Super impressed with this establishment. Clean, lots of machines, drop off service available, and a snack bar! Have coffee or a beer while laundering clothes.

I havent been to a laundromat in quite awhile. Boy, did prices ever go up. Its still a nice place.

Nice place to do laundry, friendly folks and decent prices. They also have arcade games, slots and 🍺 if thats your thing.

I don’t normally go to the laundry mat, but I had a ton of laundry to do and wanted it done in one swoop! The ladies here are so amazing very very helpful! Highly recommend if u need a laundry mat to go here!!

I usually go to South Reno location, but there was an incident there, so they were going to open late. What could go wrong with doing laundry? I witnessed a staff member and a customer in a shouting match. Although the customer was in the wrong, why feed the nonsense? This is a beautiful place. However, I prefer the south location.

We had about 5 loads of laundry so this place popped up on the google maps. You can have a beer and a dog while doing your laundry. They have some table top gambling and clean restrooms. You can even have your laundry dropped off and they will do it for you. The machine were updated and clean but a bit pricey. We had no problem being there but if you like feeling secure this may not be the place for you. Some loud music and thought maybe someone was going to ask me for a cigarette( if you know what I mean). Happy laundering!

This Laundromat is always clean and quite. Ive been washing my comforters and blankets that dont fit in my washer here for the past 6 years. I have never had any bad experience during my visits and I always find the big washers available so I dont really wait for availability. I like Duds n Suds and will continue to come to it this place as long as I have big ol blankets.

Arcade games for my kids, beer and snacks, perfect way to do laundry

It was clean with several sizes of washers and dryers. Plenty of seating, video games, slot machines, a snack bar and bar. Also offers wash and fold service. There is also someone on staff if you need halo or change. I did find it to be a little pricey.

Clean establishment. Good machines that dont steal my change. Employees seem unhappy.

Duds n Suds North Side. While working long hours in the area with no time to do laundry. we utilized their drop off laundry service, twice. Both times our laundry was returned folded and bagged but didnt seem like they were fresh and clean. At $12 per pound youd think theyd use good soap, and return your clothes right side out instead of leaving them inside out, but folded. We went there once to do laundry on our own. The facilities are clean but not modern. very expensive. ($3+ for small TOP loader, $6 for front loaders, $8 for extra large front loaders). This shopping center and laundry facility are not the place youd want to spend 2hrs doing laundry. We wont be using them again.

Before the pandemic, this was my second favorite place to drink beer and do laundry. The food is expensive, but the atmosphere was way better than it was at home worth the loveless marriage to the woman who was too hot for me and was finally starting to realize it... but I digress.Now I found out they have a new option for paying someone else to do your laundry, and since the roommates took the washer and dryer when they decided they were to hot for me too, I dont have to spend all that money on beer and hotdogs to drown my sorrows while doing laundry. I can have it done and focus entirely on the drinking and junk food. Somehow, Ive lost weight through this ordeal. Biochem makes no sense...

Clean but expensive 3.75 to wash.. the dryers are not that great it takes a dollar to dry a small load of clothes this place is not cheap probably because they cant sell food and stuffThe dryer 25 cent for 6mins wow bring your saving account .. And the drys dont get that hot to dry your cloths what a rip off

I used to LOVE this place the only issue we had were some rude staff members from time to time. (Not the Guy with the black hair (Adam?). he was great.) But recently the machines werent providing hot water so My wife complained and asked for a refund. the woman could not give less of a care and made it clear there was nothing she would do if she could. She was rude AF so my wife asked for her managers info she told her the manager was unavailable. wouldnt give up her name. said the manager was on vacations for 6 months. must be nice to be on vacation for HALF A YEAR. yea right. so My wife continued to ask for a way to contact the manager going as far saying she would write them a note and that she just wanted a refund. The machine costs $8.00. the Woman whos name is Rae or Ray or whatever said if my wife called her manager she would get fired. She began acting erratic and nervous and finally called her Manager who conveniently returned from vacation apparently. The manager heard only Rays side and told her to call the police on my wife. the police came and told her she had to take her wet clothes out of the machines and leave and that Duds and Suds does this often. they say theres nothing they can do in this scenario. apparently the cashier/janitor who is unfit to handle a small complaint is always right at Duds N Suds.You did us wrong after all the people we told about you. After all the money we pumped into you, you treated us like some vagrant off the street. Not Adam tho. That guy is too good for that place. I hope he finds work more worthy of your high level of hospitality and attentiveness.Im going back and changing all my Duds and Suds reviews across all medias.Thanks for nothing.

