Im going to change trash service due to the fact that they never take all the trash that I pay them to take. I have told them many times Ill pay extra if needed, but take all the trash please and once again I show up to my house after a long day to find trash bags left behind so that the cats can make a mess all over the street. Please do yourself a favor and use one of the smaller companies they do take all the trash and dont make you feel like just another account.

Honestly a great trash company, I had forgotten to put my trash can in the front and the truck came and passed by. There are other houses on my block who have the same service and they were at one of those houses. Well I ran outside and pulled my trash to the curb and they still came and threw my trash. Definitely good service to have. They care.

One of their drivers was very rude and thought it would be cool to cuss out my wife, call her a Karen due to us calling customer service we had additional trash, when in the past when we havent notified them have gone 2-3 weeks without our trash even being picked up. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone else

I have been using WasteConnect for a few years now, and have never been disappointed. I live in Regency on the south side. I don’t know our drivers name, but it’s been the same guy since we started with WasteConnect. My wife and I have a very busy schedule due to our job, and kids and there is times we forget to take our trash to the curb. Our driver never hesitates to walk up our driveway to dump our trash, and return our bin next to our garage. No matter the weather he goes out of his way to hep us out and it is more appreciated then he could ever know. Hopefully WasteConnect will see this review and give the guy a much deserved pat on the back.

Have had no issues with the company but the real hero is our Garbage man! He is always so friendly and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to be helpful. We appreciate him so much and cant say enough about his excellent customer service.

Rude all the way around. Canceled service after one pickup. Paid 124.17 after waiting weeks for a refund I contacted them and spoke to a Patrick who informed me my refund was only $22. After keeping me on hold they came back and said my refund was only worth $51.91. I was willing to pay for the one failed pickup. they have essentially charged me $72.26 for doing absolutely nothing but holding my money for 3 or 4 weeks.

Would not recommend this outfit. They miss pick-ups and then pretend to tell the customer that their guy says it was. Just what I want to do, spend my time trying to trick them into picking up my garbage. Really???And then, the customer service person says as a courtesy theyll do their job and get it next week!! Done Done Done

We have a weekly dumpster pickup with these guys and theyre always on time. Ron is the man, if we have any issues he helps us out immediately.

If I could rate this company lower I would. I was charged an extra 50 dollars for extra bags for two weeks. I was trying to be nice and not overweigh the bin with grass clippings. They skip me the last two weeks and put in the system that my trash was picked up and then act like they are doing me favor charging me over a hundred and 30 dollars. Do not use this company.

Had to chase down the driver, because neither he or the dispatcher can follow directions. Told he would be calling around 12-2 at 10 got called so had to cut errands short and hurry to house. Then later tried to set up dumpster service, but was told they dont go that far. Strange my neighbor has a dumpster. Not a very well run company!

I have not had the negative experience some have. I pay them, they pick up the trash, the end. Any time I call they are super friendly and helpful and even came back the next day when my trash was missed. My bill has been the same for the 2 years Ive had them, and they even let me pay for 5 months get one free once a year. Happy customer!

I was a victim of a credit card fraud and had a card decline from an auto pay instead of calling me or trying to resolve the issue with my account they thought charging me a suspended fee of 25 dollars 3 month afterward. I had resolved the problem and gave them my current checking account info after I was informed of the declined transaction. I think after being a loyal customer and being a autopay customer I would not be charged for such an inconvenience of having been a victim of fraud

This place is a total mess! Their customer service likes to act like they are in power if you have any kind of contract and very disrespectful... my commercial dumpster is in need to be retired but they will charge me for that even though they brought it all messed up can’t even close the lids.... payed my bill and had a verbal agreement with them I would pay on my other account for a roll off at end of September since they had lack of communication to begin with, got called a week later and was threatened with a property lien if I didn’t come up with money that day even though I had just talked to a lady and paid them 220$ on my normal business account a few days prior.... Went to the office the next day to pay and as a form of punishment I take it, I waited over 45 minutes for them to say oh she is still busy but we can take your payment..... I suggest everyone in Pueblo choose a better company that’s not a corporate monster and cares about its customers.... I can’t even cancel my service because they made sure to tell me as cocky as one could “ your under contract so it’ll cost you more for breech of contract..... Affordable disposal is going to be my next trash company!! I would leave no stars if possible.... As a business owner and life long Pueblo resident, I would never suggest this place to anyone!! Funny other trash company’s are smaller with better pricing and better dumpsters.... I thought Waste management was a messed up company, after having this company’s service I can truly say this is the worst most disrespectful and money greedy trash company in Colorado.... stay far away......

