Been with Select Staffing for about 2 n a half months. I have been going to the office time after time to help me get my funds directly into my card but failed to do so the 4th time already. I get paid 5 days late every week and seem to be ignored because this does not impact their business. Today I had a talk with my manager about getting hired directly. They too seem that my pay is being handled without care and honestly cant wait to be out of this mess of a Staffing Agency. Glad the company cares much more than Select. Monday will be my 5th attempt at trying to get paid on time. I was also sent home due to my wife having COVID-19 positive and was told I will not be paid for that time because I wasnt the one positive with COVID-19, I was forced to go without pay all 14 days and now have trouble paying my bills once again.

Dont waste your time, I only got one phone call and email about a job that I applied to on my own online and I didnt reply because it was a job I didnt even want and I never heard from them again. Isnt it their job to help you get a job? I mean, if you still have to do the legwork on your own, what good does it do to bother going there, Ive been to plenty of job agencies before and most got you a job next day or that same week and thats with no warehouse experience, totally disappointed with their help or lets say lack of it, youll have better luck on your own.

I enjoyed working for this temp they put me in a good spot. I understand the covid situation. But my only thing is where they put me i exelled in my position. They did not want to loose me, and next thing i got was a phone call at 11:30 at night on a Sunday not to report to work. And its my responsibility to find a new job. Im now at a place that is hard for me to accommodate. Its not right. I have never missed a day i have been working on getting my certifications for the over head crane i have my mile stones then you just let me go to someplace thats killing me. I hope you see this sarah..........

Very rude, unprofessional, discourteous, and disrespectful in that office. Brittany Rupert needs to find a new line of work that doesnt involve dealing with people, until she grows up and matures a bit. They hired my wife in an industrial manufacturing facility that almost immediately had her working overtime, including Saturdays...which is perfectly fine and expected. However, in trying to set up all of the payroll direct deposit stuff, as well as several different websites (one site for Select, one site for payroll, one site for benefits), we encountered problems and needed some assistance. My wife called Brittany and authorized their office to communicate with me in order to fix the issues. Time after time, in email after email, while trying to solve these problems, Brittany wrote consistently rude and discourteous emails such as, ...I do not need to tell employees anything about IT user issues..., and ...like I have stated before to you, and I will not address this again, unless you are our associate- do NOT contact me. Especially in regards to our employees.... I politely mentioned the fact that if they were going to have my wife working overtime during the week, then work on Saturdays, when was my wife supposed to resolve these issues. I have more free time at my job and have been trying to help my wife, and my wife is not as tech-savvy as I am. Brittanys answer to every problem was basically that it was not her problem and that we would have to get in touch with the people at the other websites for resolution. Forgive me but my feeling is if someone is working her butt off and making your company money, they certainly shouldnt get the run-around trying to fix everything that should have been properly put in place on the very first day. These items should have been completed and set up before my wife started her first day of work. You dont cut someone loose and have them working 40-60 hours per week and then tell them to take care of their own problems when their paycheck hasnt shown up for 2 weeks. I even clued in Miss Brittany that she was speaking to a 34-year military Combat Vet and Law Enforcement retiree (Colonel) and should re-examine the tone and respectfulness of her communications, but that apparently went in one ear and out the other. 20-somethings dont speak to their seniors and elders, with 30-40 years more time and experience in the work force, like that. I didnt serve and protect my country and community in uniform for over 3 decades to be spoken to in that manner by a kid who has never served. And my wife certainly deserves more respect for her 45-year work record of excellence, which included several management positions training immature kids like Brittany for the work force. My wife never takes a sick day and works circles around kids a third her age. Someone in that office needs to send Brittany to some serious re-training in Customer Service, or have her find a new line of work.

