Absolutely Horrible service!!!! We purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe’s in Pueblo. It stopped working 2 months after we got it. Called Lowe’s as it was under warranty. They sent somebody out to fix it twice which came with the wrong parts both times. Then said they would replace the refrigerator but didn’t have one in the warehouse. So they picked up the non working Samsung refrigerator put in a much cheaper refrigerator to borrow while waiting for the new one and we are still currently waiting and when calling we just get the run around. We purchase many things at Lowe’s previously but no longer will! Poor service and ridiculous service!! I would NOT recommend buying ANY appliances from them!!!! UNSATISFIED 😡

My husband and I remodeled our kitchen last year and bought most of the materials here. We also purchased a new refrigerator and just last week a new washer/dryer and freezer. We went yesterday to buy cabinets for the laundry room. I am in a wheelchair with a broken leg. I didnt have my boot on because of the heat. I followed a Lowes store employee into the bathroom. I think there are 4 stalls one of which is handicap. There were no other ladies in there and she went to the handicap stall. I had to leave my wheel chair out of the regular stall. Other than my wheel chair I dont look disabled. And she may be as well. But I really think employees should be more considerate.

They are having a hard te getting employees to work. I stood and waited for someone to unlock a tool I wanted to purchase for 15 minutes or longer on a Friday evening at 8pm. If you want to keep business coming your way, youll need to pick up the pace.

Lowes got all new exterior signs and replaced or painted their roof. The north location looks like a new store. Good job Lowes for doing your part to make Pueblo look good.

Pretty decent stock. But you better not need any kind of assistance from any of the people working there. I believe honestly my 10 year old knows more about hardware or appliances than anyone in that store. And ask to speak to a manager they walk away from you.

Update: 9-21: Still do not have a functioning washer and Lowes has been zero help. Its been over a month now.I would highly recommend against purchasing anything open box from Lowe’s. They do not take the time to inspect those items properly. They just sold me a washer with a broken drain pump. They will not exchange it even though they have the same model and The part is back ordered with no clear date on repair. This isn’t the first time I have been disappointed with a big ticket item from Lowe’s. I purchased a New refrigerator at the same time. You would think Lowes would appreciate our business and try to help, but you would be mistaken.

Cashier was friendly, one of the young men in the lumber area was super friendly. But gotta say the bald guy on the forklift was rude and obnoxious. His attitude over shadows the good people there. If you have a bad one in your bunch who do think people will remember the most? Teach him better people skills.

I love this Lowe’s!!! They are always so helpful and even if the employees are doing something, they will stop to help you find what the need. If they can’t they will hand you off to a person that knows. They will not leave you confused. Probably the first Lowe’s I can say this about! 10/10 recommended!

Hi I am a traveler- we drive a good 2+ hours to shop... During these uncertain times.. To my family and I cleanliness is always a big plus... Being temporarily disabled finding a bathroom is vital... store was clean... but the woman’s restrooms was filthy! Toilet paper all over the place! Not good “Lowe’s! Sinks were even worse! No +!sorry!!!! I’m extremely disappointed! I’ve seen cleaner blue out-houses.

One young lady helped me after I chased several down. Seems like it is getting less organized and a lot of this are out of stock. Their usually good plant selection was very poor this year. And I really hate to use self check out

Leslie in appliances is AMAZING!!!!!!!!! She walked us through a very painless experience in our $2300 investment, stayed late specifically to make sure we got the refrigerator we wanted, and helped us find the dishwasher with one specific detail we really wanted. No pressure to upgrade to a more expensive appliance, no pressure for warranty packages, just friendly recommendations on what would be smart, and what may never be necessary. Well worth the 45 minute drive, home depot in my town wanted money today for appliances delivered in a minimum of a week, nothing on-hand (terrible store policies on home depot behalf). THANK YOU LESLIE!

Its hard to tell who has the worse customer service, Lowes or Home Depot! Maybe its a Pueblo thing? I would rather drive to Colorado Springs to buy home improvement items rather than go to either one of these local stores again. My $$$ is going elsewhere!! SMH!!!!!!

Went in looking for a specific item that was listed as available on the website. I asked an older gentleman with the name tag John if he could assist me in finding the item, as I had been up and down the aisle the Lowes website said it was on with no luck. He was very dismissive, offering zero help, instead waving me to an aisle that was nearby and condescendingly saying, See, its right there! Except it was not the item I had shown him on the Lowes website, it was a completely different type of tool altogether! I showed him a listing for a drill press, and was shown a table saw! When I politely showed him the app, to confirm that it was not the item, he simply said, Oh, what we have is what we have. And walked away! John was very rude, and has zero knowledge of tools. Im very disappointed, as every time Ive been to this Lowes previously has been a positive experience with polite staff.

