Had a great experience with High Desert Detailing! Was contacted promptly by Nick, and Josh was the employee who came out to detail my car. They came to my home and did a superb job of cleaning the inside of a college students vehicle - I had a few particular goals (i.e. getting rid of two stains and inside window washing) and Josh covered all! 100% recommend. If I need to get my car detailed before leaving the city I will choose High Desert again.

Called to have them wax and clean the outside of my dads truck before I returned it to him. I borrowed the truck to move to Reno from Michigan and thats about the only time I drove the gas guzzler. They did a great job on 90% of vehicle. What they did get was done great and looked amazing. They totally skipped the roof of the truck. They hit my decals with a buffer or something and rubbed one of them off. The guy denied having anything to do with it however the truck has been sitting in my driveway not being driven because it is not mine. Obviously it was from this service and I got lied to by this guy saying he didnt know what could have done that. Come on guy. Was a fair price I guess even though I had to spend an extra $20 and waiting on a new decal. The mobile service is convenient except they said they would be there between 9-11am and didnt show until 1pm with no call back.

I am guessing that the business has a couple other guys that help with jobs, because my experience does not match that of other customers. The two guys showed in an unmarked suburban. They seemed very unprofessional and frankly gave rough vibes and in no way interested in providing decent customer service.They did not have a way to wash my car without attaching a hose to a spigot. I told them I assumed they came with everything and that we do not have a working spigot in the front. They said they couldnt do the job. I was waiting 2 hours for their arrival on a Sunday for them to not be able to work.It has been two days and I never did hear from the owner or anyone in regards to rescheduling, though I went ahead and booked with another company. The other company charged me less and is tremendously more professional and with a portable pressure washer.

Nick and his crew were easy to work with and came out same day that I called and needed them. I had two years worth of dog hair and toddler mess built up in my Explorer and they got it looking showroom ready! Thank you guys so much I highly recommend them.

Jerry showed up and handled everything even better than expected! Our car needed some serious love and his attention to detail and serious work ethic turned our subaru into a new car. I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. Dont use any other mobile detailing service. These guys are THE BEST

The guys at High Desert Detail knocked it out of the park on my Toyota Tundra! I made the appointment over the phone, Nick set it up and told me they would call when they were on their way; which they did. They showed up on time in the window I was told. Very professional, great attention to detail, courteous and on time. I highly recommend them!

These guys did an amazing job. I found a few small things that werent done, my husband took the car back, and they fixed them no problem. We would recommend highly.

The inside and outside of my car look clean but they were over 1 hour late to the appointment we had set. My appointment was at 2:30. They called me at 2:50 to tell me they were going to be late and didn’t show up until 3:45. Also the package I purchased included “headlight restoration” but my headlights still look foggy to me.

Setting the appointment with Nick was easy and got me in sooner than I hoped. Jerry was on time and awesome. The attention to detail and passion for his craft shows in his work. Thank you.

AMAZING doesn’t even do this business justice ! Jerry came to detail my truck that I got used from an exceptional dealership and he is a miracle worker !!! The truck had been well loved in its life pre-me and had been taken off road it looks like. It was black but with all the grime it looked dingy and not very sleek. Wait until you see it now ! It is a real beauty! Jerry worked so hard on the buff and the shine meticulously going back to problem areas and he used a variety of products in order to make it look new. Jerry came up to my house in Truckee and did an amazing job! My minivan was pretty nasty with tons of dirt caked in every crack and notch and he somehow got it all! I was very pleasantly surprised with the finished product, it looks and feels brand new!

We hired High Desert Mobile Auto Detailing to detail several vehicles, including three trailers, after a photo shoot in the Black Rock Desert. All communications were easy and straightforward and the vehicles were spotless! Everyone was thrilled with their work. I had my Ford Edge detailed today by High Desert. All I can say is AMAZING!! I drove my car from New Hampshire to Reno via Michigan/New Mexico. Needless to say I had a lot of dirt in/on my car. I have the weather tech floor mats and they look brand new! I have NEVER been able to get them that clean! There isnt a speck of dirt in my car. It smells so good!! They waxed the outside and shined my tires. My car looks like it did when I drive it off the show room floor! They were suppose to show up between 11:00-1 pm. They called at 0830 and asked if they could come in the next half hour. They showed up and were very professional from beginning to end. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! My husband and I are ER travel nurses in the area for a short time. PLEASE support the local businesses! Especially this one! You wont be disappointed!!!! I promise.

