I have two young kids and after a year and a half, despite my best effort my Tesla Model Xs interior became just gross. I also recently ran over some wet paint or something like that. After checking out several detailing shops in Reno I decided to go with this business and I glad I made that choice. I could never have done what they have done to my car even if I spend hours on it. The price was very reasonable considering the transformation of both the interior and exterior of my car. I would come back for sure in the future should I need another detailing.

Robert and his team took excellent care of my wagon with paint correction and ceramic coating. They even accommodated my windshield being replaced at their shop the day of service!They did an awesome job on my wifes SUV as well and we couldnt be happier with the results!

My wife and I took our cars to ceramic pro in Reno. They applied the ceramic coating to the interior and exterior of the vehicles. It’s truly amazing how good they look inside and out… Better than new. I highly recommend these guys they will take very good care of your carUpdate: it’s been 3 weeks since the ceramic coating was applied and there are 2 noticeable benefits observed so far.1) I parked under a tree for the day when I came out there was bird droppings all over the truck. I was able to spray/wipe them off the paint and glass with minimal effort.2) The interior seems to repel dust now. The dash, steering column, center consul, anywhere there’s plastic has significantly less dust on it after the treatment.

Excellent work on a very rough paint job to create an exceptional result -- far beyond my expectations of what was possible. The preparation work buffing was expertly done and the application of a very high-quality ceramic treatment saved me 2 to 3 thousand dollars if I had needed to repaint my car. Work was done in a short period of time and the cars value was raised far beyond the cost of VIPs work. Work also came with a warranty! Highly recommended.

VIP Detailing is the best! I have tried detailing shops all over the Reno/Sparks area but these guys are the best, hands down. My truck was recently painted and I wanted some paint protection. I contacted Robert at VIP Detailing and was introduced to Ceramic Pro to protect my new expensive paint job. Robert went out of his way to provide me with ALL the details about Ceramic Pro. So I left my truck there to be done. We wound up with our first snow of the year and Robert graciously volunteered to keep my truck in his shop for the weekend so it wouldn’t get the new ceramic surface dirty. I picked up my truck on Monday and holy shit!!! It was beautiful!! The truck gleams and shines and is well protected from the elements. I was also given a goodie bag of towels and cleaner to use on my truck. Not to mention, I was told to come by in a couple weeks for a complimentary car wash. Robert is the best. Customer service, professionalism and their awesome work is the best in town. I will definitely return!!

Purchased a new Toyota and wanted to protect my investment so I called many companies and then called VIP Mobile Detailing and they took a lot of time explaining the options between ceramic coating and Paint Protection Film and sent me lots of materials so I could decide. I was never rushed or pressured. During the Ceramic coating a poorly done paint repair by Toyota was discovered on the bumper and manufacture had to re-paint the entire bumper and VIP Mobile re-applied the ceramic coating to the entire bumper again at no cost. They treat me like family, there service was incredible, and I recommend them 100%.

These guys are amazing. Rob is very professional and knows his products like the back of his hand. I felt very confident leaving them one of my prize possessions. They ceramic coated the exterior, wheels, interior, engine, I mean everything.... I am so happy with them I am having them do my entire fleet. Next vehicle goes in next week. Thanks guys!

Very professional and I plan to use them again. They came on short notice and the car looked good when finished. Reduced “maintenance” rate on the reschedule down the road. They come to you, no brainer. I failed to do a walk around with the employees prior to being handed the keys and noticed the exhaust tips were not polished. Called up Robert and he is scheduling the crew to come back and finish that up soon. Very satisfied with this company and it’s service.

I did a full service detail with VIP and they did amazing!! My dog ruined the inside of my car and I was getting ready to trade in my vehicle - they made it look brand new. Couldnt believe it!! Thank you VIP for all you did!

Justin and Benjamin were courteous, professional, and did a great job on my 335 M Sport. They have good attention to detail and I got a great result because of it. Don’t hesitate to hire them.

Nice crew and more or less on time. Less than spectacular detail and polish after a close examination of two vehicles after the crew left.. Most annoying was that the crew left debris cleaned out of the car in my driveway even though a trash bin was right in front of the work area. Would I recommend this company again- maybe

Love this company! They have detailed all three of my cars about six times and counting! I don’t even notice when they show up, nor when they leave, but when I go out to my car it looks like it did the day I bought it, if not better!They just started offering a line of high-quality ceramic coatings and i’ve had 2 of my 3 cars done, and I literally can not believe how clean they now stay! It’s like nothing sticks to the pain anymore. It’s like nothing sticks to the pain anymore.The ceramics are a tad pricey but to protect the new car shine of my vehicles it’s totally worth every penny.Especially the way wind blows sand & gravel around Reno and Washoe this product can’t be beat.Ask for the 9H!

I love this company! I have 4 children who are constantly bringing dirt, snacks and toys into my car. VIP always saves the day for me! They make my car look so fresh and clean so I can feel good and look good driving around. I appreciate their hard work! They are the best mobile detailing company I have used so far. I have them come to my house every month or so, and I love that I can continue to do what I need while still getting my car detailed. They do the whole shabang too!! Leather conditioner, steaming, waxing, interior and exterior look flawless afterwards. The office manager Rachel is so helpful and very nice. The owner is hard working and always wants to make sure his customers are happy! We love this company and highly recommend it! Plus they have a huge list of air freshener scents that I get to choose from at the end and that’s just the cherry on top for me! Five starts all around!

I moved here from LA and the road trip left my car a little dirty. I took a chance on VIP because they have pretty good reviews and plus they came to me. I was busy unpacking so that worked out best this time. I got the complete and Im really impressed. Car looks great, smells great. My dog rode with me and you cant even tell that he threw up in there. Good job guys.

A very enthusiastic 5 Stars. When I called to make my appointment for RV detailing I was promptly connected with the technician who was going to do the actual work to make sure of the job and details. He arrived exactly on time, got set up and went right to work. And, at the end of a very long day, he did a walk-around with us, and showed us our coach which looked fantastic. One very hard worker, with great work ethic and who kept us apprised at every step of the way. It was so nice to see old fashioned customer service, because it is rare now days.

The service at VIP is exceptional! Schedule them if you want to save a bunch of time by having them come to you and if you want things done right.

VIP Mobile Detailing is by far the best detailing option in Incline Village! They provide a level of service like no other. Not only were they able to remove all the scratches from my dark blue Audi (that shows every little ding) they addressed the stains that my beloved dog has left on the carpet. I have been using their services for years and cannot imagine trusting anyone else to take care of my cars. The fact that they come to my office so I dont miss any of my work day is icing on the cake. I highly recommend their services!

Ive eaten here twice now, service is awesome and very friendly. 1st time I got a personal pizza that was delicious. Secound time I got the steak and risotto that was excellent as well.
