Marty was absolutely fantastic to work with when switching my autos and home policy from Travelers. He saved me money and was a pleasure to work with. The other two in the office with Marty were also great and very knowledgeable and were able to address any concern I had with switching policies as such a long time customer of Travelers. The agent who was working was the same person who tried to fight me because I yielded at a stop sign instead of coming to a full stop. The stop sign was in a grocery store parking lot and the lot was empty. When I entered the office he had an angry look on his face that looked like it had been there all day. I was going to get my insurance through him anyway because I always use Allstate, Im from Pueblo West, and I wanted something close to home. Then he tried to joke about how my rates might be a little high since he knows that I dont care for stop signs. I took my money elsewhere. I like Allstate. They offer excellent coverage. It is this specific office that Im giving one star.