Just called to see if I could get my truck detailed, the guy didn’t want anything to do with it. Wow, awesome customer service! I guess in this time when a lot of businesses are struggling, High Desert is so busy he couldn’t even give me a window to schedule a time. So rad!

It was somewhat of an urgent matter and they were very responsive! When they were done my husband said the car looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Had two vehicles that needed done. The first vehicle I needed the interior focused on the most. They came on time and were extremely efficient in getting the interior looking practically brand new. The second vehicle I needed a full exterior, wax, and buff due to some scratches. They absolutely nailed it! Met and exceeded my expectations. I travel across country and take my very furry 139lb dog with me everywhere. You could have created another dog with the dog hair alone in my 4Runner. My vehicle was filthy!!! I have never been so impressed with an interior clean in the 20+ years I have owned a car. There is not 1 dog hair in my 4Runner Mind Blown🤯. It is spotless and smells amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍10/10.... We had them come to our home and detail our Sonata. They did a very good job and in a reasonable amount of time.We had a special request for unscented cleaners, which is important due to our allergies. They were able to accommodate this request easily and we were very happy with the result.Recommended company.

The two gentlemen that showed up were very professional and did a fantastic job. They worked extremely hard for a long time. When they were finished, I did not recognize my car. My vehicle is a 2014 Ford Expedition XL and they made it look better than the day that I bought it. I highly recommend them and Ill definitely keep them in my contacts.

Got my RV cleaned after Burning Man for the third year in a row.As previous years, they did a great job in a timely fashion, and the RV renting company was very satisfied.It may seem somewhat expensive, but its cheap compared to what RV companies would have charged otherwise.Ill sure come back next year!Note that for Burning Man, they operate at a car wash place which is NOT located at the address mentioned online. I recommend making a phone appointment ahead of time.

This detailing place is a joke. these guys are not true detailers. just some random guys that were taught how to turn on the polisher and move them around. ZERO skills. If you like holograms and swirl marks on your paint work then hire this company otherwise stay away

High Desert Mobile Auto Detailing is the best in town!! They are detailed and they wont stop until its as perfect as they can get it. They came to my house same day and detailed my car. They are reasonably priced - cars start at about 150.00, trucks start at something more like 175.00. Price seems to vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle, which makes sense.They definitely do very high-quality work. They come to your house and get to work very quickly. They care about the job they do; this is very apparent. We were happy with our truck and RV and would recommend them to anyone.

We were in town with 7 vehicles for a trade show. Nick and his crew went out of his way to make sure we got everything all done in time, which meant staying on the trade show hall floor till midnight the day before. They did an amazing job! My Subaru looks like new again. I had food and drink stains on the back seats as well as oils stains on the carpet and mats which were all removed. Definitely recommend them.

My first experience with any mobile detail service. Two 25 motor homes moderately dirty and dull came out looking clean and shinny, much more appealing. Service was as promised with a friendly detail technician Jerry who seem to do a thorough exterior job as was requested.

These guys did a great job. I had made a reservation for a cleaning for after burning man in advance. Dropped it off first thing in the morning and was told I would get a call an hour before it was ready and it would be no later than midnight. I, unfortunately, never received a call and once midnight hit, I decided to drive down, grab my keys, pay, and drive to vegas to drop it off at the rental place with just enough time to make my flight back to reno. I pull up and see my rv. Nice and clean. I go up to see if anyone can get me the keys and process the payment. No keys can be found. We try and call the person I dropped them off with and no answer. Nick and I were able to come to an agreement. I would come back in the morning when the keys would be back and if the rental place wouldnt waive the late fee, Nick would reimburse me along with the price of my missed flight. Nick gave me his word and we shook on it. I return in the morning. Nick had the keys in hand and we worked out the payment. The rental did not waive the fee but Nick kept his word and upon my return to Reno, sent me the reimbursement.I highly recommend you get services done here. They do a great job, everyone is friendly and reasonably priced.They also take care of their customers.Thanks Nick.

I was requisitioned one of the oldest welding trucks in the yard, and the interior was wrecked. It was so dusty I genuinely thought the carpet color was brown, and the heater core had recently leaked coolant all over the passenger side to go with the many oil stains that had found homes there over the years. High Desert showed up on time, and worked until the end of the day getting every stain out - including the decade-old seat covers. The old girl looks as good as new for the first time likely since it rolled off the lot. These guys can add Excavation to their job description.

