Probably the biggest Dollar tree Ive ever seen good selection customer service not terrible but not great

If your currently working for this company or want to work for this company. DONT! This company does not have its employees best interest at heart. They will make up some excuse to fire employees. Violation of policy, etc. So if you work here get out now. Otherwise you’ll be worked to the bone, guilt tripped into working sick shifts on days off, or otherwise frozen out if you don’t do what management wants. Also if you stand up for yourself you’ll be fired.

So i dont usually go to this dollar store because of a previous bad experience but was with my sister and needed to go.This time was NOT much better. Walking in, there was someone asking to talk to the manager because the cashier wouldnt take exact change because she already entered a different amount into the register..really? Change it...i dont blame the lady..THEN the look on the managers face just walking up to the customer was not very inviting. I just am off about this place. I get they arw in an area where they have a lot of problem customers but people still need to be treated with respect.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Not too many sketchy people in the parking lot.

Stuff all over the place. It is messy, isles are cluttered. Takes a long time to check out and check out is always backed up. Redding police department is not doing there job. Parking lot is dangerous with druggies all over and open prostitution.

Not fully stocked, it got stuff but in boxes still not on shelves!!!!??

It was good plenty variety for shopping only problem was so the checkers are slow and we were in there for 2 hours when we got two cards of stuff during checkout.Not the checkers faults they are new,

This store needs more employees. Lines can get very long at tines

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Grocery Outlet is my go to grocery shopping store.

So much fun for lots of Christmas goodies, you get to pick up more because the prices are better!

Always find the little things we need.

The employees who work there dont really care about what you need. If you phone call ahead of time you will either be hung up on or talk to rudely. I dont recommend this for anyone its almost to the point of abusive.

Your typical Dollar Tree, looks and even smells like all the rest! I mentioned the smell because if you have visited 1 Dollar Tree they all have a cheap Chinese/ junky Made in India nauseous odor. This store happens to be cleaner than most, and is normally stocked to the gills.HOWEVER: Management has yet to figure out scheduling correctly for a quick check out service. There will be 4 associates stocking the shelves but only 1 girl checking out! Even if there are 10+ people standing in line, the poor girl shouts Please be patient, theres only me up here!

Extremely rude customer by checkout. Yelling at other customers cussing and employees let her do it. She thought she was in control of checkout lines and who next.

Out of bread always when I go. Love that they had eggs, pint of mint chip, and pecan ice cream!

I love going to the dollar store on lake Blvd but they need to get more cashiers check people out when they have more than four people in line

Everything is a dollar. You can save a lot of money on items. Its a must check it out.

The variety they are offering keeps expanding and I keep spending, but not very much relatively speaking.

Id like to encourage more people to come back to this location if you havent been there for a while. It has had some changes within the last year. Its filled with a variety of Dollar Trees top selling items, clean throughout, has friendly associates that greet you at the door and they will happily help you when available. One of the best features has to be their seasonal department. It always has everything you need for every season and holiday all year long. Although at busy times during the day the line at checkout can sometimes get long, Ive always seen another associate come up and help clear the line to get everyone out as quick as possible. They are always working pretty hard around the store so Im sure it can get tough for them to be pulled back and forth to the register from their other daily duties they do but it looks like they really do try to cater to the customer.

Apparently no one in this town has briefed their staff dealing with the public, the importance of wearing a mask. IT IS TO PROTECT OTHERS, not the store staff...

Cant find nutella dips my grandson love the sticks that come in the red package but I could only find 4 little packages today. Had to go to 4 store to spend $4.00.

They need grocery bags to carry out what you buy.

Dirty floors and unorganized

The place is never quite on top of things. Never have I seen so many slow moving customer service associates. Always a line never a clean store. Pretty much only thing you CAN count on is someone yelling out welcome to dollar tree.

Waited 20 minutes in line with 1 checker stuck on an item. 2 employees come in off there smoke break and walk right past everyone
