The staff do not mandate face mask. Very unsafe environment of small space with many people visiting.Asked staff why she did request customer waiting in line for 3 mins with her daughter both unmasked to apply state and company mandate on face mask?The staff replied, not my position to enforce mask mandate.Our WA Dept. Of Health should investigate why UPS stores do not promote staff to practice face mask mandate?Felt, really unsafe there today with a crowded office space and no enforcement of face mask.

I have to say that Ive been coming here for a while now and getting a few things done and taking care of, especially copies. I get the most phenomenal help every time I come and that is from a girl named Rachel Holl. Talking about great customer service. This girl needs to be promoted to a manager, also be a trainer, and even put in a manager position to leave the store with her personality.She is the best

Very convenient, until they stopped accepting USPS drop-offs. Kind of strange when I have to walk around the USPS employee stocking the PO Boxes. Hey, it was probably a corporate thing.

Paid $150.00 for overnight shipment of a important package, dropping it off at 10:45 am the day prior. Today, the day it was to be dropped off UPS tracking says delay. Contacted the store with little help. Manager said she would call UPS and call me with a update. 1.5 hrs later I called her back to find out per her the driver did not drop it off in time. After HOURS oh hold and going around and around with UPS corporate requesting a refund of $100 and to only pay for the service we are receiving which is subpar we got no where. We paid $150 for 2 day service that is only $45. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. I personally do not have $100 to waste, there was importance behind the shipment. Because of their actions I flushed $100 down the toilet. Horrible customer service.

Great service, every time. My package was lost but they were super proactive about it and called when my refund check came in. When I went to pick it up they even brought it out to my car for me. Thank you!

I don’t like giving only one star however, I’ve gotten other people’s mail in my box on numerous occasions. Also have to oftentimes wait while they hunt for my package that only got delivered a very short time prior to my arrival. And on several occasions my package was put in someone else’s box, one of those times it was a $10,000 box of .999 silver. Luckily for them each time it’s been retrieved before “Very Bad Things” had occurred. With exception to this day’s mistake. My BLACK SWAN COFFEE has been put in the wrong box and picked up by said wrong customer and I’m not happy about this at all. My silver was insured and could be replaced but now I’m out of my coffees ☕️ I can’t let this continue! I’ve been a box holder there for years now and it’s showing a total lack of responsibility when you can’t sort three fricken box numbers! Don’t know who’s fault it is don’t care but it’s somebody’s and that somebody sure as hell isn’t the customers.

Had these guys package and ship a Printer worth over 3 thousand, then they said they could only insure it for a maximum of a thousand. Anyway after a week long trip from Washington St to California the Machine was destroyed, due to this stores obvious negligence. The Printer was around 70lbs with no packing foam and maybe a single layer of bubble wrap, the box was pieced together from multiple boxes and after shipping was completely ripped open. Ive got detailed photos of what the buyer got left and it wasnt pretty, the printer was upside-down with the lid ripped off and every corner of the machine bashed in. So yeah if you wanna lose a bunch of your money go ahead and use these guys.

I have been going to this UPS store for years. It is the best! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone always has a smile on their face.

One of the employees was rude two days in a row. I understand she is overwhelmed or not in a good mood? actually she ignores my approach(it was not busy in the store) after she saw me response with unpleasant tone and with no eye contact. Working in this difficult time can be hard but if you forget your basic manners to customers with rude look and tone is NOT OK. Ruined my mood_ period.

I have use this store as an extension of my home office for over 20 years.The service is excellent, the team is friendly and will go the extra mile when you need something done quickly. I am retired now but it has been a pleasure working with everyone there over the years. Quality people and quality service!

I had purchased a plastic swimming pool filter part and it did not work so I got my RMA and went into the store to ship it back. It was packed just like it was when I received it, original box and packing.When I went to ship she said she could not ship it as it required more packing. When I questioned that she simply said store policy. I said let me guess thats a up charge? She commented it would be.I waited a day and took it to the Post Office on Monday.It was my go to store BUT no longer. No wonder it was dead when I went in.

Make sure you ask if their shredding bin is full as they will turn you away if it is. Now to be fair to myself I did call and ask if they provided shredding and they sure come on down. I got there and they said sorry our bin is full... of course after I lugged everything in while it was poring rain outside. Ugh!

This UPS store is the BEST!! They know who we are and are checking our box as we are walking in. All the employees are fast and competent in all aspects of their jobs. Great customer service!! We appreciate all of YOU!

Paid $66 for next day delivery on my wifes 10th anniversary present, was told it was delayed until 3pm on the second day, now Im being told it will be here by 8pm or later. Now I wont have it by the time we leave out of town for our trip, what a joke

Whites only store, white Friend tell me that he ship a weapon back thru this store 2 hours before me, I go in and manger tell girl not to because she got a email saying they dont any more. And that they are privately own. girl ask if she could pack it. So I can turn it into a hub. Manger said no can only sale packing materials. Need new management.

Love that this store is nearby. Wish it was easier to get in and out of. It shares parking with many other busy businesses so parking availability is hit or miss.

Ups never delivered our package that we purchased online.Online showed that the package was delivered and signed which the store that we purchased from never offers signature.I believe that was a lady in her 30, she was the one that delivered most of our packages. We did purchased a lot online. The purchase was over $200Shame on you lady!
