I give this store 2 stars only because it is better stocked, although many aisles blocked by stacks of boxes full and empty!!!The staff is RUDE!!!! Not only do they not greet you they do not answer when you greet them! Today there was one cashier then when I was about fourth in line, with Four more people behind me, she announces Im CLOSED. Loudly. Finally a different person opened a new register.The employees obviously dont want to be there! I will not be back. I gave this location three tries.

Needs dedicated employees and good management. As far stuff. Its good. Need more Employees and proper management.

I was shopping at the 5th street highway Dollar Tree and experienced the worst cashier I’ve ever encountered. She checked out the gentleman in front of me and as soon as he gave her the cash to pay she placed it on the conveyer belt and proceeded to text on her phone and not even look at the gentleman. He stood there waiting for her to do something with his money and nothing. Just continued to text. He finally said keep the change and left. She still didn’t look up or stop texting. I stood waiting for a good 3-4 minutes for her to stop texting and ring me up. She did and again proceeded to text. No thank you...nothing. I will never go back to that dollar tree ever again. Please get rid of Caytlin or you will loose a lot more business.

Love the prices and selection is good too

Store is a complete mess.. Employees walking around playing music from their phones in their pockets(not head phones) .. Broken plastic in the middle of aisle.. Sorry I stopped there

Always very busy and stuck in long lines, aisles were filled with boxes that were difficult to walk through. rather go to a different dollar tree

One cashier for about 10 customers either the store manager doesnt care or they need to take better care of there employees

This store was extremely well organized and properly stocked. I was so happy to be able to look around and not be overwhelmed by clutter and messiness. All of the employees were actively working. No standing around. They were very nice and helpful.

I was in and out, I would say its unremarkable.

No management whatsoever.

This store has no consideration for bathroom emergencies. My daughter is two years old and is fully potty trained. She needed to use the bathroom and they refused to let her use the bathroom. So they rather have her soil herself, than let a little girl use the bathroom. Other Dollar Trees dont have this issue. Way to go on customer service.

Cant walk down the aisles they should do the shelves at night time

One of my favorite stores to shop. You can find just abour everything you need there. The cashiers are always friendly and kind.

Some of the cashiers are pleasant but that does not make up for the fact that they never seem to know how to call for help. You can be standing in line with about 10 to 14 other people and the cashier thats working will not ever pick up the phone and ask for help.I have been here numerous times and stood in many lines where it takes forever for someone to finally open up another register. The other problem that I have with this particular location is I realize that its not the employees but the store could be a little bit cleaner. A lot of times its messy and I think that they could use an upgrade on the rugs or have some type of different flooring because its kind of gross to be standing in there and see all the spots on the rugs. I realize this is not employees but maybe they could just spend more than a $1.00 and fix the place up a little bit?UPDATE... Check Out the Photos... They did indeed install new flooring in the 5th Street store. It looks great. I hope that customers will respect that by not destroying it. Was very pleased to see this. Keep going #DollarTree

Excellent size and well-stocked. However, one cashier working and long, long lines!!! Will go to another Dollar Tree.

The N 5th St store is fantastic compared to Rockland Plaza if for no other reason just the size of the store alone.

I love dollar tree . You can find a lot stuff just for $.99cents. I recommend you if you find something that you like take all you need cuz maybe you dont find it next time .

This is a disorganized, under-staffed everything-is-a-dollar store. There is almost always a long wait at the checkout so be prepared.

I always start out going in for just a few things and end up leaving with $50 of stuff I didnt realize I needed hahaOnly complaint is that there is always long lines unless you go first thing in the morning when they first open

NITZAThis store is a tremendous convenience. I must mention a very valued employee named Nitza. She is very helpful, and dedicated, and provides excellent customer service. She remembers me when I come in and greets me with a smile, and asks how I am doing. She is a noticibly hard worker. She helps me to locate items and will check the stock to see if they have what I need when I dont see it out front. She is a very pleasant and concerned young lady.
