We’ve had our A/C unit leaking for about a year and a half and have had to put a bucket underneath. Our landlords called to get it serviced and we were told by the company that we needed a new drain pan and it was being custom made and that was back in march of this year. The pan has yet to come in and our landlords were billed for a service fee when nothing has yet been fixed. Then the company came out three weeks ago to drain it and we had let them know it leaks on the carpet and rather than listen, they drained it and it spilled all over them and our carpet and stained it. They did not fix it that day and hasn’t been fixed yet, the company will not returns our calls and has yet to come back to fix it. This is honestly ridiculous and unprofessional and the leak has moved into the ceiling around the A/C unit which caused another issue for us. We’ve decided to go with a different, reliable company.

Pauls was able to get out and give me a quote very quickly and was able to install ACSystem in 13 days. Guys that installed were very nice. Did a great job.

Had them come out for our AC not cooling. They looked at it and determined that the condensors were going out and needed to be replaced. Also, said the unit was pretty old and should just look into buying a new unit. Asked a buddy to come look at it. He saw they had left off a cap for the Schrader valve on the low pressure side. The code also said it was a low pressure issue. Called another company and they found leaks in the line. Fixed the leaks, refilled the refrigerant and it is working great again. Also, asked for paperwork to show maintenance completed and have just been totally blown off. Am telling everyone i know to stay away from them.

The staff at Paul’s Heating and are are very professional and helpful.The work was estimated to be complete in 2 hours and they were done in less than 2.The temperature in the house was instant and both upstairs and down stairs were very comfortable almost instantly.I’ll be using Paul’s for all of my AC and Heating needs in the future.

Furnace went out, not a good thing these cold nights. Pauls was able to send out a tech within an hour and Chris was at our door in no time. Chris was professional and efficient. He went right to work, figured out what was wrong within a couple minutes, showed us where it was cracked, got a replacement part from his vehicle, then replaced it. Our AC broke while we were out of town and when we got home it was 90 degrees in our house. We called three companies to get quotes on a new AC. Paul’s was by far the least expensive for the exact same unit the others quotes us for and they were able to install within in 2 days. Replaced hot water heater and circulating pump.

They came and told me there was an issue with te heater and would get back to me when they could get parts. Never called back. Never got parts. Heater still doesnt work. Had Hawthorne come look at it and it is installed incorrectly causing part of the unit to burn out. Was I stalled by Pauls 18 months ago.

Pauls was very good at letting us know when they were coming and it was a specific time and not a 4 hour window. Robert explained what he had tested and what things to watch for. Checked out the attic unit including checking the amount of insulation in the attic.

Where do I start... I had made an appointment 2 weeks ago and needed some repairs from an inspection report completed. The lady that does the appointments scheduled me and I asked her/Beathany to ensure to check the report and photos to ensure the tasks can be repaired and completed at that time she gave me an email to send. Im also living 4 hours away trying to sell this home and coordinate these repairs. Well the appointment comes 3 guys come out and literally state nothing needs to be repaired after they crawled around underneath the house.( I will attach photos in this review of those repairs needed. And you make your own decision if no repairs are needed). I then tried to get ahold of the guys to stress there is repairs and they didnt call me nothing just left. I then had to reschedule my appointment with Bethany which then she gave me a different email to send the photos for review. Again to ensure they could be completed. Never heard anything stating they could not be done. So my appointment was today 12/10 and the tec Tristan comes out very nice. Calls me asks what needs to be done. I said uhh you didnt review photos with bethany? He says no...I set him photos and inspection report so he was clear on what to do. Welp looks like he cant do two out of the 3 ducting repairs. And he literally lifted the ducting with some sort of zip ties for 200 bucks. Ipaid because Im not that type but if you want chuck in the truck service call this company. I usually donthave these issues with businesses but wow. So needless to say work was not done and what wasdone was incorrect so Im out 200 bucks and have tofind someone else to do the work correctly. ThanksPauls heating for no help. If you couldnt do itcorrectly you shouldnt have charged me.

