Jack and his crew did an outstanding job in cleaning out my parents basement after a sewer backup. They were fast, professional, and responsive in working to remove the damage, package belongings and worked with our contractor to help getting their home back to normal. My family has been in the grocery business for over 100 years and we know great customer service!!!

It’s always nice to encounter people with integrity, and these guys certainly have it.I called and asked them to check a small amount of mold in a bathroom. They came that same day and told me that I shouldn’t hire them because I could handle it myself, and it would be too expensive for them to do the work. They were more than happy to do it but didn’t believe it was ethical to charge someone when it wasn’t necessary. They could have easily given me the $1500 quote and did the work.This is the type of company that is not going to take advantage of a customer and will treat you fairly.

Great people to work with during a time of crisis. They responded quickly and the two guys (Travis and Jerry) that Jack sent to our house couldnt have been more helpful. They new exactly what they were doing and did their job with care and professionalism.

To be fair, I contacted ServPro on Thursday the 27th of Oct. and spoke with Rebecca. She was very polite and helpful, Tammy call me back within an hour and told me that they could have someone here by 11:00am the next day. I told her that it looked like we most likely would not require their services but would let her know and she responded that they will be happy to help if they could. Well after trying to clean up and mitigate the water for a day and a half, my wife and I called your office back on Saturday the 30th of Oct. and left a message that we have done all we can do and would like ServPro to come out and help with the remaining mitigation and restoration service. This is the last we heard from ServePro. We opened a claim with our insurance State Farm Monday morning and even had them contact ServPro for us at which time we were transferred to the corporate ServPro office. After several hours of waiting and no contact from ANY ServPro office or representative we decided to go elsewhere. I am sure their service is fine but for us it was a bust. This is the first flood / broken water pipe experience for us and we really did not know what we were getting into and did not know what 800 gallons of water an hour for over two days could do.Good luck to anyone experiencing this for the first time.

Jack went above and beyond and worked with outside companies to restore parts of our boat that he he did not have to do. He treated us like it was his boat and family. Worked for Servpro as a temp and was able to absorb not only water damage experience, but more importantly I was able to gain valuable knowledge in restoration the most professional way.

So Ive had a heck of a time booking a waterdamage mitigation company. I called all of the companies in town. Most seemed unprofessional meaning they took days to get me an estimate or a couple even said they would call to schedule an estimate but never called. Serve pro however came literally within hours and had me a official estimate a couple hours after that. Very professional. I have them coming to get started wednesday after the roof gets replaced. Ill update on quality of work once complete.

Thomas and Vanessa offered excellent, timely, personalized service at a reasonable price and did a wonderful job of cleaning the ducts in our home. We will breathe easier knowing we can call them again next year.

Never got a call back. I called back and they said that it would be a minimum of 5 thousand dollars to clean a 600 sq ft house.

If I could give negative stars I would! Absolutely horrible I had items stolen from my house, its stressful enough having to go through a house fire. Just very unprofessional I would not recommend there service to anyone!