I was not entirely satisfied with the detail. The following areas were missed: Under the front and rear bumpers (road tar, dirt, etc. where left behind), chrome exhaust tips had black exhaust reside left on; the front grill had bugs left on; wax residue was left of several body panels, a high gloss vinyl spray was used on my entire interior (dash, leather seats, MMI screen, floor mats) leaving a cheap used car look. The two employees took 2 1/2 hours to complete my Audi Q5. My first experience with this company did not leave a good impression. I will go back to detailing the car myself.

We had them detail our 2004 yukon. Interior looked amazing! We had an issue with paint going missing on the hood after the detail. Chevys paint has never been the best, but the paint was fine before they understood that mistakes happen and i understood how the paint did have some age on it so i worked with them and we were able to get the hood repainted. Very respectful and helpful and honest would highly recomend.

These guys rock!! My RV rental was trashed inside and out from burning man when I dropped it off. They did such an amazing job cleaning it Im just blow away! Definitly worth the money and will use then again next! They were crazy busy from all the Burners so my RV did take longer than I was originally told but it was worth it!

These guys did a great job for me that seemed impossible. Very professional. They practically took my whole interior apart fixed all the damage and put it back together. Inside looks brand new. 10/10 highly recommend.

Great for post-Burning Man deep cleaning! I rented a crossover last year for the playa, and it badly needed a professional cleanse before being returned. Nick was fast, down to earth, professional, and a downright pleasure to work with. He helped me out in a pinch, gave me a few tips for this year and deserves your business.

BEWARE OF THEFT!! Do not use these guys!! They ripped me off and I am still in the middle of a law suit with these guys. Nick the owner had an opportunity to resolve the matter with me by refunding me what I paid for his services and he still could not do a simple task of paying me back. I have lost thousand$$$$ of valuable and priceless merchandise from my RV after Burning Man. They stole my laptop, GoPro, jewelry, clothes, food, alcohol, cologne, the list goes on... I will never use this company again. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Did a good job, but rescheduled me 4 times. When they finally came they were almost 2 hours late. Also the unclipped my windshield wipers and they flew off on me while I was driving... Who unclips wipers to wash a car ?

Car looks brand new. I had them detail 2006 BMW 325i. They were on time, and hammered this thing out in 4 hours. It even smells like a brand new car. Engine compartment was covered in dirt, but now is spotless. Exterior is spotless and I didnt even think you could get it to that level anymore. I received calls several times after the job to make sure it was done right from both the detailer and the owner. These guys really care about the work they do!

I was impressed with the workmanship and and timeliness High Desert Auto Detailing had. They came out to my house in Arrowcreek and cleaned our cars and made them look like they were in the showroom. Once they were done they showed me some of the problem areas and gave me some tips on how to avoid scratches and dings. Quality guys!

I have taken really good care of my car, but my husband does some work in our garage and unfortunatly oversprayed some paint on the car. That was no problem for Nick! He spent about 5 hours doing what he does to make the car look like it just came off the lot!

I was referred to High Desert Mobile Detailing from an authorized Telsa bodyshop and ultimately Telsa. Had a scratch on my taillight that needed to be buffed out. Great job after burning man, but super pricey. To return our 30foot rv we would have paid 800usd with appollo, they charged us 750 to clean it.Next year we just return dirty... We got a note: rv very clean on return sheet of appollo.

This company might be good at what they do but they seem to lack in one important area.... showing up for appointments. Not once, not twice, but three times in a row they are a no show. :/

They detailed my Porsche so professionally. The employees there where so nice and got the job done in a couple hours.

Never using this place again. Didn’t clean any of the windows then when I asked it took all of 30 seconds to clean them. It looked worse when he was done. When I got in my vehicle there was dried white stuff everywhere, it was like they just saturated the vehicle and didn’t bother to wipe anything off. Stay away!

This place is amazing. I buy and sell cars for a living and have seen lots of detailers come and go. I called High Desert because I acquired a boat and I did not have anybody that really knew how to detail them. They came out and completely detailed my 25 foot Bayliner Cabin Crusier in 8 hours with two guys. It was so perfect I sold it for 2000 more than I was asking in 36 hours!!!! Well worth the money I paid for the detail!!!

My car was in really bad condition so I was really worried that it was beyond repair. I took it to Highest Detail and they proved me wrong. They really did a good job with getting all of the stains out. My car looks good as new :)
