The WISP service provided by Net NV is top notch. The service and responsiveness provided by the team is exceptional. I had a couple of issues on my end during the initial install and they were able to resolve those for me without any additional fees. My internet is very fast (100x100) and is also very reliable. I have never had a noticeable or lengthy interruption in my service. I am happy to have their service and glad that it is a locally owned company here in Reno.

Net NV has been the absolute best internet I could’ve hoped for. My Internet is always working even when I am streaming Netflix, on conference calls, using Wi-Fi calling, and 1 million other things all at once. Their customer service is amazing and I am so thankful to never need it because my Internet has not gone down in the last year. I have used them for multiple businesses that I work with as well as at my home in the foothills. I cannot say enough good things. Thank you so much!
