Love coming here does anyone know if it is reopen yet after the renovation?

I cannot say whether or not the facilities are lovely because I didnt make it in the door.My plan was to get quarters at BoA and do laundry here, but I am very new to town and got disoriented. When I finally saw the laundromat I decided to park and walk across the street for a few rolls of quarters. (Someone in a prior review mentioned that she had trouble getting quarters here and I like to be prepared.)A man came out of the laundromat and told me that I couldnt park in the lot. To be fair, I probably looked suspicious and he probably would have let me stay if I explained myself; however, I am not interested in doing business with the parking police.I gave three stars instead of one because he wasnt super aggressive about it and it does seem like there might be parking issues in the area. I can say that I am now sitting in a different laundromat doing my laundry and will not be back again.

Always clean very affordable free dry. Attendants are very nice and helpful. Owners are very nice . 😊❤😊

Very clean and polite. The lady would come around and whipe down/out the washers/dryers after every use made sure all the trash was taken out and mopped the floors mulitple times. Very clean indead!

Its actually a very clean place and the good thing about it is you pay for the wash but the drying is free Show it comes out to $2.50 per load Not bad

If I must go to a laundromat, this is where I go...there are ENORMOUS washers that can do a comforter or your entire basket of clothes for 8 bucks. There is an attendant on site, and they give you change if needed. The drying is FREE. You can use up to 5 dryers if you like...my only issue is they no longer have hot water to wash. They have shut off air conditioning, and its quite warm. Many of the washers and the dryers are out of commission. The place appears to be on the decline. The location, however, is convenient..

I am on extended vacation and came down to do some laundry, the place opened early and was close to hotel I was staying in. The owners I guess were there provided me with change had a clean bathroom for patrons dryers were free, place is clean,the gentleman working I supposed the owner seen I was having problems came out seen the $4.00 wash machine on rinse cycle was still full of soap so he reset and had rinse cycle run again . That was nice... Ill use again if I need more washing...👖👕🤗

Just went inside and the owner said no children under 17 because they are supposed to be at home quarantined for 3 weeks.. Hello they are on spring break and if she would bother to actually listen to what is being said they ARE NOT QUARANTINED! its March 17th, 2020. I just called KRNV news for clarification and the gentleman said it is NOT MANDATED. He doesnt know why they would be doing that.

This is my spot you wash your clothes there you drive for free and I have a lot of clothes when its time to do laundry so that s*** comes in handy and the little guy that works up front load young dude hes cool s***

My wash load needed 28 minutes, I got back in about 30 min and for whatever reason the attendant felt she need to remove my clothes. Another customer had to let me know that my clothes were moved. When I found her she had placed them in a basket nowhere even near where I had them or a dryer. Dont touch peoples property.

Next door to a donut shop. Not too many people at 6pm on a Saturday. Many machines were out of order. Free dryer if you wash there.

$2 wash Free dry. Not a bad deal but no hot water when I was there due to power outtage. No wifi and I had to find a washer Id want to use. Bolts and hair and yuck in my way. Come on now managers you have to work to keep a customer.

Been going here to wash my laundry for about 5 years now. Best place to come good prices for 6-8 load washers and free drying but Im sure you pay for drying if you decide to bring wet clothes.

Free dryer!!!! Yay!!! But the washers need improving. Most are half there, literally.But the donut shop next door is fabulous. Eat an Apple fritter, and you will just come back for those darn awesome donuts....yum. I left my clothes there, forgotten, because I was too busy getting yelled at by an insane person that needed to inform us he was abducted. Or something like that. I called the place several times to get my clothes back. NO PHONE. And so, I went back the next day, and my clothes were still in the half broken washer. Yay! Free dryer!!!

They do have older machines here but it gets the jib done also They have free dry which is helpful

Recently under new ownership... the new owner makes any excuses possible to not provide laundry services they claim to offer like doing your laundry...most common excuse is that because she is the only one there... she has no other employees therefor laundry services are never provided.... miss the previouse owners they would do your laundry any time of day... I will find a better place in the area and share with everyone where to go instead.

Not clean just sitting in the office while machines and store are dirty, extremely hot no fan or ac.

They are only using COLD WATER!! You pay $2.50 per load and even though you select HOT, you are getting cold..what a rip off..All my clothes had white foam and no I didnt overuse soap.. Im like in my 50s and done at least 40 years of laundry and I know how much soap to use.. Im going back to Champion on Wells..and its $2.25 with free dry.

Drying is free, but washing is a touch expensive ($2.50). I suppose it evens out. The employee I met seemed really nice, albeit distracted. He was doing laundry at the same time and sometimes didnt notice if you tried to get something like change from the window. Many of the machines were broken and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. That said, burning man ended a little while ago, so it may have been the reason this place was a bit grungy.All that in mind, Id recommend this place almost solely due to the free drying. You could probably wash somewhere else if you didnt like the price of washing here.

What a dump! Many of the washers are broken and don’t really wash that well.Dryers are free though so I guess that should make up for it?Will not be returning to this location.