You get what you pay for.... 20 year with Waste Connection. Other, services drive 40 in 25 zone. I hardly ever, rate a five but, people ask and like I said you get what you pay for. Seen neighbors, stop and go cheap, only to see thier return to W. M. Driver is the BEST!!!

Their website is down so of course I couldn’t find out what the Christmas schedule was and course come to find out they were supposed to pick up trash on the 24th and now I have trash piling up because the schedule was inaccessible

10/30/19 bill was paid on time. 10/31/19 trash was to be picked up but it was halloween figured maybe they have a holiday they will pick up tomorrow. 11/1/19 a waste connections truck drive down my street I went to work upon my arrival home I am in disbelief my trash is still sitting at my curb in the exact condition it was when I left. Now 11/2/19 still no trash pick up and conveniently no one answers the phone. I love paying for a service and not receiving it.

I am always sorry to leave a bad review.They injured our land delivering our dumpster with deep grooves (a tall man stood in the and it came to his knees) they said sorry it happened but they werent going to do anything about it. So I cancelled our weekly with them and went with Waste Management.Perhaps it would be the right thing to do to leave a place the same or better than you found it and fix it if you hurt it.

I have been a customer for 8 years. I am very happy with their service. Anytime I have concerns the office staff is professional and helpful. My drivers have changed a bit throughout the years but all have been friendly and go over and beyond. I definitely recommend them!

Nancy and John Bishop are great to work with... We had a rough start but they were able to fix it quickly. We are currently working on a large scale project requiring about 50 dumpsters in the span of 50 days and they have been nothing short of helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them

They skipped our house one week. We called them to schedule an extra pick up, offered to pay for the pick up and everything. They respond Were sorry, you can put out 8 to 10 bags next week and we will pick them up no charge next week. Well.. Today... They empty JUST OUR DUMPSTER AND INTENTIONALLY LEAVE ALL THE BAGS. PFFFF THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY AND A JOKE. THE REVIEWS SAY IT ALL.

This is the worst company to ever deal with, they will continually increase your bill, than out of the blue start charging you for “extra” pickup even though it’s the same as usual, than try to make you seem like a criminal for calling them out on it. I have never been more offended in my life by their terrible customer service and lack of basic customer service than when I Paid my bill online selecting the pay total amount which I did they called a week later saying that I had a past due and my account was going to suspended unless I paid the amount but could explain why the bill said one thing and now it says another and tried telling me I must not know how to wrk the online system ...... and considering I’m a computer programmer was highly insultingThey will constantly change the bill without notice and try to shake you down for more moneyCUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!! Loyalty means nothing to this company..... customer service means nothing to this company!!!!!!

I just had an excellent phone call with Waste Connections in Pueblo. They were responsive to my requests and very efficient in helping me set up an account. The price for services is quite reasonable, and absolutely not more than at other local companies. I recommend them and their service.

Definitely dont get a dumpster with this company we have one and we didnt fill it more then three quarters and they wouldnt pic it up, because it was to heavy.

Man these dudes know how to handle business. If i could create a company and design it from the inside out, i would model it just like waste connections. They do what they say theyre going to do and often go beyond expectations. Mind officially blown. Way to Rock!

The dumpster was smaller than expected and in very ugly and rusted condition so we decided to cancel service after a month, the fees in the agreement were outrageous. We still saved money over the course of two years switching to Raels and now get a larger dumpster with fresh paint and lids that stay closed picked up more often for much less money. BUYER BEWARE... SHOP AROUND.

They skip your trash or throw a fit if you bring it out while they’re making the rounds. How childish and petty can the employees of a company be? Guess it’s appropriate that trash is throwing trash.

Changed trash day/times without notice, then will charge 50 for a special pick up. Condescending employee with poor complaint management skills will lecture you like a child.Other companies prices are compareable or better.Horrible, horrible service. Worst company ever Ive had them pull trash bags out of my trash bin and leave them on the street and say it was to full and when i called the office t I tell them what happened they were rude and said the route supervisor was the one that did it and that he knows how to do his job

Horrible place to get a roll off from. They finally brought the roll off 3 days after I should have had it. I had a signed contract with them and paid $300 for it to be their on a certain day. Called and complained but nothing got done about it. Dont waste your time with waste connections got somewhere else.
