I booked online through their app. When I went there I found out that the workers over there don’t know how to use the app and they don’t acknowledge the app. They said they can’t see online appointments.Awful service. Workers are too slow and wasting their time talking to each other most of the time . A company as big as Supercuts don’t respect app appointments and getting a confirmation email of the appointment. Maybe then you shouldn’t charge as much . Awful service. If there is a zero star I will go for it. This is the worst Supercuts branch I have ever been to! Ruined my Saturday:(

The hair stylist (Brittney) did an awesome job on my hair. Exactly the way that I wanted it. The small talk was great and she made me feel like I was really welcomed there and not just another customer that she had to deal with. The entire staff seemed very fun and welcoming like they really care about what the people want that walk through the door.

Ive been visiting here since last July when I moved back to Redding. The quality ranges but it usually averages about 4 stars. Every once in a while I get a girl that does a 5 star cut with a perfect fade and everything looking perfect. However, usually its a 3-4 star cut that looks good and I dont have any complaints.Theyre quick and its even better if you check in online first.

I’ve been to two of these places, the prices are outrageously cheap (depends on the type of style you want) I’ve loved their staffs and employees. They’re friendly, and treats their customers like their family. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going here for a year now and I have enjoyed every visit. There can often be a large line but if you call ahead by a few hours they are really good at making sure they follow their reservations. It also isnt very much for a cut but there are multiple stylists who have been in the industry for 5+ years.The key is to find a specific person that you like and then request them every time that you go.

Usually love this place. Today I had a woman that rushed me through my haircut. I asked her to leave the front of my hair long and she buzzed it all off. She didnt clean up the neck hair. Whoever the barber is with dark hair, long black fingernails (that kept stabbing my head), and tattoos I may take my business elsewhere.

Called and made an appointment confirmed by the receptionist almost 1 hour wait. Came in early and was told there were 6 people ahead of me. I will Never again go there,,,Cant continue to be in business long that way,,,

No value of time if you make appointment online it’s not work.

Made an appointment 1 hour early, I was told to arrive at 2:45, I arrived at 2:42 I was then told if I had been there 3 minutes earlier I could have gotten my appointment. I was then passed by multiple people! Its kind of a joke to be honest. So while I was waiting I decided to just check in online at the sports clips app. The wait was only 8 mins. They actually held up there appointment time also.... so theres that....

Came to get my sons hair cut and my hair styled. Apparently they didnt want to curl my hair because they were understaffed, but 3 people walked in to get hair cuts (not appointments) and that was no issue.. my sons hair gets done and as Im about to leave I notice he has a bunch of long hairs on the sides still and she didnt cut it as short on the top as I had asked. She copped an attitude when I asked her to redo it. Maybe she shouldnt have rushed in the first place. Theres only one person here Ive ever had a good experience with. Unfortunately she wasnt here today.

Worst service ever, never going to back to this super cut. Stopped in, one person being cut and one to greet me, she said it will be a minute i have to clean up, cool no wait. So i sit there for at least 5 minutes while she is on her phone texting i asome. So in walks a customer with an appointment, she says to me, sir im sorry i did not realize what time it was and this gentelman has an appointment. Im out
