Ive lived in my home for 20 years and get work done as I can afford. There were four remaining windows to replace so I got a few bids and chose C&O. My homes prior owner had an unorthodox approach to construction and I warn every tradesperson about it. These windows were no exception. While there were glitches, the final result is exactly what I wanted. If I had one criticism, I would recommend more communication with the homeowner. This would have prevented a misunderstanding. But at the end of the day, the workmanship is excellent and the windows look awesome. I would definitely recommend C&O.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for windows or doors call these guys. Just understand that they are going to be busy because theyre awesome, reasonably priced, locally based, and they do whatever they have to to make things correct. Ive personally seen there work many times and I highly recommended them.

Worst company awful service do not waste your money

Ordered screens from this place it took a couple of months. Now either my knowledge of customer service satisfaction has changed, oh the bedroom screen I still have not received. January 24th. Improper measurements...

I contacted business to have windows and doors replaced in our home. The measurements were taken and the types of windows and doors available were discussed. I was told a quote would be forthcoming on several occasions but never received one. This seems to be a rather odd way to conduct business.

I dropped off a screen to get replaced and it took them over 2 and a half weeks to get it done. I paid in advance so I was extremely frustrated when I never got a call back. After calling multiple times and getting very awful customer service I finally got it back. When I got home and tried to put it in, it was too big and broke. Do not go here!!!!!

Nice people and they know know their products

In May they gave me an estimate to replace two patio doors, I went to their office and asked if they could install a more expensive door series for this . They said they would check with Anderson engineering. It is now July 24 , even though I have contacted them 3 times , they have not gotten back with me on the status of this project. I assume they do not want this 12K project ???
