We needed to have some asbestos abatement done for an insurance claim for water damage to our bathrooms. Insurance was not going to cover the cost to have the asbestos removed. I am a board member at the Pueblo Country Club. Property Craft helped clean up a sewer back up in a utility room during business hours. They arrived at our building within 30 minutes and were very patient while the plumber tried to break the clog. They even used a pump to lessen the damage from spreading. Afterword, they cleaned the concrete floors and walls. The building is over 100 years old, and that room has never looked better!

Theyre good at what they do. Id rather do business with someone local, than to hire a franchise like ServiceMaster. At least the local fellow wont talk about Jesus, as he cleans your p-traps and whatnot.. ysee, Jesus and I know each other... yet I wouldnt use His good name to make a living, like ServiceMaster does. Don’t waste your time with anyone else! There was hardly a delay is responding to my call concerning possible mold in my home. Having spoken with several companies and having done much research on my own, I was very impressed with the information I received from Josh. There are many uninformed representatives/owners of companies out there that are willing to offer expensive and unnecessary services for mold removal, some of them extremely pushy to begin immediately drilling into your walls! This company is not one of them. Josh spent considerable time with me discussing my concerns. Property Craft was the only company of the three I met and spoke with that gave me the comfortable feeling of trustworthiness, a strong knowledge base, a knowing that comes from experience, genuine honesty and frankly, intelligence regarding the problem in my home. You won’t likely find compassion like theirs anywhere else.

Property craft did a smoke and odor restoration on my investment property on Court Street in Pueblo. The abandon house had caught fire last year before I purchased the house. After getting the house down to the studs we hired Property Craft to come in and take care of restoring the house from the smoke and odor. This company, by far, exceeded expectations. We recently moved into a house that had all carpeting. Replacing the flooring was a must. We called property craft to get an estimate of how much it would be to replace the flooring. Not only did Property Craft help us to decide the best flooring for our home they helped to keep us on task with the bigger picture of how the transitions from one room to another would look while keeping us in our budget. We had to do a few spaces at a time and they never pressured us to do more then we had a budgeted at the time. I cant say enough about Scott, Josh and all the staff they truly care and are not out to take advantage of anyone. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. They are proud to be Pueblo owned and it truly shows with the care they take with their clients. I can be super picky about the smallest details- this was not an issue for them. I highly recommend them for any project.

If i could give them no stars . I would. $2000 for a 4ft by 4ft sheet rock repair. And 6ft by 3 ft patio repair. Caused by water damage from a storm. But they said the roof had no leaks?! Replaced the patio Damage with plywood. Fixed my kitchen drywall. It took these guys 5 days to that!!! 3 to 4 guys each day..keeping my family from doing things they needed to do. Because they were here, That many days.. I have pictures of where they dumped their paint/texture on my fence outside, plus Dumped it outside of my fence in a field,3ft from my fence, on the floor on my patio. Had it on my screen door. Very unprofessional! Asked them numerous times to give me a break down of why its that high of a cost. Still havent received that document. They said its in the Estimate. Ok but the estimate isnt the actual work they did! Then 3 weeks after we think their done. After they put up drywall And repaired the patio. They call leaving me a voicemail saying theyre sending another roofer out. Because the 1st Guy didnt have enough experience or wasnt qualified to do the job.. After they insisted in the whole time theroof wasnt even leaking, said it was from a blowing windy rain. . But why fix drywall and interior repairs if you think there is a possible leak? In the voicemail the guy said they want to check the stack. But when i talked to him he said they think the siding is where it is leaking??! Worst company Ive ever had to deal with. If you need work done. Get it done by a different company. These guys are a JOKE
