They are completely unprofessional, un educated, and support the perpetrator. I have seen first hand how they blame the victim and cater to the abuser. On a personal and professional level, I would not recommend this place. Victims of abuse, this place is not designed to protect. Very disappointing!

My family has dealt with Teresas Place for the past several months. The peace of mind in knowing that my daughter and my grandson have a safe exchange place has been an absolute blessing. The staff is always kind and professional. I would recommend it to anyone that needs them!

My family has worked with Teresas place for over two yrs now. I have never had any communication issues, scheduling issues or visitation/exchange issues. The staff have always been incredibly accomdating to me and my families situation. I have always been kept informed and I truly appreciate all the help they have given to us. They are an extremely needed asset.

This place should be closed. My daughter was burned during a visit. Granted it was an accident with a hot glue gun, but nevertheless they purposely neglected to inform me, and acted like they forgot. I have full custody of my daughter and Im a good dad. They obviously disagree, and were not documenting the visits or even correctly supervising them. My child has returned to me multiple times to complain about how her mother is engaging in mature adult conversations meant for the parents. Do you think the supervisors intervened like required? No. When I asked for documentation, the lady laughed in my face and said well your gonna need a suponea and its gonna cost you a lot of $$$. Further more Ive asked for a manager to call me with no phone call. Ive called the manager with no return call. Its FLAT OUT REDICULOUS that this is the only visiting center Pueblo gets. They dont even deserve a 1 star. I give them a -5

This place is terrible. They lie to you about what they will do and how they will protect your child when there. They claim to have called you when they never do and attack the parent who is the constant in the child’s life. The other party in my situation is a heroin addict and they constantly tell me how they are the victim and I’m making it hard!! We wouldn’t even be there if the other party had not decided to do drugs and become absent. They won’t tell you how your child is when they have them and act like you aren’t the parent when they are there. You lose your ability to be a parent. I’d rather take my child to Denver than go here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

If I could give this establishment a zero I would. Though I have tried working with establishment since I have been court ordered to I have ran into more than just one problem. This place lies about contact they have had with you about scheduling time for the child to see the other party. And of course they say all phone contact is written down but refuse to show you because they are “government funded”. They make you feel as tho you are the liar even tho my child and me are the victim in this case. It’s an establishment meant to help victims but only makes you feel even more stressed than life was before. Being pointed the finger that you are a liar and bad person is the last thing I would think to have to deal with coming to this place for assistance. Not only that but they cut corners and checks on the other party. They mention initially that when they bring in your child that the other party will have a 15-30 min eval before they let your child spend time with them but they have failed to do that on all my child’s visits even as much as letting him walk In The door that me and my child were to walk-in to. They are very unprofessional and caring of families that are victims in the case. I hope that no one else has or had to deal with the things that me and my family have been through.

This is not a homeless shelter it is something else she said to exchange children and I said I dont really know what you mean Im not sure what it is but its not a homeless shelter as they said Google messed up
