Health Solutions bit off more than they can chew!!!! The facilities are state of the art! The buildings are Beautiful. The Art Decor is Amazing!Who is PAYING for all this???? We are, as in people with Mental Health Issues and DUI Treatment and Classes!!!!!!We as a people are part of SOCIETY. So why are WE TREATED LESS? We come to OUR appointments and have to wait up to 2 hours to be seen! We are paying our debt to society twice! For having Ailments and being Treated as less byHEALTH SOLUTIONS EMPLOYEES............ DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!

I’ve been a patient of Leanne Gronemeyer for years and it’s been one of the worse medical experiences of my life. I’ve begged her for years to write me a script for an inhaler for my very sporadic asthma that I’ve had since birth. Every time I ask she promises to put it in for me and never does. I’m currently in the passenger seat of a friends car heading to the ER because she refuses to help me. Then when I tried to speak with some sort of supervisor I was left on hold until the line cut out, which I get hung up on often at this place. No one there wants to do their jobs. They refuse to add anything to your chart that you ask of them so it still doesn’t say that I’ve been refused an inhaler multiple times. They would rather me go to the ER or potentially suffocate instead of helping me. I’m left with no other option but to find help elsewhere. It’s a shame because the behavioral health center is top notch and always willing to do what’s best for their patients but the medical center is filled with lazy awful people who don’t want to help patients, what’s the point of being a doctor/np if you don’t like to help people?

Im talking about both the medical and psychological I believe these people need help they are completely small-minded in the way they treat and I havent got an ounce of compassion out of this place and Ive been coming here over a year I really wish there was something else something better

Will loose labs, at 36 yrs old your to old for surgeries, that you should go home get comfy and await death, asked 3X if I was sure I didnt already have hernia surgery, even tho there is no scar for 3 hernias, very incompipent, Dr K is the worst and then they get upset because they are playing games with someones life and they react... they also send meds to the wrong pharmacy, send referrals to wrong Dr, and set up appointments with wrong Drs... ppls lifes are not toys to be played with!!! Be better off going to a real drs office!!! And as for downstairs the mental part of this place, its a junkie haven... they like to call dss on families that are trying to find help over things 15yrs prior that have nothing to do with life at that time...
