Just dropped a pickup truck load of yard debris at the transfer station. The service was friendly and helpful. I was charged $18.00 which I thought was reasonable.

I just left this trash company i highly do not recommend. We paid extra to get them to throw our trash instead of us having to do it and we didn’t have a chain so we decided to go ask if using the straps were okay. Just to get a rude remark from a bigger man that works there. To make things better we went to talk to that guys manager just to get teamed up on by all of them. they were discriminating my boyfriend by laughing in his face when he told them he had a disability and that they were triggering it. The workers are terribly rude.

There trucks are always broken, tell you they will be there to pick up ,dont show ,have to keep calling. They picked up the dumpster 2 yrd without telling me .Insisted I said to pick it up .Tried to charge me $30.00 to bring it back, plus sign a year contract for more money ,what a joke !!! I called Waste Management paid $19.00 dollars per month PS- I told the girl that I should find somebody else ,never told her to come and get there junk!!!

I understand there is turnover with jobs because of Covid and other issues but our trash has been left for 2 days after the supposed pickup date. I really like their roll-off rental but they give you a dropoff date and pickup date which you pay for in advance and they never meet it. Most of my neighbors are switch service and I think its time we do too.

Our dumpster hasnt been emptied for two weeks and they dont answer the phone. Seems like they will be going out of business soon.

My garbage bin never leaves my alley way. C&C Disposal has continuously forgotten to pick up my garbage. They claim everytime oh there was a substitute on your route or theres a new guy on your route. Their solution is to come get it on Monday but than Monday comes and they dont pick it up then either. Decent prices but those prices dont mean jack if they dont deliver on their services! I can not recommend this company to anyone who lives in Pueblo.

Failed to pick up trash multiple times. Would not pick up broken down card board boxes placed next to trash bin either. Horrible communication and customer service do not use!!!

Horrible horrible service. Bought a new house and needed to get service ASAP, a whole week passed and never did we get our tote even after we had already paid upfront $75. Now we have moving trash plus living trash for a whole other week till our new company can come. Asked for a refund and they said it could take 3-6 weeks to process when it took them 3 seconds to take my money and not bring me my tote. Now I’ll just hope they’ll refund my money timely after this terrible experience.

After being a customer for 5 years, I called C&C to ask about monthly rates, I was rudely spoken to by Bree, she not only refused to actively listen to my concerns, she was very resistant to offer any assistance to keep my business. I will go elsewhere.

Instead of cleaning up the mess the trash guy made he left it, and then a few short weeks later he hit one of the vehicles with the dumpster. & there customer service is terrible!

Horrible place, its really sad theyre the only place in Pueblo that has recycling. That being said, Ive had nothing but problems with this company. One bill is paid and then another for $100 will come in. These are bills saying that I ordered extra day pickup when they didnt take my trash the day before, when they were supposed to. Also, Ive had to call their office multiple times in one day, was then told the problem will be taken care of, and ill be contacted if for some reason that cant happen. Never heard back from them and my recycling STILL wasnt picked up. Its seriously maddening, save yourself the headache and pay less like everyone else, theres obviously a reason the average rating is barely under three stars. I honestly wish I could give them no stars, everything with them has been completely unprofessional.I dont know who is running this place but this is no way to handle business at all. It really makes me wonder how many people theyre taking advantage of, like elderly that dont have the resources to check online, or people like me who pay extra for recycling.I hope this issue is taken care of, if it is Ill update my post.

This may sound crazy, but a very clean transfer station and consistent pricing.

I have been dumping the same stuff there for years. Always a cubic yard for about $18.00. This morning they wanted to charge by weight with a minimum of $40.00. I will never go there again. Their greed has cost them my business. Congratulations MORONS. Hope you like losing customers.

If you need a haul away dumpster. Look elsewhere. They will reschedule everything with complete disregard to your schedule. I was rescheduled 5 times in one week.

The young women that greeted me at the entrance was very polite and welcoming.

After using them for our business for years all of a sudden they can’t make one of our pick up days work anymore, so we’ve been skipped numerous times and still charged the regular amount. Multiple calls haven’t resolved the issue.

Terrible. This is the 3rd time in the last 6 months they have skipped us not 1 week but 2 weeks.

