the girl that does my nails, her name is Kim, she does a great job! I go to her every time. But I look around and everyone seems to be very happy with the other girls.

Love how they took their time with the pedicure and a full set. As well as accommodating a group of 9.

Vibes of the place were good. Pedicure by oneof the guys was good. Manicure was interesting. Started cutting square w/o asking. Asked for rounded tip, she said oval and I ended up with an inconsistent shapes borderline almond. Old gel on natural nail had been wrapped for the pedicure and slid off w/the foil. Tech uses an e file??? to remove what was wiping off. Hot spot filing with two different coarseness of bits until I had rings of fire and the warm water in the bowl was painful to my nailplates. She also chopped up my cuticles but had band aids and Neosporin at her station and was very apologetic. I came in with strong healthy natural nails and left bleeding and unable to get my nails done until the damage grows out. Boyfriends clear coat for his mani was peeling drastically by the end of day. A shame! This place seemed cool.

Went in on a Sunday for a fill and gel polish for my mother. First luaan was in a rush doing my nails, come to find out she had to be at the airport. Noticed the polish looked off (white), but thought it would be alright.Paid over a $100 with tip.Second by Monday the gel was lifting and peeling. went in Tuesday morning to get them fixed, by that afternoon they are lifting and peeling again. Called and let them know and made an appt. For Thursday morning and asked for a new color as obviously it was the polish that was defective. Even as it was being drilled off pieces were peeling off. Asked for a different color as obviously it was the white polish that was defective. Thank them and started to head out, when I get to my car I get a call that they are charging me because I changed color. After having to drive back and forth for a something I already paid for and was not done right I had to pay another $30 dollars plus the tip I left to fix something they were at fault for. $140 dollars for me to never to go back.

Super friendly professionals who do an amazing job! Granted, they are a little more expensive than the big chain salons but the extra $5 is well worth it!

I’m so happy with the way my nails turned out! I got pink/white ombre nails and the lady did them so quickly! They even squeezed my daughter in right before they closed. My daughter asked if we could go back for her birthday to get her nails done again. :)

Everyone here is so friendly and very talented! Last year I was looking for a new salon in Reno and went to 3 different ones before I found Casabella. I was blown away with how good they were and Ive been going to them exclusively ever since. They are very welcoming and greet almost everyone by name when they walk in. They are very sanitary and organized and mindful of social distancing. Also they just added a salon chair for haircuts, color and styling. Ana did my hair yesterday and I love it! After going to one of the highest rated salons in Reno and not getting the look I wanted, Ana was able to do it in one session. 5 stars all the way for Casabella.

If you receive a good service by someone in particular, you may want to make sure you request them again. I must say my visit 2 days ago was very unhappy. The lady that was to a pedicure,, I felt she was just rushing through and doing things backwards from what I was use to seeing the others do..i couldnt enjoy the service.. I paid for something I felt came short in service.

Ive gone here twice now and both times they did not listen to me or do what I had asked. I overheard them complaining if they had to work to hard like I thought that was your job. My nail polish comes off days after going here...But anyways I will definitely not be going back there.

They over booked themselves my nails are crooked and not even the lady was rude and really rough. I asked for glitter and she straight up told me no. Soooooo not worth the 70$

We had a group of 6 that wanted to book an appointment for pedicures about 4 hours before we wanted to come in. We called at least 5 other places in town and were shot down because of low staff (and they were very rude saying they couldn’t and then just hanging up). The lady that took our call was so kind and explained they only had 5 workers but they could do 5 and then the other one but couldn’t do it til 2:30 (the time we wanted anyways!). We showed up and they were all SO NICE, I mean the nicest staff I’ve ever had getting my nails done. They also spoke great English, a lot of other places I feel like they pretend they can’t understand you at all- but we got to chat and they were great. Their service was quick but not rushed and good value. They also offered us wine (red or white) and water while we had our service. One of their staff accidentally grabbed hot wax (originally I wanted to add it and then changed my mind) and then let me have it at no extra cost. Overall, if I could pick this place up and move it back home with me I would absolutely do so. Any time I’m back in Reno I will gladly support them.

Ive never had a pedicure where I dont even get my feet scrubbed or any callus removal at all// or not have my nail tech not know how to remove ingrown toe nails.... AND then pay $55 for it. Never coming back ever again and telling all my friends to never come here..thanks for ripping me off.

One of the nicest owners in the world! All services and reasonable and customer service was exellent!

I was a walk-in customer at around 1:30 on a Friday. The place was full but I didnt wait long for my fill. I was offered a drink and greeted immediately. I sat with the first technician who did the fill part. She was very fast, albeit sometimes distracted with new customers walking in. Then I was shifted over to Tracey who did the color and shaping She did a good job as well. Overall, I wasnt wowed but it was a solid visit.

Had an appointment and they wore 45 min late

My husband and I were there this morning for mani and pedis and at the last minute I asked for my eyebrows to be waxed. All services were AMAZING! In and out in 1 hour. Love this place!

Beautiful nails!

I’m very disappointed in there service, I’ve had my nails for barely a week and there already breaking:( I asked if they could do the marble design they said yes and what I got was nothing like I wanted. I went with my sister and it took 3 different people to do her nails and she still didn’t get the design she wanted, another customer walked in asking for a simple design they couldn’t do that either. I got the matte design and she didn’t cover my entire nails with the matte effect so my nails are shiny and matte I’m embarrassed. I do not recommend I was shocked I paid $120 for 2 sets that we did not like.

LoAnn is great. The facility was clean, good music and they offered me five different beverages. Quality work. I am very pleased. I will be making this my new nail place.

Have gone twice. Service it good, the ladies here are attentive. However in both occasions theyve stated they can do the designs I show them and end up not cutting it. I end up paying the designs but with plain 1 color nails because they couldnt pull it off...

Rhonda did my wedding nails today and while it took awhile (granted I was a TOUGH CASE) she did an excellent job. She did get a cuticle pretty bad but I understand that happens. My nails are fantastic!

The staff was friendly but the girl that did my nails messed them up. Half of them are not straight and I asked her to do round square and the shape of them is totally ugly. I hate my nails and as soon as I can Im getting them redone. Also I originally asked for just the tips to be colored well they said they dont do that so my nails are a solid color. I dont recommend going here.

Me and my bridal part came to this salon the elder nail tech hurt by feet digging under my nails and filing when my nails were already short. Moving onto the mani afterwards I asked for a French tip it was awful I asked for the white to be thinner and being a nail tech myself the white lines were way to thick and so uneven she said I had a crooked index finger NO her paint job was horrible and she cut my finger with her cuticle nippers and made me bleed and I have horrible hang nails now. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. I was really excited about this before my BIG day definitely a let down
