Got my clothes clean and dried with no problems.

Outside is sketchy and the parking lot is muddy in the snow.But the machines and dryers are top notch and it was very clean.

Always clean and quite everything working just needs the inside of the big washers cleaned once and awhile some smell of mold

Walked in the place and went to use the only 50lb machines available. Opened the door to a machine flooded with what looked like sewage. The smell was unforgettable. I will pay extra for the gas and go elsewhere.

Stead Laundry is under new management as of 12/15/2016. Since then all of the machines have been replaced with newer, cleaner and more reliable machines. We now have large capacity washers and more dryers than ever before! The brand new soap dispenser works great. Contact information is posted inside the store. A small laundromat tucked away at the end of a one story building with a paved/gravel parking lot on Stead Boulevard. This was my first time here and although I wasnt impressed, I was grateful that there is a laundromat in the area (I usually go to the one across from the Bonanza Casino, but that one was packed). There are just 2 benches, 2 tables, several washers (various sizes) and dryers; but unfortunately, no restroom and no WiFi (the one Bonanza has WiFi). There is also a change machine which gave me the correct amount of quarters for my $20 bill. Oh, and a taco truck (run by an old Mexican couple) parks in the parking lot on Tuesdays - Sundays, from 4 pm to 10 pm, so I got a nice burrito after I did my laundry (definitely a plus!) - this was the first time Id eaten from this particular truck and I must say it was a nice surprise.Why just 3 stars? No restroom. No WiFi - while Im sure this is probably a cost-saving measure for the owner, it would be a wonderful bonus if you were to have it because people must spend 1/2 hour at a minimum here, so why not give your patrons free WiFi as a way of thanking them for your business? I know that having WiFi would certainly motivate me to check this laundromat first before driving to the one by Bonanza IF free WiFi were an option - just putting this out there. lol And ... the LED display on the regular size washers is so dim, I couldnt tell how much it cost until AFTER I had already put in more quarters than required. The dryers worked well enough - as with any laundromat, there will be those dryers that blow cool (not hot) air regardless of the setting you choose, so you have to play that game and that was the case here.All in all, not a bad place to go when your washer and/or dryer is on the fritz. While a laundromat is not my favorite place to spend time, I didnt mind spending it here as long as its not crowded (there just a few other people there this time), I wouldnt stop here otherwise because its such a small space.

Under new management this year and everything is new and clean. The facility has all new washers and dryers which worked well (we didnt try the soap dispenser, but it appeared to work fine; the manager was on the premises while we were and he emptied money and refilled the dispensers). If you need a laundromat in the Stead area, dont hesitate.

Clean, quiet and nice.

This place is only getting one star because you cant give zero and still leave a review. The machine to dispense detergent was out of order. Out of six loads in washers, four did not properly rinse and left powdered soap residue all over the clothing. These had to be rewashed. The first dryer I attempted to use took one quarter and then would do nothing further. The second dryer door would not latch properly. The third dryer had a faulty start button which I had to continually press to keep the load going. There is no posted information anywhere with contact information for management. There is no attendant in the facility. There is no contact phone number listed online. All in all, I wasted ten dollars here... do not use this laundromat.

Washer machines /dryers are like new got in and got out within an hour and 20 minutes didnt cost me an arm and a leg thank you so much for being here for me

You would never think they would have a laundromat in this spot. It is like an industrial park area and I dont think people would be looking for a laudromat there. There is no tender or host. You basically do your laundry and go. Everyone using the facility was friendly and the place was not the cleanest but it worked for us. I think it is hard to keep it spotless with no one there tending it. It served the purpose for us and the washer and dryers were actually better than most. We would use it again!

Went in there for the first time today since my washer at home broke. Their machine for quarters is broken!! I went to the other places around there and nobody had quarters. I just had to pack my laundry back up and come home!

I also come here every time my washer breaks witch is very unlikley but its and alroght place to wash your cloths if you ever need to visit.

Check this out homeboy you got a booty ass f****** laundromat it ate almost $10 in my quarters, 3 horrible dryers, they are faulty. Two of them dont dry. the washer sucks.your soap dispenser doesnt dispense. theres no contact information and if I have to call some kind of law enforcement authorities to get my f****** money back as your stuff f****** sucks trust and believe I will and if I ever f****** see you is a bad day for everybody. New Management b******* it is New Management that is supposed to be taking care of their place wouldnt be stealing from people because its the only laundromat in this whole freaking side of town. Im ashamed you would take advantage of the people who are paying for your stuff and bills. You are low lifes.

This place is so outdated and old, and these washers are gross and smell like pond water..these washers use about 2 gallons of water per load, Im not exaderating.

Many of the washers and dryers are out of service. The soap dispenser is broken and you cant buy soap. Half of my loads didnt drain and I had to rewash them. The machines ate my coins and didnt return them. Theres no management or contact information posted. Basically the worst laundromat Ive been to.

Not the nicest place. I washed all of my camping gear.

There was literally dog feces EVERYWHERE. Most of the machines were broken, but still took my money anyways. Why this place is still open is beyond me.
