MY TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PATIENT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I, WE SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS BECAUSE MY DOWNLOAD SPEED WAS SO SLOW. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH AN ADDITIONAL PHONE CALL. VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE , HE TOLD US ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF THE ADDITIONAL FIREWALL AND IT SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT DEAL.
