Came as a group of three for pedicures. Called ahead a few hours and they were able to accommodate. Overall pretty nice salon, pretty clean and friendly enough staff. Prices are good, $25 for a standard pedicure and $35 for gel. I docked the star because I did not want a gel pedicure and was never asked. I was just told to choose a color. So that was frustrating but otherwise for the price it was a good value.

I highly recommend NV Nails. Ha is the absolute best to get pedicures, manicures, or acrylic/gel sets from. She is not afraid to go out of the norm to make me happy with my nails, especially since I have a crazy imagination lol. Fantastic staff and great prices. Go to this place!!!

They followed instructions perfectly they did a wonderful job on my daughter and myself they asked how I like my nails often to make sure that I was happy. And they conversated with us the whole time 😊 I will definitely go back again excellent job 😊

Brought my niece in with me yesterday as a walk in the lady’s were really nice and got us in quickly and done super fast love there work so in love with my nails and my Niece loves hers as well! Would recommend definitely going back!!!

I got my nails done here about 1 weeks ago and the lady burnt me with the nail file when I got home my nails were burning and hurting and I have to go get them removed because they got infected. 3 of my fingers started bleeding and the rest were super red and blistering. My mom got hers done and they were nothing what she wanted they made her nails super fat and short

I come here because the location is convenient. They work fast and efficient. But sometimes too fast and a little sloppy, depends on the tech I guess. I only do gel french manicure, so wouldnt know about acrylic. I will still continue to come, so that says something right.

I made an appointment for 1pm and arrived on time. They placed me in a pedicure chair within 10-15 min which was fine. But then I waited 40 minutes for someone to just tell me that someone was going to give me a pedicure. The woman quickly came and rushed a basic pedicure. I don’t see the point in making an appointment.

NV Nails is awesome! Theyre fast and do a quality job. After trying several nail salons I was relieved to find one that I felt comfortable and safe in, that make my nails look stellar and that I can rely on regularly.

Prompt, super friendly && great pricing.My set was 55. Was usually paying 65 other places. Reccomend calling ahead && making appointment. They have pre made styles, of course you can go in && make it your own. Depending on what you want price will go up. Safety && sanitation protocols are in place. They are quick && efficient. I asked && they are busy most days so plan to spend a minute there regardless. Mine was at 3 I was done by 430-5. Deff going back.

Ive been here a few times prior. Couldnt tell you who I saw in the past. But during my most recent visit i was treated by Lynn and she is amazing. My deluxe pedicure was definitely worth it and she didnt rush took her time and made me feel relaxed. Will come to see her again

Second time getting my nails done here and am just as satisfied as the first time. Love this place! I showed the nail artist a picture from my phone and she somehow made mine look better than the pic!

I love what they do to my nails. Theyve always helped me out. My mom goes here, I go here and my daughters love it too. The roof top bar is the best in town.

Great ladies there can usually get you in quickly. Just dont ask for anything fancy, most the time if I want something special, I have to go somewhere else.

I went in TODAY at 12 for a mani/pedi. I was put on the pedi chair and literally had other people come in after me and were helped out before me. No one acknowledged me in the chair and they had me sit there for over 40 minutes. No one let me know what was going on amd so I left. Horrible service. Never have I ever had such a disrespectful experience. Will never be going back to this sorry excuse of a business. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

If I could give half a star I would, this place is terrible. I went in for a pedicure and told the person that I wanted I even showed her from their website which one I wanted, it included the warm towel, mask, and hot stones she didnt do any of it!!!! And when I tried to ask her about it she didnt even let me get a word in she just kept shouting the price. I payed it and when she saw I didnt leave a tip she was not happy about it and practically threw my card and receipt at me.

Took my sister to get nails done they only had one person open so i wait and they let 4 people infront of me

Lovely manicure. My issue is with the environment. The water fountainy display as you enter is filthy. Mold all over. Yuck. Please clean.

I like the way they do nails here. Very nice ladies. Only issues is they change the prices a lot. It starts low by the time its over its well over $20 more than what was quoted. Not sure if they are talking about nails or the customer. Felt better here than I had at magic nail off keystone. Those ladies are definitely talking about there customers badly. Smh. 4 star because price should change so frequently.

