Never had such a rude customer service experience at a post office and I ship 20+ packages a day and am practically at a post office every day multiple times.Kevin the tall black gentleman was condescending and dismissive of legitimate questions about shipping rates. Totally unhelpful and self centered even when we came back with utter kindness.SERIOUSLY USPS! Fire this guy, do you even see the other reviews posted by other people they all are about KEVIN!I actually watched in shock as he chased three other customers away from doing business with USPS. This guy is ruining your location and you will pay for letting somebody like this stay in your establishment.

If I could rate this place a 0 star, I would. I have been waiting for over a YEAR to just get a key for the mailbox for my apartment complex. I go in and get told that I have to pay $40 for a new lock and key after the African-American Gentleman belittled me when I explained that Ive been waiting a year for a key. I accept and pay and was told to come back the next day for my key. I go in and he tells me it hasnt been delivered yet and to try again later or the next day. I call the next day and same excuse is given to me. I have now been waiting this passed week and a half for a key that I have already paid for, and every time I call, I get hung up on. This place doesnt care about their customers or the service they signed up to do.

The guy that’s working today 8/28/21 refused to let me drop off my packages because “ I had too many”! Never in my life have I been told by a post office that I cannot drop off my packages. He was on his phone when I got there and was more interested in getting back to his call than helping me! Idk how he is still employed! Avoid this post office at all costs!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Outside sign said mask recommended and then the worker ( looks like he matches description of other posts; tall and black) wouldn’t attend me cause I didn’t have a mask and walked away. Awful customer service. Went to post office on fortino without a mask and there was no problem. They should shut this location down or have employees that care.

The woman I have met here is very nice, but the tall black man decided to sass me and take a nasty, condescending tone with me, asking me the same question over and over as if my answer would change. Rude, self-important, ridiculously subpar employee. He should not be in any job working with the public. He was also unprofessional to the man in front of me. If you hate your job so much, find another one.

Ya’ll were supposed to deliver a package from a friend a month ago. They finally had to call their own post office and track down the thing. It was “attempted delivery” on the nineth yet I got no call, no note, no notice of any kind. Were yall just hoping to keep my package? Seriously, I’ve never seen a post office hold a package and not tell anyone they tried to deliver it! I have someone at the office of my apartments every day from 9-5 so there’s absolutely no reason they couldn’t have left it at the office or EVEN TOLD THE OFFICE so I would know I had a package. Get it together.

I came in during the busiest time of year for these folks because a package was shown as delivered but not in my mailbox. I worked with a supervisor named Zach and he could not have been kinder or more helpful. Yet, he still didn’t have an exact answer for me when I left but he provided his direct line and said he would get back to me as soon as he had more info. An hour later as I was leaving my home, a mail carrier asked if this was my residence and in hand he had my package! I definitely was anticipating that it may not be found or would take much more time but to my delight, I was totally wrong! The ladies and gentlemen in this field, work like dogs to accommodate millions of people and I felt like I was seen and heard today. Thank you SO much Zach!!

I have had really good experiences here when dealing with the females. Unfortunately today I dealt with a gentleman Kevin and was rude and made a comment that just got under my skin. He 1st made a point that my package had a UPS sticker on it and he was right. It was delivered by UPS. Return label and route was to go though USPS. So he then stuck a sticker on the package and said if it gets there, it gets there. Smh.Why do you continue to have an employee with this attitude work with the public?

Rude staff at post office... and I went because mail is delivered to incorrect address constantly. I get mail two or three streets away and neighbors all the time, more so last year! I have had important never delivered or sent to sender due to delivering at incorrect address when mail is addressed correctly!!

So I was in this post office at about 9:25 this morning with 2 other people. One guy had been there since 9 am. This post office decided not to be open at that time. We banged on the doors and no one answered. There was no note or anything. Finally there was a noise inside but the response from that person was that he was the maintenance guy. We finally left.It reminded me of the old Lily Tomlin line of we dont care, we dont have to; were the phone company. The problem is that the post office HAS to care, as it has competition that is incredibly customer centric. Fed Ex and UPS in my experience fall all over themselves trying to make their experience a great one. They GET IT.This particular post office has been notably lame for years. I remember coming in a while back right before 5pm closing time and one employee stood at the door glaring at me until I left. Gee did I feel like coming back again.

Without a doubt the worst post office on earth! I dropped off two packages to ship out and they lost one of them. I went in to speak to someone and they told me that they didnt have to check in the packages if the bar code on my shipping label wouldnt scan. It takes 5 seconds to manually enter the tracking number but they are not willing to do that. The guy had no proof that my label was to faint to scan, but that was his copout. They are never present at the desk and are always rude. They act as if you are bothering them to do their jobs that they do incorrectly anyway. I will never go back even though they are conveniently located near where I work.