We went in to pick up an item wed ordered. When we went to customer service, we were the only ones waiting. There were three employees behind the customer service counter. Two of them immediately disappeared, and the one left proceeded to spray disinfectant on the counters, went to retrieve paper towels, got into a conversation with another employee and took a few minutes to get back to the counter. She then took several minutes to wipe down counters and items on the counter, and we wondered why that hadnt been done before, when everyone back there was just standing around visiting. When we finally were called forward and asked what we needed, we were told that it would have to be brought from the back, and wed have to wait. We did wait, finally got tired of waiting, and my husband went back to flooring and tracked down an employee who tracked down our box. It turned out wed ordered the wrong thing--our fault, not theirs--but then it took even more time to reorder, and when we got back to customer service to pay for the new order, after waiting in line again, were told they couldnt refund our original order because it wasnt in the system. Thankfully, I had the original receipt, and they used that to look up the original order, so we got the refund processed instead of having to make a return trip to do that. We were in Lowes a total of 55 minutes, which seems like a pretty long time to pick up an order. Didnt seem like they were particularly busy, either--in our trips around the store trying to locate our box, we saw plenty of employees who didnt seem to be involved with helping customers. We shop at Lowes often, and its usually pretty efficient, but this trip was a bit of a nightmare.

I didnt know that paint can go bad when it hasnt been opened. Granted I purchased in Jan and stayed in a warm garage. I was told no exchange, etc. He was very rude. Guess Ill stick to home depot.

Purchased items for a remodel and was told I could pick them up the next morning. Unfortunately when I got to the store at 745 the next morning my rather large item purchase was no where to be found and had been restocked. I was upset to say the least as I had a friend with a truck waiting to load. I was approached by Ian a manager in the department and without going into detail he took care of my frustration above and beyond my expectations. In all my years I’ve never seen a better display of professionalism and customer service. Kudos to Ian!!

I usually have an excellent experience here but “Rozalina” cashier at the front has spoiled it for me today. Doesn’t even speak English, or pretends not to much and is very meekly rude to people. I watched her interact with a few people before I came up and it was extremely off putting behavior. It’s summer, y’all are busy, have more than one cashier available 🤦🏽‍♀️

We purchased a high end dishwasher at the Rt. 50 Lowes on July 4, and were promised delivery on July 8. They called the night before to let us know our delivery would be between 2:45 and 6:45 p.m. on the 8th. That morning my husband disconnected the old appliance, removed it to the garage, and cleaned up the mess it made. At 3:15 p.m. the store called to let us know the driver was delayed and would be there between 4 and 7 p.m. The next call informed us the truck had broken down, and we would have to reschedule for several days later. Upon calling the store manager, we were informed that in fact the earliest we could reschedule delivery would be three days out on Sunday. No options, no way to get ours or others in the same situation onto the Friday or Saturday truck. We passed up Best Buy and Home Depot for the convenience of the Lowes on Rt. 50. Dont do it! They have outsourced their deliveries and no longer do installations. Prices across big box stores are very similar...service is what sets them apart. Service is evidently not important to Lowes.

The gentleman in The LumberYard were very helpful and interested in making sure we found supplies for our project. The women in the customer service were very dismissive and seemed more interested in discussing the latest gossip than giving us the time of day.

Once I was able to get help in the tools section the employee was very helpful and informative. He answered all my questions. And I was able to get what I wanted. Even the checkout employees were very nice and professional. My only complaint was that the tool section is huge and apparently theres only one employee working in that area. So I had to wait about 10 minutes.

I love their garden center. First time ever returning perennials that didnt Winter over. Wasnt a problem, I had my receipt and plant identifier.

No one was available to ANY of their customers. Including the customer service department. When I went to a checker to ask her to call someone, she ignored me for over 10 minutes!! I then got in the check out line to ask for some help and she said I shouldnt have gotten in her line. So I promptly left the store and ended up going to Home Depot.

I WAS JUST GETTING READY MAKE A PURCHASE OF A BACKDOOR DOGGIE DOOR. Called to see what they charge to deliver and install a storm doggie door for my back door. Jim in the doors department said they dont install doors. Asked to speak with a manager said he did have one available. SO RUDE. laughed at me when I said Ill call corporate.

Found what we needed and will definitely be back again. Great service.

Usually this place is fine but the other day pushed me over the limit and it isnt anyones fault but Corporate. All of the self scan registers were experiencing issues and about 6 of us stood around, awaiting someone to help us. 5 mins is what I allow and then I am gone. I had about $50 worth of outlet covers and switch plates. Ended up leaving, walking into Home Depot, locating same merch and checked out ASAP! No waiting. Sorry Lowes. You lost a few dozen sales that day.

