Reddings best kept secret? Probably. I wish I wasnt telling you this but the classes are so fun, super small and intimate, trainers enjoy having your company. Since the classes are small the trainer has time to show you easy and hard versions of each and they have time to work with each person. Hands down the cheapest gym Ive found in Redding.
They have a great schedule of classes and you cant beat the price!
Love to go there, everyone is friendly and place is very clean. Instructors are the best!!
