He knew exactly what to do with the setup I have for working from home. I’m the worst when it comes to tech and he 100% took care of us. The Field technician Josh was very professional. He walked me through the install before any work was performed. He was very thorough and made sure my wife was happy with the installation. Ive had 3 different internet providers, and they all fell short in terms of quality and customer service..Ive had Sky Fiber for 2 weeks and the the internet service has been amazing, the customer service was fantastic, and the install was super fast.. Our installer set up our router and even explained all its features... It has been the best experience Ive ever had with any internet provider. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I had a lovely experience! The instal was quick and my service is great(: I really liked the fact that this company makes sure to serve areas others wouldn’t. I live in battle mountain NV and I got pleasantly surprised by the amazing and quick service by both the men who show up and the people at their office! I had my WiFi set up within 3 days , and I was very impressed by the amazing customer service that everyone has who works with them. I would 10/10 recommended skyfiber to anyone, being that the WiFi they provide is amazing and the guys who come out to install it for you are extremely kind and knowledgeable about the work they do!

When we had an issue Kyle and Katlyn were responsive and fixed our problem. I did have a little difficulty getting through at first but once I spoke with them it was great. Both very professional.

Wow! We have been living without a decent internet connection for way too many years! We thought we lived in an abyss of the black hole for data. But today that all changed!!!Today SkyFiber showed up and proved it different. Mike Nelson and his crew of two workers were terrific. They got the job done!!!The installer, David, had to climb a 110 - 120 foot Redwood tree to get a signal with the dish; Joe, the radio-man made sure we had optimum connection. When he told me how “Great” it was l almost didn’t believe him. I said to him, “we have Great connection?” He replied assuredly we did!!! He then connected the router and made sure we knew how everything operated as well as all the electronic devices and television were connected to the wifi!!! No more Satellite!!!We are so pleased with the reception. No more messages of not being connected to the internet!! No more buffering repeatedly and failing to watch television programs, no more disconnecting on zoom!!! We have plenty of bandwidth. The download and upload is just what we needed. It’s fast.I was so thrilled that I jumped into the air and clicked my heals together! Oh! We are savings money to!!! Affordable package choices. No contracts to commit too. Every year the Food Bank of Northern Nevada partners with KTVN to put on the Share Your Christmas Drive-By Food Drive. Sky Fiber provides wireless internet to the Food Bank for the day and they are absolutely wonderful to work with. Tim and Clayton were very responsive via email leading up to the event, their team showed up where and when they were supposed to, and the wireless internet worked perfectly throughout the day. Tim and Clayton even stopped by during the event to see how things were going and to make a donation to the Food Bank! Overall, it was a great experience with Sky Fiber - thank you for being such a wonderful partner to the Food Bank!

Dylan and crew installed the point-to-point wireless internet antenna yesterday. They worked with me to get it installed in a tucked away position with optimal signal strength. They brought cable and terminators to complete a very professional connection to my router, and even fabricated a Cat5 jumper cable which was much better than the prefab cable I was using. Nice job guys! Throughput is quite good, data rate exceeding expectations. A+

Update: I was contacted by a sales person after a local person reached out to their contact there. They stated the sales person I was emailing was no longer with the company, and they hadnt forwarded his email. Process for the order had started again. Will update review with service quality in the future.==========Original review: I received a quote for business service in July. Once the site was ready in September, my finance person noticed the amount was wrong on the quote (they were charging nearly half what we thought it should be, since it was going to be a load-balanced line, not a backup). Attempted with 4 emails to their sales team and two phone calls to get a response over the course of four weeks. Never received a single email reply or phone call back.Obviously there are tons of positive reviews, so maybe I was just an anomaly and YMMV.

Sky fiber is the provider to the my HOA. We have numerous and lengthy outages. The bandwidth is very poor as well.

This company was right on the spot for the first few months. Good service and support. But as time has passed things have gone downhill. Service is spotty and support slow to respond. It would seem they have expanded to the point that product and support is suffering.

Defiantly not a bad internet service if you live rural. Dylan the technician is on point and very responsive with little issues I’ve ran into. I’d say overall a 10/10 customer service.

Sky Fiber is the best internet company we have ever had. Service has only been interrupted 3 times in 5 years and each time they get right on it. Sky Fiber Internet is a complete game changer!For those of us who work from home, but also do not live in the suburbs- where cable is as plentiful as Starbucks- finding a decent internet provider has been as illusive as a white unicorn! Not anymore! Tom, Kyle, and Joshua took on what proved to be a bit more difficult than the average installation project. It took a little extra time, patience, and precision placement of the relay apparatus. Once everything was in place and the SIM card was installed... BINGO! We now have SMOKING FAST INTERNET! This is not only a total game changer, it’s sure to boost the real estate value of every house that has Sky Fiber Internet by easily a million dollars!!! Okay, maybe not a million, but with the availability of this particular technology for areas not served by cable, I can confidently say that the value of these homes will be positively impacted.A HUGE THANKS TO SKY FIBER INTERNET!

I had nothing but problems with this company from day one. I was promised (by their sales person) that I was going to get actual fiber and then the wireless would back it up. All I got was over-prices, spotty service. Every time I needed support it took several tries to get someone. I eventually had to move everything to a data-center and had to get charter cable to replace them in the office. Now, a couple of YEARS after all of this nonsense, I see theyve sent my account to collections - in the middle of global pandemic and financial crisis!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS IMMORAL COMPANY.

Their installation was very thorough and the install site looked great. Tested the signal quality and throughput with their generator since our job trailer was put powered up yet. I was looking for high speed internet in Battle Mountain, NV, and it looked like no one provided it. Then I found Sky Fiber. I called on a Friday and on Monday, Josh Pereyra conducted the installation at my house. He was very motivated and accomplished the job quickly. He used a non-penetrating roof mount kit for the dish, ran the ethernet cable very cleanly into the house, and installed a wifi router that is top of the line. He showed me how to download the app for the router and how to manage it. He also ran multiple speed tests demonstrating to me that I had high speed access. He stayed in touch with me over the next two weeks to ensure that I was happy with the service. Highly recommend. I play online video games, stream videos, run my phone, and laptop simultaneously with no noticeable lag. Download speed is 25mbps, upload speed is 15mbps, and ping is between 30-50ms. They delivered what they promised.

Local guy Mike (?) in Gualala is the best! Took care of us on his off hours. Now cruising at 27 Mbps.

I waited a few days before reviewing to ensure everything was good. The customer service has been GREAT. They installed the equipment very quickly and our internet speed is exactly what it should be. I love that Im actually getting what Im paying!

Dylan arrived and introduced himself. Very courteous and polite guy I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Obviously there was communication between the office and Dylan because he knew exactly what my issue was and he knew what he was going to do. He got right to work, tested my equipment, updated and replaced what he needed to, tested with and without the router and he was done! One of the best experiences I have had with SkyFiber.

When we scheduled the appointment, we were told that installation would be between 8-12.Techs showed up at 7:30- our Computer Tech had planned to meet us to give the best place for our home computer to have access- Our tech is unhappy with the placement of the dish & said that it could have been placed on the side of the house closer to our office & still had optimum waves! Techs moved main adapter to our master suite in the window- & our computer tech told us that it should not be in direct sunlight so we needed to move it- & that the lights may keep us up at night- (he wanted it to stay in our office) We May be contacting you in the future for an adaptation to his recommendations!
