To much to say about this positive 5 star experience!I purchased a $33,000 vehicle sight unseen (just a single picture posted on their website because truck was going to full detail before posting more pics) but I didnt want to wait for it to get back so I placed a deposit/paid in full before I flew out from California to Colorado to get it. Brandon picked me up from the airport in the truck and I drove it straight back to Southern California 1200 miles no problems better than described! Steve and Michelle were great as well followed up with every step to be sure I was 100% completely satisfied. Dont hesitate to buy from these guys it was a perfect purchase.. We purchased a used vehicle from Fultons Used Cars in Pueblo. We had to come in from out-of-town to purchase the vehicle. Brandon and Steve were very helpful. They responded to all of our questions, and went out of their way to obtain some additional paperwork that we requested regarding the vehicle. They were very helpful with the financing. The vehicle was exactly as advertised and in excellent condition. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, and if they have the type of vehicle I am looking for, I would definitely purchase from Fultons Used Cars again.

Ill start off by saying that this group should have a bigger lot. I bought my Jeep through Brandon. Talking to Brandon, I felt like we were old friends. Very cool guy. I am Happy with my purchase. No Bull, No Nothing but strait forward business with no surprises. It was a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Fultons. Who knows if they have another prize winner like my new Jeep I may make the trip back down from Denver again.All in all I would recommend buying a Vehicle here. I recently purchased a 2015 Yukon SLT from Fultons Used Cars. Let me say, the experience was superb. I arrived from Colorado Springs and Brandon came out to greet me. We had been in touch via email regarding the car before I came down. Brandon gave me a tour of the car and then gave me the keys and I took it for a test drive around town. It was the first time that I didnt have a sales person breathing down my neck the entire test drive time. That was awesome. It really let me see what I liked, didnt like, etc. without having to make small talk which no one enjoys. I then told Brandon I would come back with my wife the following weekend. We went back down, met Brandon, and again, he gave us the keys and my wife took it for a spin. This was by far the most laid back, enjoyable car buying experience. No extra fees, no bullsh** once you decided you were going to buy the car. Brandon didnt tack on any extra fees, was totally transparent about his data and his pricing, which you dont find very often in todays car markets. I waited a year to write this because its honestly painful thinking about how much walking into this shop negatively affected my life. I purchased a Ford focus st 2013 from them which was a little overpriced and they were completely rigid on the price. Whatever I took it. 12 miles down the road from them I have a flashing check engine light. $1800 later spent on renting a car while mine is fixed, they finally give me the fixed car back. The work done on it was incredibly shoddy. The mechanic left everything without screws, there were multiple leaks, the cam shaft sensor has gone bad twice. I maintain this car better than myself because I never wanted to feel that feeling of being stranded on the road again. I believe the work done to repair it was so bad that its just never going to stop having monumental issues. Incredibly disappointing experience. Lemon laws or not, you should do better as a dealership.

Was looking for a bit of a unicorn vehicle and found one online at Fulton’s at a terrific price. Contacted them, discussed the vehicle with them thoroughly, and wired funds. Brandon took a four hour round-trip to deliver the vehicle personally to me. I was able to get the vehicle into my mechanic after about 3 weeks for a full check-up, and my mechanic unfortunately discovered a serious latent defect. I contacted Fulton’s and talked with Steve. Most dealers would have met me with hostility, caveat emptor, and a dismissive attitude; Steve engaged, gave me sympathy, helped look for solutions, and evidenced nothing but a desire to make things right and make me a happy customer. Fulton’s had no idea the defect existed, but, after we worked through the cost of repair versus a return, Steve offered to take the car back and refunded my cash. At my request, he immediately began working his connections to find me another such unicorn at a fair price. I’ve known a range of dealers in my lifetime, but these guys are the real deal—honest, hard-working, and fair.

I bought a 2007 Tacoma from Rick at Fultons at a very fair price. Rick was very helpful and pleasant, and when it was found the vehicle was missing the owners manual and the jack, he said hed get us replacements, which he did.When we got home the first day (50 miles from Fultons), we discovered a mechanical issue that was a safety problem. Having bought the vehicle as is, we had the repair done by our regular mechanic. When Rick found out about the problem, be didnt hesitate to reimburse our expense.Its easy to say a business has great customer service when everything goes right with a transaction, but how a business handles the problems truly defines the quality of their customer service. As far as I can say, Fultons is fantastic.

2019 jeep been on lot for a month, says its sold but continues to advertise it as though its still for sale.

Bought a truck here to build a service truck for my diesel shop. Financing was super easy, and Rick was perfectly pleasant . The day after, the cruise control acted funny, so I fixed it (brake switch.) One month later, my Air Conditioning went out on the truck, so I fixed that too (New condenser, compressor, and drier.) The front main crank seal began to leak shortly after, (engine was cleaned very well, I dont know if they knew of the leak or not) so I fixed that as well. No big deal . Next, I found that there was no tire jack, but I have bottle jacks on my truck, so it didnt bother me .However, when I serviced the truck (about 6000 miles in) I discovered a nasty cheap fuel filter installed and replaced it, but it was too late . The injector on cylinder 6 developed a leak and damaged the top compression ring. I had to have it machined and am actually starting to put it all back together today .If I werent a mechanic by trade, I would be completely out of luck and screwed. These guys will get you in a vehicle fast, but be prepared to fix the little details the day you get home . Go through EVERYTHING .

Way over prices and rude staff. They wanted 30000 for used vehicles 10 to 20 years old. Just didnt like the vibe they were giving me, my wife and our friends.

We have given many car dealer the boot for being shady however Fultons always spends the money to do the job correctly and has never once asked our shop to do a patch job on a car. He has paid many times to repair cars that have been sold with no warranty. I think that says a lot right?

AWFUL!!!!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!Steer clear of this dealership! They sold me a total LEMON!!!!!I bought a Toyota 4 Runner and it started having problems right away. I took the car in to be fixed and i was quoted around $5,000 for the repair. This was in weeks of buying the car. When i reached out to Fultons about the issue they gave me the run around and ended up leaving me hanging. Then only 2 months later my 4 runner started to have more issues. I called Fultons again and they said Thats what happens when you buy a used car BUT they are a used car dealership!This place sells lemons and doesnt care. They shouldnt be allowed to sell cars.Take my advise and DONT go there. I promise i will be saving you a major headache!