This place is great. They have large capacity washers that can wash 4, 6, and 10 loads at once. The awesome thing about this place is that you dont have to pop 24 quarters into a machine. You can ask staff to put it on your credit card and they will start the machine for you, using their key! There are good snacks, soda, wine and beer at reasonable prices. One of the staff members will even show/help you to fold a fitted sheet. Avoid going on Saturday or Sunday if you can because those are definitely their busiest days of the week. They also offer drop off services.

Had to go do my Cal King Comforter. The gal there was.. Fantastic. She mixed me up a potion to help with the cleaning process. Very insightful. Told me which washer would work best. Then showed me how to perfectly dry it without any damage. I was very, very impressed.

I have been doing my laundry here for a year.Sometimes there are really violent movies on, I really hate that, especially when children are in the building.Today I walked in to do my laundry, and the music was so loud, I turned around and left.It was vibrating off the walls loud.I just want to do my laundry, thats all.Now I have to drive far away to do my laundry elsewhere.Thanks for nothing..June 16, 2017I gave your laundry mat more stars.The place has improved.No violent movies, no loud music.The place is clean and I am feeling better about coming here.I really appreciate your efforts!!Update:The music was loud and bouncing off the walls. By far one of the best laundry experiences Ive had in Reno. Very well lit, exceptionally clean (the lady was literally cleaning the machines as people finished with them), and just generally felt good in there. Thanks for the great experience guys!Bar service is available with snacks while you wait in addition to some casino games, arcade games, and TVs scattered around.

Clean and neat friendly staff

Its spacious, bright, and clean with ample room to sit. The machines were decently sized and efficient. The food options and beer were nice while waiting, too. Its not the cheapest place, and their hours end at 9 pm, so its not the most convenient place in town either, but its very comfortable. Wifi is posted on the wall too.I was also happy as an Asian man, to not experience some of the abrasion some places in town had shown me. The onsite staff was, while not overly friendly, certainly polite and willingly helpful.

Very nice staff. Adam and Dominique are fantastic management. Our construction crew came in at 8 pm on a Friday and we were treated very well. Numerous washers and dryers. ALL were operational. Good beer on draft. TVs. Highly recommend.

Some serious weirdos in there at times. I wouldnt go past dark, but Ive never had a bad experience and there is usually a decent movie on to help pass the time. Snacks are pretty good too.

It cost me $20 to do 4 loads of laundry. If u had known it was going to be so expensive I wouldnt have gone there. The washing machines are tiny. Terrible rip off plus the music is so loud in there I cant hear myself think. I wont be back!

Older facility, but always clean! Staff will help pick out machines for efficiency. They will do laundry for you - I let them do my big items.

Not happy with the price for a load of laundry. $3.00! Where I am from it is not this expensive. Also, no food and drink allowed from outside probably because they dont want to clean up after people(its not that hard to clean up after myself), but also because they sell their own concession type food and that would take away from their business, as they are not great options ( candy, nachos and cheese/chili, chips, pretzels, hotdogs, etc)

Nice place to do laundry and a good place for some snacks while you waiting for your clothes to get done I highly recommend it because it has a kids section

It was so noisy with the kids running around, crying and screaming. Kids were climbing in and out of dryers.I have never had this experience here and hope this was an isolated incident.

This place makes washing laundry as good as can be. Play some keno and have a few beers while doing a chore is cool.

Great place great staff.. luke warm hot water.. been going for years.. love it.. just not the fake hot water... dont eat at that Chinese place next door.. its horrible.. Washers get clothes clean as advertised.. Mostly newer Huebsch Originators.. huge capacities available and the dryers are pretty decent..

The best laundromat that I have found in Reno.

It was horrible tthe attendent allen ignored me and was very rude to me when i first entered. I came at 8:15pm loaded washer left out he locked doors at 9pm, i asked to enter at 915pm.he ignored me while counting his drawer very cold outside, he opened door and immediately yelled u cant come back n if u leave out after 9, i said there is no sign ima call the police on you. What did i do say where is the rule so i broke the law? No he dont need to be employed there i have a brain tumor and disable he was very mean to me for nothing

The staff is great. The only downside is that it gets super crowded and the some of the customers can be rude.