Not my regular place but been here before. In the past theyve had long wait times and wasnt very happy. Upon my moat recent visit I was happy to see there barriers per Covid requirements. And got in pretty easily, and loved the lady Lynne was her name. Only complaint is there were kids in without masks.

Nancy is the best!! I have very delicate fragile nails but she makes my manicures last for weeks. I am also very rough on my hands so its a true testament to her craft. I wont be going to anyone else!

$50 for gel pedi and a standard mani. Extremely pleased with the service. The place was busy, but my tech didn’t rush when it was my turn. Overall, totally worth it.Walk ins are welcome and the facility was super clean. I tend to be weary of places without better reviews, but this place deserves higher ratings than it’s been given.

My nails actually stayed on now for over 3 weeks. They are a little uneven, but the paint job wasbeautifil. I think $40 for a full set and $35 for a fill is a bit unusual but the guy that did mine had them done and I was out the door in 40 min.

This place is very unprofessional and rude. paul did a very terrible job the nails where diffrent length and width not what i asked for. when i told him what i wanted he told me it was a waste of time and continued to do as he pleased and keep in mind i payed 75

Fast/Friendly staff. Great place to go with no appointment if you time it right. At their busiest times the wait can be up to an hour. I’ve had manicures, pedicures, full set acrylics, full set hard gel, and fills here over the past 6 years and haven’t ever been unhappy with the service. The only issue is the long wait times, which could be avoided with an appointment 😉

I am obsessed with my new nails!! Hannah at NV nails is so sweet and always does an amazing job!! Very professional and always polite. Even when I brought a complicated design to show her, she was very positive and always makes it look sooo pretty!!Very happy! Great quality for the price too!

My mom called once to ask if they could fix her broken nail (acrylic) and the man answered, “No it’s not our fault you can’t take care of your nails” she was confused and thought he might have been kidding so she said “Wait what?!” And he simply said “Yeah I said that”. I wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone, they have horrid customer service and do no do very good jobs on nails!! This used to be a fantastic place when Liam, Queenie, and Chi were there but ever since they left it has all gone downhill!!

My daughter got her nails done here for a dance. She had previously gotten them done somewhere else and they werent very good. I wasnt very happy that they charged $40 to change the color. She didnt have to replace any of the acrylic tips just changed the color and shaped them better. The establishment was very busy and the girl was nice.

James did my nails for Halloween. He was super fast, confident, and did EXACTLY what I envisioned!! I love them! Im def. Going back to him.

Went in as a walk in even though I had to wait for a full set they attended me quick. I have tried 3 different techs they all do great work. As for a pedicure they aren’t so great. Recommend having full set here only.

Paul does a fabulous job on my nails! My nails do not have a natural Arch and I have had much trouble trying to find a nail technician who knows how to create a natural looking acrylic Arch, until I found Paul. I have followed him for 12 years now and will continue to keep coming back!

I went with a friend not even 2 weeks ago and the quality of the manicures were terrible. My friend specifically asked for a gel manicure, but the lady gave her acrylics anyway. My manicurist did not properly fix the crack in my nail. And now my nail is broken even more, and the gel is already coming off already. Will not be returning!

Got a gel French manicure. Had a little bit of a wait, but as a walk-in, it was understandable. I let the tech do her thing, and my nails turned out great. Looks like I have white tips, but no tips were use, just my own nails beneath the gel. Good service and great results. Cant complain!

They have the worst customer service. They get pretty good business based on location and the fact they have been operating for a while so they treat their customer like they are working an assembly line and disposable. If you don’t fill the seat someone else will so they don’t care about being rude or not doing what u want them to do even though you are paying for it. Most of the tech are only capable of doing very basic work and not very clean. Paul the owner and his wife Helen teen to be very rude and Unaccommodating . If you like being charged more for less options and bad service this is ur place. Vanda Nails on Moanna is a great place with much better service and more options for the look you want.

They did a fantastic job on my nails nice employees they have a clean environment and is really gentle and asks you if anythings doesnt feel comfortable if there was a 10 rating ill give them a 100000000000/10 and they let you get refills on your nails which basically means to scrape off the nail polish and the gel and do another art on your nails

Highly DISAPPOINTED ON MY SET!!! Quick service but they rush on your nails to get to the next customer.... how sloppy they did my nail polish makes me upset the most. NEVER GOING BACK.