Awful customer service!!! We walk-in for passport services because the website says they take walk-ins from 10-12 & 1-3, and the lady immediately pointed to a trashed piece of paper in the wall that says no walk-ins. I questioned why not, when theyre website clearly says they do and her response was, I dont know, not my problem. We asked what times we could make appointments, and she continued with the, less than helpful replies, basically saying she wont look anything up for us because its not her problem. Seriously ridiculous!

Staff is very rude here wont take properly packaged already packed and paid packages cause I brought in too many made excuses on how they where not right... but when took to Main Mail center they said they where Perfectly fine that the people over here are just lazy. Mostly just the old school guy who been there forever. He is a disgruntle employee. So I just avoid this one all together now and have had NO problems with the others.

This man here is so rude. Do they force you to do your Job? If you can’t serve your nation then go sleep.We have appointment today for our baby passport, we brought all form and I.D except my wife’s I.D. This man here at the post office said No that we have to reschedule for another appointment, We told him it’s urgent I could go back home (5min) to get my wife’s I.D, he refused . So unprofessional. The phone line is placed off the hook so they dont have to answer it. They people are rude, and the atmosphere makes me DREAD going in. They stay in business because nobody cares to fix it and they are the only post office in Belmont. Def looking elsewhere...this place sucks!

Everytime I order anything that ships usps it comes here days after the out for arrival but Ive come to just expect it it and wait patiently but this time I ordered a pretty expensive part on ebay and unfortunately could only get it from usps. I noticed my mail just stopped showing up for days and decided to track my package. They claimed that they couldnt deliver my package because of animal interference but the date was 3 days old. I was very confused because I own no animals and I wouldve thought theyd just deliver it the next day instead. I tried to call them but the phone was busy so I decided to wait. The next day I did not receive mail again and called again, still busy. So I decided to head to the office at 4pm, which according to both google and their hours on the door they close at 5pm, yet the doors locked. I was home all day when my package got delayed by animal interference and never noticed the mail man and it turns out only the neighbors down the street got mail that day but none of the neighbors by me did. I doubt its a coincidence and am pretty sure that everyone that works for the bessemer PO is extremely lazy and careless. I dont know when or if Ill get my package but Im making sure it never happens again. Its sad how many people have had terrible experiences with this office for years and nothings been done!

When a beware of dog sign is posted the carrier should not open the gate. The carrieor today tried saying that they wisled to see if there was a dog present and left the front gate open. He proceds to get attitude with me while i ask him to not leave the gate open. Personaly if he feels that the property is not safe for him then he should never open the gate. For his own safty and for the animals. This is rediculous and unnessesary when he could have eithr left a notice that we have a package or he could have simply put in on home owners side of the fence gate. I will not stand for disrespect if thr mail person was nice about it and listened then i would not be wasting my time making a complaint. So people of pueblo be aware that the mail carriers for East side need to be human not someone who juat wants to get the job done so they can go home. And it helpd when they can deliver mail to the corect address

Why is this post office so surly? I honestly try to avoid it, but sometimes I simply must go there. Every single postal worker I have dealt with is unhappy, and not afraid to share that fact!I have done nothing wrong, and do not deserve such bad service! I would complain directly to them, however their telephone is CONSTANTLY busy!!!! Just a horrible place!

Mud Mail Nazis work here. Slowest service in the U.S. should be the slogan for this shack. Guaranteed to meet some poor smelling and scum of Pueblo here. Then after waiting for 40 minutes, you get the guys who were destined to work at the DMV but got placed here instead. Always something wrong with the box whether it looks like a pinesol box or it has a microscopic barcode showing.When they ask if it is fragile, hazardous, or may contains chemicals. They should really be asking how many times can we throw this? Then when the box or letter doesnt make it, they send you the items in a plastic bag with a sticker thay says we care...... Im sure!

I paid to have a very important letter that needed to be mailed to my Mom in Michigan and well it was a day late and not to mention when I tried calling the them the line is always busy and I was told I can get a refund as it was guaranteed overnight to be there 12:00 Thursday and just got there 24 hours later ......I will go to another one next time I need this service and this is the second time this has happened ....

I went to deliver some of my students artwork to NY for a school-wide project yesterday. I arrived asap after work around 4:45 P.M. and the place was long vacated, locked up. Their hours posted both inside the PO and online are 9-5 P.M. Disgraceful...

Anytime Ive went into this branch, it hasnt been a very good experience. Terrible customer service, staff is rude and uncaring. This branch is the closest one to my house, but I always go to different ones although they are further. After the last terrible experience I had, I vowed to never come back to this branch again unless I absolutely have to.