Brenda helped us with blinds for our home and did an excellent job. Got us pricing right away, answered all our questions and really knew the product. Lowes is lucky to have Brenda on their team.

Lowes is our go to for DIY projects, its convenient, good selection, and overall priced competitively. I will give props to their Pro desk, that group is very responsive to helping you, Jason is awesome! Weve also had a good experience working with their Paimt department, I can almost always get someone to help. One thing to note, if you need to make a return, avoid going around lunchtime, it seems that is the most popular time and returns can take 20-30 minutes.

They were so helpful at paint it was unbelievable they took out extra extra time with me.

Cashier Keshia in the garden center was pleasant and knowledgeable. Great asset.

Great selection of home improvement tools, supplies, and their appliance section has good variety for every budget. I find coming to Lowes is more straightforward than their competitors and I prefer their variety. I recently moved to Colorado and needed to help fix up and order a refrigerator for my property. I came to browse different home improvement stores in Pueblo and it was an easy choice, their appliance section is much larger than the local Home Depot or the Sears. Sears is more exclusive to Kenmore appliances and Home Depot has only half as many appliances available to browse. I also purchased a medicine cabinet and bathroom mirror here for my home and Im very satisfied with what I picked out. When I asked about financing for refrigerators they easily ran my credit and gave me a verdict. The second time I came back and made my order and purchase on a refrigerator was an excellent experience with the Lowes team. The worker who helped us with our order was very cooperative and patient with my grandfather and I, I was impressed with how fast and simple he got us taken care of. Most employees Ive encountered at this location were very polite and helpful. Ocassionally weve come across a grumpy worker such as the time we ran my credit and didnt make a purchase, he seemed very impatient and criticized how quickly I could fill out a form. I wouldnt let one experience like that speak for their whole staff but I took off a star for being treated as an inconvenience in that case. This is a great Lowes who provides exceptional service to the Pueblo area and for my next home improvement project I know Ill be coming back.

Its pretty chill, sometimes long lines at times it seems understaffed yet overstaffed st the same time. They have a wide selection of what you need, from prebuilt sheds to the smallest screws.

I normally go to the one on Pueblo Blvd, but their cellulose insulation machine is currently out of commission. The employees on highway 50 were exceptional. They ensured that I got everything I needed and helped me pack those packages of insulation into my car (and that heavy machine). Shout out to Graham who really went above and beyond. Now to get some insulation put in so I dont freeze to death this winter!

Ok. had to wait for approximately half an hour to get help with a screen door. all of them were torn. staff is helpful but having to wait or run an employee down is not what I want to do when I go there. prices are where they should be. they usually have what I want, and again I had to wait at the check out. maybe hire some more help. other than staffing I will be back.

I gave Lowes 5 stars because we went everywhere in Pueblo at 5 p.m. and couldnt find a washer and dryer to take home. We came all the way from Trinidad and everywhere else told us that they would have to order it and we would have to pay extra for delivery or make another trip. I was also able to get 12 month at 0% financing because I opened an account with them and I got the washer and dryer that I wanted.

The parking is hell but the staff and store are great!

When my refrigerator was going out, I contacted Lowes, roughly the end of February 2021, it is now later in the month of April, one issue after another has taken place and when I voice my concerns they fall on def ears. I had to get a subcontractor from Lowes to come out and look at the refrigerator determining it was not reparable, then I had to wait for the subcontract company to contact Lowes, then I had to call several times and was directed to a refunding center who mailed the card to the wrong address, then once I got the card I went to the Store, picked out a refrigerator on 12 April 2021 and I have been waiting for it to be delivered. I contacted Lows today, the sales person stated that he could not understand why it was not delivered on the 19th (I never received a phone call or any type of contact for delivery) so I requested the date of delivery be on the 27th of April well, tonight I receive a voice mail that it will be delivered tomorrow, 22 April 2021. I contacted the number provided and had to leave a voice mail. I am working 12 hour night shifts and I will most likely be asleep when it is delivered, GREAT JOB, LOWES!!!

Lowes has pretty much everything you are looking for. For the most part everything went great.

They have one employee running the registers and 20 on the floor watching for theft and guarding the doors. Rarely have I been in Lowe’s after 8:00pm where I haven’t witnessed them chasing someone down or on guard at the exit door.

It is always exciting to visit Lowes home improvement store. The whole atmosphere is uplifting if you are ready to tackle your next project. We are currently working on our living room floor and paint. There selection of laminated flooring is great and the colors and durability of there offered products are just as great. Our next huge project will be our kitchen remodel, and yes, Lowes has everything we want and need to complete it also.
