The staff is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed immediately and thoroughly. The apartments are nice, clean units. And the property is kept spotless. The lawns are always green and presentable. Just overall a great place to live.

Lived here for 2 years and loved every second. It is quiet and the staff here was incredible. My work order was taken care of almost immediately if anything needed a touch up. People quit management and they are a big reason I stuck around. Apartments are very spacious which suited my needs very well. Gated parking which is a great amenity. Open courtyard and extremely animal friendly here.

Have lived here going on 5 years, in two different apartments/buildings, and have to say that Arlene and her staff are excellent! Theyre highly responsive to tenants needs and questions, and most importantly, from personal experience and in speaking with other tenants, Im happy to say they treat residents with respect and some affection. This is NOT a usual thing in tenant/landlord relations!! Extra kudos to Jose and Victor and the rest of Regencys maintenance/landscaping people. Theyre wonderful.

Ive lived here for 11 years, very friendly neighbors, convenient for shopping. I love visiting the dog park and the BBQ pit gazebo outside. Laundry facilities onsite make it very convenient as well. I have a beautiful view of the garden. Convenient bus routes near by. Office staff and maintenance is always top notch! Arlene and Deanna are always so helpful with whatever I need.

We have been renting here for about a year and the office staff is by far the most courteous and professional team I have ever had the opportunity to know. The apartments are wonderful and spacious and I love the court yard. I would highly recommend the Regency Park Apartments to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.

Arlene and Deanna were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of applying for the apartment. Both very nice to talk to and made life super easy. Could not have asked for a better experience!

The women in the office are great as well as maintenance. The apartments are well kept and when ever I have a issue it’s gets solved before the week is over. I have no complaints

Absolutely love this place. The office is by far the most courteous people I have ever met they work with my anxiety which is very hard to find and a lot of Businesses these days.The courtyard is inside of a gated community which is safe for the pets and the children and the wonderful water fountain to listen to the water all day. The apartment itself is very huge I love the vanity in the bathroom and the children love the fact that the windows are huge that they can look out of all day.If I had to tell someone about a great apartment complex to live in this one the community is very welcoming there’s a lot of spacious room to live here and the fact that we have an elevator just makes it all the better.I would recommend at least living here for a year and see how you like it. It’s close to the Peppermil lake it’s close to Walmart it’s close to shopping centers the 7-Eleven is across the street the bus station is right outside of our driving entrance and the elementary schools a few blocks walking distance away.

Great! Love this place; management is really great and maintenance is competent and quick. About as good as living in an apartment can get, in my opinion!

I rated The Regency Park Apartments 5 stars because of incredible staff in the office who are always on top of any issues.Ive rented in many places but never had a better experience than I do here I would recommend you to stop by and look for a safe place to live.

Just moved in to one of the big 3 bedrooms. We like it, we have been waiting for something sketchy to happen and so far it hasnt. Good maintenance guy and office people.

New ownership but same BS. They still do not enforce their own parking rules. As I type this there are at least 3 cars parked in designated no parking areas. BTW they charge for the parking spots so you get screwed by the Landlord and these lovely individuals blocking walkways, stairwells, parking spots, driveways, and mailboxes. As a bonus you also get to walk through vomit here and there. I kid you not, some of the vomit has been here longer than many of the tenants. Please spare me the, contact me so we may discuss your concerns. These are my concerns. Fix them and prove me wrong.

The Regency Apartment is a gated and one of the best apartment complex in the neighborhood. It is nice and quiet. Great access to bus rides. We love the floor plan design and how spacious our apartment unit. Ms. Carmen Ferreyra, the property manager is always approachable and helpful.

Raised our rent two times in two years, total of $175 increase and there isn’t even a dish washer. They now want $875 for a 1 bedroom. Ugly carpet and hideous cabinets. They are delusional if they think this raggedy apartment is worth such an increase in price.Only good thing is the maintenance man, he fixes things quickly,

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. They want to charge 2019 rent prices while still providing a 1960s apartment. $1100 per month for an 816 sq ft, 2 bedroom apartment, no dish washer, no central air conditioning so the bedrooms are sweltering in the summer, the washers and dryers in the laundry rooms don’t work half the time, my windows don’t even close properly, leaving a gap where bugs get in and heat/cool air escape. I’m convinced they don’t actually clean the place when people move out, they just paint over the filth. All doors and cabinets stick because of it. The flooring looks like I installed it myself. They’ve raised my rent over $100 for the last 2 years I’ve had to renew my lease. The ONLY reason I still live here is because I can’t find another rental that will allow a large breed dog such as mine (100+ lbs), so I have to put up with the cockroaches, ants, boxelder bugs and mosquitoes until I can afford to buy, which won’t be soon with all the rent I’m paying, or move out of Reno.

Changed my mind after living here approximately 5 years. After living in the same apartment home for 39 years, an 80 something widows lease was not renewed. The owner/management company wanted the corner apartment for a lounge and fitness center. Because of confusion in unfamiliar places, she had to go to an assisted living facility where she contracted pneumonia and died 3 weeks later. When our lease ends, are moving. I choose not to do business with inconsiderate people.
