The hours say Mon-Fri 8am-4pm but when you call it goes straight to voicemail. The lady who answers the phone is quite rude and they refuse to mail an invoice, but instead put it in the lid of your trash can and if you lose it and or don’t receive it then I guess you’re just sol.

They are good people and always on time and have never missed a day. The office secretary is super nice and helpful. All around a great disposal service....not to mention we live way outside of pueblo and they still pick up!!!

The best thing to do is be polite, cancel your service and find another disposal company. Record every phone conversation and change your credit card number and notify your bank if you decide to cancel.It would be wise to dump trash at the dump. Record all trash pick ups. Dont yell at the lady who answers the phone.

Sadly i must edit my review. This company is not worth while, their office is horrible at keeping records, they will not pro-rate their service, so they love to charge customers for services they didnt actually give you. They keep randomly changing their rules with extra bags, and failure about informing their customers about these constant changes.At first i thought this company was worth while because their options but over the few years i had this company its been nothing but problems with every single bill cycle. This last one they charged me a different amount than my bill has recorded on it.These people will likely not be in business much longer

I would give a zero if I could , my trash has not been picked up for 1 month, called to complain lady told me flat out ( they do not bill new customers) which is completely a lie , I asked to speak to a manager she told me no, I asked for a phone number to contact manager she told me no, I told her your boss is not going to like this once he finds out, she told me ( sir I do not care) then she preceded to tell me ( I’m done with this conversation I am hanging up) yea she hung up. She needs fired, I’ve been upset with companies before but this lady clearly does not know what customer service is. Sorry about covid 19 but you need a new job.

I have used Global Disposal for several years now, and I am very happy with them. They have worked with me through out the years. They never miss a pick up, even on holidays. They are extremely reasonably priced. They are a family operation, so they dont have someone sitting on the phone 24/7. If you need to speak to them leave a detailed message. They are very friendly and willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy. Great Job, guys thank you!!

I never get a bill even though Ive given my phone number more than once (they supposedly send bills via text message) and low and behold my service always gets suspended when I dont even know when my bill is due in the first place. These people have no clue how to run a business, not to mention its like pulling teeth to get them to answer the phone.

I was with another trash service before Global Disposal. They nickel and dimed me to ridiculous rates! Global Disposal has given me one set rate and stayed there, worked with me when I paid my bill late, always picked up neatly and when they are supposed to,and overall just done a great job!!! Look no further when looking for your trash service Global Disposal is the one!!!

These people are ridiculous. Lost my payment never picked up my trash when you were at fault. Never able to speak to anyone. Plus very very rude. I do not recommend them whatsoever

I usually look at reviews before I do business with some one but a year and a half ago I was so upset with my trash service, I stopped Global when they where picking up a neighbors trash and spoke with them found them to be very friendly and reasonably priced I decide right then and there to go ahead and use them and paid for a years service I have never had any issues always nice and I am a OTR truck driver and my wife is disabled and some times can not get the trash to the curb and they have never missed picking it up. So I am really surprised when I came here online to see if they had a website to pay my bill and see all these bad reviews but all I can do is say I have been real pleased with them.

Dont waste your time. They never pick up.they make up all kinds of excuses. They dont mail out Bills and then turn off your service because you didnt pay a bill you didnt know you had. Never answer the phone!

Dont ever give them your credit card information or bank account information because they will automatically bill your account without your permission even when you send a money order in Unprofessional rude And then theyll tell you that you told them to take it out of your account why would I tell them take it out of my account on the 3rd yet I got a money order on the 1st

Prepaid for services. Weekly pickups were periodically skipped without reason. Rude response to complaint of missed service.

Horrible trash company never answer their phones or call you back. Rude employees refused to Take my trash bc they said the bin was to heavy told us to empty and the come for it the next day never showed and can’t get someone to answer the phone. Will never use this company again

Thieves, they want to be paid for not picking up your garbage. extremely poor service. customer relations are non existant except an abrasive and aggressive owner. sorry for the one star i would rather leave them negative 5 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AT SOME POINT. VERY UNRELIABLE

Always on time and polit when i call. They even get my garbage can from my house when i forget to put it out

Have left multiple messages to pay my bill, no call back. Up until yesterday the voicemail said todays date is July 4th. I called today voicemail changed but still no call back. Garbage men had no pronlem leaving me a note saying my garbage wont get picked up next week bc i didnt pay. Call your customers back or answer your phobe during business hours. No customer service, i would have given zero stars if Google would let me.

This is the worst trash company Ive every dealt with you start service they give you no info so pick was yesterday n my trash has not been picked up not to mention I called today and they said the driver quit that was on my route LMAO really dont waste you money on the yep its cheap and cheap service is what your going to get sorry but I rather pay 90 going back to waste management

Terrible customer service, cant get woman to even answer the phone, let alone get the trash picked up on the days you expect, never bills regularly, so when theyre not picking up your trash, its because they never sent a bill reminding you that your bill is due.
