They dont keep their word.they canceled on me twice. They said they would be out in ten days for follow it never happened. I have called 3 times. E MAILED and still no response. They said they would call to reschedule after the last failure to show up. I am still waiting

They give 2 days notice before appointment, they don’t call you back, I was made to feel like they don’t value me as a customer and I was even told that they were too busy n that was the best they can do. Don’t ever go with them.

Very effective and friendly service. However, the company advertises that when you refer someone you will receive a credit. Which I have not of the 3 people I have referred.

I appreciate the great communication you provide with my service. It is helpful to get a reminder when the service is coming due. My service technician, Bruce, always calls ahead of time which I am grateful for. He is very professional and courteous when he arrives. He always makes sure my pets are safe and the gate is shut when he leaves. He always makes me feel like I am an important customer and I enjoy hearing his travel stories. Thanks again for your attention to detail and for making me feel special.

I scheduled an initial service appointment and the technician never showed up or called. They took all of my information over the phone and charged me but never asked for my name. I have been trying to get ahold of the company all afternoon and cannot reach anyone. Not a good first impression!

Great Service. Gordy Greenley, our Service Technician is great. He communicates with us before, during, and after the quarterly visit. He is knowledgeable and shares his knowledge with us. He not only knows the threats from pests overall, but the trends in our area. He has been our technician for many, many years. We use Terminix because of Gordy!

So to start. The TERMINIX technician that showed up didnt do what we asked. I called and requested a new technician to come do the job. Heres where the games and runaround started. They said they will send another technician that never showed up. Than they wanted us to wait another 3 weeks for another technician. At this point Im pretty much free up. I call to cancel my service and request a refund. This was at the end of last month. And again another runaround. I am told my refund will be posted in 3-5 days. Nowi have to wait until the 15th for them to send a check. I recommend that anybody who needs service DONT GO THROUGH TERMINIX. I went through Clark pest control and they actually did what we wanted. TERMINIX is the type of company who lies, takes your money, and does not do the service that you wanted. Horrible horrible company. If I could go be a 0 star I would.

I received a call within seconds of sending my request online and was scheduled for an appointment for the following day. Shortly after, I Received a confirmation call for my appointment time, and was even offered an time earlier slot if I wanted it. Rico showed up on time and took care of my horrible spider problem, even cleared all the webs surrounding my home.. Definitely a satisfied customer. Thanks Terminix & thanks Rico!

We relocated to Anderson from paradise after the camp fire so we are no strangers to bugs! They have a right to live, just not in my home! So the first thing we did is called terminex and set up a yearly plan. Four times a year for a little over two reg visits ( highly recommend)! Love our new to us home in Anderson and more so bug free!!

We have had the service from Terminix since June of 2000. They have kept our house and yard free from pests and other problems very well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants a job well done.

They are willing to work with you on date and time of your service. Explain the service and what to expect the first two weeks after the initial treatment is done. We saw visable proof that the treatment was working. Very happy with the price and the follow up calls and emails after our service was complete. They also will come back for free after two weeks if we see any sign of life in the insects that we were having and issue with.

Gordon is our technician. He goes above & beyond. He is sooo thorough, polite & friendly. Once in a white I will see spiders or webs in the house. So far, no ants. Keep up the good work Terminix & your awesome staff.

We contacted Terminix three times by phone and made appointments which lead to us sitting at home to no avail. We also contacted the corporate office via email to let them know about the service/no service we received and got no response from them either. Guess we will be contacting a company that will actually show up.

I have had Intermix service for 10+ years now and have never been disappointed.

I was charged in full on my credit card for a very costly service four days prior to it even being scheduled. I canceled the same day with my 3 day right to cancel and on the sixth day have not yet been given a refund. Though I made three contacts verifying cancellation I was still contacted on the fourth day to schedule my service. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing??

Some good people work there, but you are a number, and managed by metrics. The pay is subpar, and the commissions are as well. The location in Redding CA where I worked was one the least profitable locations in the US for Terminix, and little was being done to improve it.

Gordon is very knowledgeable in his field about all the insects, bugs, etc. and about the ingredients in the sprays. I have 2 dogs and 8 cats and all are fine.

Horrible service, trying to a get quote and never a got a response back. First time I called I was promised same day service, didnt get anybody out, so I called back a day later to see what was happening. Then was told it takes 24-48 hrs for the request to get processed. So I gave them another chance. Week gone and still no response, nothing