This company is deceitful. They’re constantly lying. This is not the first or second incident but third! I thought whatever, it’s a trash company but I’m livid at this point. They swear up and down that the company did not pick up my tote and now I’m being charged $80 for a new one? Update your records, stop lying to get more money out of people! I paid my bill late only one day prior to pickup, my fault. Tote is missing after pickup! Coincidence yeah? Why is it that neighbors on my block, and on both sides all have their totes in their alley just as I do, and none of theirs is missing? It’s so random that someone would target my house out of all the others lol especially with the location of my house compared to others, it would just make much more sense that the company picked it up and “forgot” to mark it. I swear it’s a ploy to get more money out of people. They had a similar “mix up” with me a while back and after reading other reviews, it’s doesn’t seem uncommon so I wouldn’t doubt it. They said they picked up my trash or that it wasn’t in the alley on pickup day. Lies. I move my can night prior so it’s ready early morning and I’m up during the time they’re supposed to be there and I have family at home that are home after they’re supposed to be there. they tried to charge me extra to do a stop but it wasn’t my doing! They’re never consistent and place fault on the customer. Disputing charges with my bank and canceling services for good. I spoke with my neighbors and they confirmed that the company did in fact pick up my tote and take it.

Not to expensive quick and played back. Ill be using them from now on.

Utilized the C&C Disposal Transfer station and was very glad we did. Pull in, see the friendly attendant who charges a surprisingly low price, drive over to the big open building, unload your trash into the staging pit and drive away. Super fast and easy.

The young man behind the counter was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He provided customer service that far surpassed any I have received at any other landfill, of transfer station. He made it pretty seamless to get in and get out. This place is relatively inexpensive too.

Cant speak to the reviews on their curbside service, but their transfer station is by far the most affordable place to dump if you have a pickup truck. Ive been to Bestway off Marksheffel, the Fountain landfill, Mountain disposal in Colorado City, and this place is it.

Do not use this company. They are not truthful about there charges. Then they don’t care weather you like it or not. Paid for all there dumpsters up front, now my project is done, and now they charged me double, sometimes more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Awesome service and prices

I paid for three loads at 33.50 a piece. Come back 2 weeks later and douche with glasses says the price is 45 now. Same truck with LESS than last 3 loads. Pricing is how they feel the day of.

We moved across town, transferred our service to the new address. Was instructed to leave cans in front of house and they would be moved the same day. Five days later cans have not been moved and will not be for another 4 days. New house owners are upset and I have no trash service, thank you for nothing, literally.

Was told I wouldn’t have to pay a small fee sense I was patient on the phone for about 15 or 20 minutes. Trash service was supposed to continue the following day.The following morning the trash truck never showed. I called the office and was told that the conversation I had the previous morning never happened... not recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with .I called and ordered a 12x8 rolloff to be delivered , I specifically requested an earlyA.M delivery . I finally got a phone call at 4:30 pm on Friday to say the driver was on his way ,as you can imagine without my guys being onsite to watch over things everyone that passed bye decided to throw trash in ,needles to say we came in Saturday morning to a half full dumpster (I know they arent responsible for illegal dumping) I do understand that , but the fact of the matter is had the dumpster been delivered when I requested I would have already had it filled with my stuff...... second problem is the 12x8 dimensions are a BOLD FACE LIE .... the opening at the top may be 12x8 but the sidewalls immediately curve inward to 4 wide at bestSo I called to see if there was anything they could do for me ,and they couldnt care less

This transfer station is a cost effective alternative to the higher priced dump. While the pricing isnt always consistent and the traffic is heavy at times, they seem to be putting in more effort to run a better show.

These guys are awful,never the same person in the office,so they dont take a complaint seriously! We cancelled our sevice because we were unhappy with our services and they still want to charge us a fee to pick up the can,unbelievably poor customer service,then we are billed for the next 3 months and they sent that to collections with the fee for the can pick up....that is bad customer service. You should not charge a person for a service that was cancelled by the customer in a timely fashion,nor should you be charged for the take back of the can if you were a disgruntled customer whose complaints were ignored! They dont care about their customers or their emplyees,unless they related.

3 mattresses and 3 box springs, $114...extortion!!!! Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the clerk was nice. 😒

The people were helpful and the fees were 1/3 of the south pueblo landfill. Also provided assistance with unloading. Would visit again.