If you want fast food like area for your nails then I would go here. My feet was still wet when they said your done, I have never had that before at other places.

I went in three weeks and 1 day ago. I originally went in wanting a fill because my original nail lady was booked to far out but I got in almost immediately as a walk in at NV NAILS! I saw Nancy who did an EXCELLENT job. She gave me exactly what I wanted with the exception she couldn’t do 3D design but it they still came out beautifully and was happy. I was kinda reculant on the price being $80 especially without the 3D design however I figured I’d see how the quality was because I don’t mind spending more if the quality is worth it. I was in and out within an hour when she estimated 1 and a half so that was a major plus it was faster then I expected and also faster then my original nail lady. I was very pleased with the quality as well so the next thing was I wanted to see if they lasted cause thats another important factor because I am so hard on my hards with working a lot and here it is 3 weeks and a day an not lifting or chipping so I canceled my appt with my original nail lady that I been going to for almost a year to go back for my fill and try Nancy out again! Oh! And also, she took off my old set and gave me a fresh set seeing my nail growth was so much under my previous set and it was causing lifting where as my original nail lady is “too busy” to do and you need to replace them and start fresh every now and then so I really liked that Nancy did that as well, also haven’t lost a single rhinestone.

This has been the worst nail salon experience that I have ever had. Being my first time coming here, as well. Normally I get manicures but when I walked in I wanted to try acrylics. Bad choice. The technician was very unsanitary and didnt change his gloves or wash his hands between me and another customer. He was in a big rush and kept looking at the clock as he was doing my nails, many times it hurt a lot when he filed my nails and grasped my fingers very hard. My fingertips are currently very sore and my acrylics look HORRIBLE. I cant even stand looking at my hands. The acrylics are very uneven and extremely chunky in appearance. Also he didnt listen to how I want them and gave me a completely different nail look. Im going back tomorrow morning when they open to have them take off these hideous things. Im extremely unhappy.

Service was terrible.. they rushed & I didn’t get what I wanted they also wanted to charge me $20 more than what I was I was gonna pay to change the color. Don’t waste your time or money on them...Paul made my natural nails so thin and ruined them they cracked easily even with acrylic .. they aren’t careful whatsoever. I decided to switch to Helen but it only got worse . Worst experience, definitely not going back.

I have gone to this location may times for pedicures. They are friendly and often times try to make you laugh while they work. I do make appointments prior to showing up and sometimes still have to wait, but it is never any more than 5-10 minutes. However, they definitely could improve in the scheduling area. I ventured out during my last appointment to get a very basic manicure after my pedicure and despite the fact that I am happy with my pedicures every time, I will not be getting a manicure again. The appointment felt rushed and although I did not plan to get a manicure after my pedicure, (I was offered during the pedicure) they should not try to up-sell if they do not have the time. I gave them an overall rating of 4 because I go there for pedicures and am happy every time.

Helen does a great job on acrylics however Paul is not the one to go to when you want almond shaped acrylics, they were crooked and there was nail polish all over my fingers.

First time customer new in town looking for a new permanent nail shop. Horrible pedicure even when I paid for Deluxe. My New full set only lasted one week before they started breaking. Rude Rude Rude Staff never going back.. Not worth the $90

I have been to this salon at least three times however this will be my last one of the men who works there is very rude he made me feel bad for spending my hard earned money for example shaking his head when i told him i wanted my nails long i know this is extra and im paying for it so i didnt see the problem he made me feel like i was asking for too much....or telling me what i didnt need

This is the greatest nail place in town! They take appointments seriously, so even if you just try calling right before you go and make an appt within 30-60 mins, they will help you over the walk ins.

I got my nails done last week and one has already fallen off. There is lifting on almost all of the nails. I paid $50 for a full set with one flower... he did them in 30 minutes and they are bumpy from leftover acrylic. He didnt trim my cuticles so the nails are uneven and already have a gap. When I asked him to make the flower bigger he said my nails were too small and he couldnt fix it. I went home and made it bigger just fine. I definitely will not be going back and I will make sure everyone i know doesnt go either.