Had to call three places today to find someone to fix my furnace. So glad I found Paul’s! They were able to come out the same day, and even were able to show up early! In and out quick. Easy replacement part purchased quickly. And no gouging in prices. Less than $300, and finished in less than two hours. Couldn’t be happier! Especially since my house was 58° when I woke up this morning! Thanks for a job well done.

We hired them to service our AC unit. A person came in to check the unit and find out why it was not working for a short period of time. After about 3-4 minutes, I went back to check on the progress and found that he had left our office. There was no sign of him in the parking lot. I was confused as to what the resolution was. We received a bill in the mail in a few weeks. We will not use this service again.

We have used Paul’s Plumbing and Heating for years. The customer Service we get is always amazing. Thomas is the best and both he and James never fail to take great care of us. The owner Michael really cares about their customers and their reputation so we always get great follow up as well. We just had a very serious issue with our ducting and could not use our heater. With the weather turning colder and colder, this was a big deal! Thomas was here within two business days and everything was fixed in one day! Just in time for the big chill too! Once again, they thrilled us with their customer service!

This company replaced our furnace a few years ago. Now we had a small problem with a malfunctioning part. It was quickly replaced and now the heat is perfect again.

They quickly got me out of a jam with a next day replacement on a hot water heater. Nice quality and efficient job.

Awesome locally owned business! I noticed my hot water heater was leaking, so I called Pauls immediately that afternoon. They had a technician come out the next morning. The tech Thomas presented himself extremely professional and articulate. I felt he gave us a thorough evaluation and explanation, recommendations, and a very fair quote to replace it. Incredible response time, great tech (you rock, Dillan!) and my problem was fixed literally in less than an hour of my calling the company! So nice to have my A/C working. Their diagnostic price was higher than another company I called, but that company couldnt service me until the next day. My $99 was applied to the cost of replacement part/service so, for me, it was all very worth it.

I have been a member of their comfort club for over 5 years, the people are great, very professional, know what they are talking about, they service my furnace every year, and recently had their electrical dept. install a new electrical breaker panel and a transfer switch so I can use my emergency generator plugged into my house instead of using extension cords. After repeated request for a call ahead Spencer Keife came without notice to service our furnace. I hope he did as he said. The furnace is on the roof and I did not get up there to watch.We were also billed for another service of a single heater unit that was never looked at.This is not the first time we have been billed for services that were not done.

Quoted me for a Brand New AIr Conditions unit for over 4K and all it needed was a couple of Lucas (Spade Connectors) to the Compressor $1.58 fix not counting labour around $45. What an upgrade.

Techs might be good never got one out here. Office staff is poor makes appointments the techs cant or wont make then argue with you. Will waste your time. Recomend giving your business to another company. Bethany in office is worthless. Do not give Pauls your business you have been warned....

I called Pauls to schedule a heater repair. No one could make it, which is fine, its the middle of winter they are busy. However, I scheduled an appointment for what they claimed was, first thing in the morning. I was given a window of between 08:00 and 09:00 and told Id be called when the person was on their way.I tried to discuss with the woman on the phone what the problem was, hoping she could relay the information to help the tech and speed this entire process up. But, she had no clue what I Was talking about. I asked for pricing information on a blower motor and she couldnt help me with that either. At this point Im slightly disappointed because Pauls staff are not knowledgeable, nor do they seem to have good communication with their techs.0:800 rolls around. 09:00 rolls around. No call, no tech no anything except a silent furnace and cold house. So I call them. I explain the situation and am immediately put on hold. After being put on hold Im told a tech has been dispatched. At this point Im livid. I inform them that Im going to hire another company.Pauls Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning has staff who are inadequately trained, not knowledgeable about heaters, make appointments they cant keep, are unable to discuss pricing over the telephone, give poor customer service, and cannot even tell time.I do not recommend Pauls Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for heater repairs. Since they are unable to keep appointments first thing in the morning I would warn you against hiring them for plumbing or air conditioning repairs as well.Overall I would give them zero stars if possible. A heater repair in the middle of winter is a touch down, but Pauls gave up an interception instead.
