Would not cash a personal check not helpful at all being a check cashing business and were super rude.

They had me go get the letter that was attached to my check only so they could photo copy my perfectly legit pre printed check, along with the letter stating what it was for, only to refuse cashing the check. Thanks for wasting my time.update, they had me go back today only to treat me like trash and ask that I send her copies of my correspondence with the attorney who wrote the check, but again only to try and collect evidence and treat me like a criminal. Thanks guys pppft. Im across the street cashing it at a bank, dont waste your time here if they give u the runaround

Garbage company, bank service Garbage dont waste your time or energy going to this place. The bank service is third party service and there is incentive for them to push Garbage bank service cash fees are highter then atm service and you get charged to take money out of bank account through them pushing third party bank service.

I paid a utility bill and it was a good experience she made it so much easier than the actual utility company does. And after all who wants to pay bills in the first place so when you find someone who makes it easier for you then yes I will recommend it and I will go back myself.

If there is ever a check you need cashed and no other store will do it. Just know that ace is a bit more strict because of security and fraud reasons but they will do everything on their power to cash it. Believe me I have taken them some pretty funny checks and handwritten checks and we have always gotten to a solution and cashed them.

I enjoy going to this location (the 29th Street location in Pueblo, Colorado) because I always receive amazing customer service in a very timely manner. In fact, its the ONLY Ace Checking location I go to in a 50 mile radius of Pueblo. Theres an associate who works there thats especially wonderful - I believe her name is Paula but shes been there for quite some time apparently. Ive only been there once when she wasnt working but I received great customer service that day, too. Anyway, Paula rocks...shes a bona-fide winner of the Customer Service trophy🏆She deserves a vacation or a raise...or both 😀

We have been customers of this specific ACE location for quite some time. Myself, for several years; my husband for just about a year. Every single time my husband attempts to use their services- it is an absolute nightmare. For one; not only is he treated very poorly due to rudeness & utter unprofessionalism, but these associates NEVER try to rectify whatever issues they claim to have. Not to mention every single time we have come in with checks that are guaranteed; some have come from multimillion-dollar Corporations (such as the specific check we brought last night) and they refute and refuse to cash, even checks issued from our government they will not cash. Yesterday evening my husband approached the counter as he had a retirement check to cash; the associate did not even give my husband 5 minutes in an attempt to confirm the availability of funds. She was rude did not answer any of his questions and after 2mins. She stated I cant do it. So I myself get on the phone with our retirement company and informed them of the situation and of the complaint that the associate was having regarding her reasons for not accepting the check. The representative from the retirement company wanted to speak to the associate to confirm the funds were not only available but that there was absolutely no reason for this check to be declined for cashing. My husband took the phone with the retirement companys representative still on the line which immediately irritated the check cashing associate and her immediate response was I cant use your phone I have to use mine! At which point my husband and our retirement company representative agreed for her to do so. Mind you all of this could have been done the first time he walked in however, it was apparent that she did not want to do anything in regards to that. So once she spoke to the retirement company representative, she was told that the funds are more than enough and more than available and there was no issue whatsoever and that there should not be a problem . Ace Checking associate made the comment that she would not accept the check because of a mobile deposit. Those were her exact words and the exact excuse this time out of many, a mobile deposit. A mobile deposit obviously is done using a mobile phone scanning a check to a specific a account. This was not the case regarding this check as this was/is a multi-million dollar Corporation and rather than just cashing and dispersing the funds when she was told that the funds were more than available, this was her new excuse not to do so a mobile deposit. It was as if she thought my husband had zero intelligence nor did not deserve respect. He looked at the clock and realized the problem has nothing to do with us, the retirement company or the check. It was time for her to go home or at least 10 minutes until. The only reason we have ever used this location is due to its convenience. However this is the last straw and we will never use this location again.

Rude and controlling , all of the woman that talk with the customers, lack professionalism and courtesy.

They offer great customer service the ladies are always polite and always do there job every time I visit the ladies are able to assist me in a timely manner.

It’s common to go in and deal with a little of attitude with these ladies except for one(I always forget to catch her name ) but this older lady that works there is probably one of the rudest bitterest women I’ve ever dealt with in Pueblo she called me a liar within the first seconds of being there I was in & said she couldn’t help me even though I was already told they did offer correct service there . This lady def needs customer service training or a new job !

Came with a post office money order. The cashier called me a liar straight to my face. When I proved to her I wasnt lying, she looked for any reason not to cash the money order, and when she finally couldnt find a valid reason, she suddenly changed her story to I dont have enough money to cash this. I will never be coming back here.