Ive been working for Select Staffing for almost three years now, they have always treated me with respect and kindness while giving me as much work as I wanted to go around my college schedule. When I had a family tragedy they were there with moral support and gave me as much time off as I needed and still had work for me when I was ready. I have nothing bad to say about any of my employers and Ive had countless opportunities to gain experience in a variety of work fields.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled in the afternoon with them and upon arrival was told the person interviewing me called off that morning. I was not notified at all. Left my name and number with the only lady there and never received a call back. I called and was told that I was no longer being considered as I missed my interview time. I did not. It was not my fault the person called off. After explaining this to them I again left my name and number to schedule another time and after calling them 4 times and receiving the run around I gave up. Worst experience ever with a staffing company. Better off finding employment by other means, your own.

I have no problem with select my only issue comes from their payment method. If you are employed by them or anyone that issued you a comdata payroll card do not use it I called yesterday to get my account number and routing number and was denied because select denied me from obtaining that info over the phone which really isnt that big of a deal but I did find out that they have authorization and precidents over my account. Why does my employer need access to my funds the only access they should have is to deposit my money but this is not the case I want to know why they think its ok to have power over my money. Money I worked hard for. My name is on that card not select. So Im pretty sure that if you are using a comdata paycard they monitoring your spending habits. Feel free to contact them and ask. But they are pretty rude people. Other than that Ive only had good experiences with this company and office but the payroll issue is why I gave one star. I will now open a private account one select will not and cannot have access to.

When my husband got assistance from them, it was a great opportunity for the perfect job. That is where the good review stops. Hes been working for the same company, who would like to hire him on under them and the staffing agency refuses to let him go. He makes a third of what his pay rate should be, the other two thirds going to the agency. He has a family to take care of, yet hes supporting the agency. He brings home pennies on the dollar and it remains this way for two more months. Select staffing has proven to be liars, underhanded, and wishy washy with decisions concerning the well being of its employees. They may help find you a job, but forget about any independence from them afterward for three long months, especially if you land a good job.

The people in the office are great, a bit disheveled but overall good folks. My issue is with the time clock at the work site. Its an hour a 4 mins off from Mountain time zone. It also does not identify whether you are clocking in or out, it simply say Good afternoon The temp service repeatedly slams on the employees for missing punches, but Its difficult to tell if you are punching, double punching, or you missed one. If they get that fixed I will have no issues.

Never answer the phone when call, Sat outside in the cold for over an hour because the lunch sign on the door said theyll be back at 1:30pm they didnt show up till 2:45 pm after we called the 1844 number at 2pm and they said give them 10 mins to get there.

Worst place to be staffed through. Not only the office ladies are rude but they put you in positions that pay so little for an extreme amount of work. Would never recommend to go through them for work. Its all about their contracts and what they make off of you.

They have had no work for me for a few months now. Waste of time. Not very dependable for work. Mostly not the companys fault but if you are a temp service you have to keep steady work coming in or else no one is going to want to work for you.

Brittany in the Pueblo office is very unprofessional n when contatacted doesnt have her facts right. Applied for a job n she tried putting me somewhere else i declined so she put me on inactive for 6 months, tried to ask to speak to someone else n she hung up. She should work more n lunch less.

I have been a temporary employee for this business for 2 years, and just recently I was assigned to work for Innotrac as a customer service representative, anyways I received my work schedule following for next week, so Monday comes and Select calls me and notifies me that I was a no call no show, in my situation I found this rather odd because I made sure that my manager gave me the correct schedule.Innotrac let me go and I left a comment on Facebook, the next day Select called me saying I was never to come back seeking work.Select is not concerned about the applicants position and only cares making money on your part, this business is unprofessional, unreasonable, unfair, and has the wrong ideas of how they view applicants: a piece of furniture is how they view us.So let this be a warning to anyone seeking employment through this company, they will not be on your side and they make irresponsible decisions that affected my chance of getting hired.

I went to find work. They had me do my drug test and sent my background check. I was told it would take up to 48 hours. 72 hours later no info on it and i still have started working. They are very understaffed and unprofessional.
