The Imad Awada Allstate agency is very professional and they Know their stuff. Imad is very knowledgeable. I for one dont just go with an insurance company because they are just less expensive , professionalism and knowledge and service of the agent is very important to me. Imad got me the right coverage . I highly recommend him.

Imada is very hard to get a hold of. He previously had an employee named Justin who was very pleasant to work with. Imad was very hard to get in touch with as well as we switched a few of our policies to another insurance company he was very rude and hung up when I called to verify he received my email confirming our cancellation of our auto and homeowners policy. Previous agent Anthony was amazing and we are very sad he retired and Imad took over our accounts. Unfortunately our atv policy and life are still under his name

Imad is not interested in selling insurance his interest is protecting his clients, as he protected me. without going into much details he saved my neck by properly protecting me with the right coverage. Yes he is a straight shooter and does not mince words. If you need a babysitter and someone to sell you Imad is not your man, but if you need to be properly protected with the right coverage and an agent that is there for you when you need him, that gives you the proper advice, Imad is the right insurance agent. I was with another company for 9 years, and a friend referred me to Imad, and I am glad he did. I have referred all my family and friends to Imad, and once I retire I am going have Imad assist me with transferring my retirement funds. Thanks Imad for all your help.

While the agents here are great. Allstate is not. I was lied to when filing a claim and when I told a supervisor this information, she said oh well, you still have to pay it. My advice: Never again. Go with a different company.

Shame on you Imad Awada, First of all we cancelled our policies on 10/2018. I start getting bills saying we owe money for one policy not long after cancellation . I call Imad and ask whats going on? He says Dont worry about it, just a computer glitch not too mention he yelled at me for cancelling our policies and bad mouthed our new agent! Not good to do in a small town like Pueblo Imad ! Talking trash about another agent is just totally uncalled for and unprofessional. Back to my complaint, I soon start to get collection notices sent from an agency through Allstate. I call Imad again and he starts to tell me that I never cancelled the policy and that I needed to contact him directly in order for the policy to be cancelled. I send him a copy of the cancellation policy from my new insurance company proving that we indeed did cancel! he tells me I will call you back I never heard from Imad again! I have sent the collection agency proof of cancellation, my declaration page and my new policy numbers proving that I never had any time without coverage while I was switching to a new carrier, I have reached out to Allstate and filed a complaint against Imad, Allstate said that he never cancelled my old policy! Consumers Please Stay Away from this Insurance Agent he does not care about you or your needs!!! Dont put yourself in my situation, Im learning the hard way!!!!

I just had an two meetings with Imad Awada. He is a very bad man. My family & I have been faithful to #Allstate home & auto for at least of not more than 40years. He hasnt any heart all he cares about is easy money. We had the second meeting he put everything on me & my dad. The donuts that were given on the first meeting were in the trash. He hasnt any kindness. He only knows how to make old people cry and feel bad about themselves. Business is business, not personal. A salesperson shouldnt be hurt if someone leaves for better deal after 40 plus years. Its never good to bully someone.

Switched from Geico to Allstate for my home and auto and the whole process was quick and easy. The team was knowledgeable and got me a great rate!

Imad is rude and extremely arrogant. He spent most of our first meeting talking about how rich he is and all of the vacations his family had been on. I called to let Imad know we were cancelling our home insurance and he practically hung up on me. I enjoyed working with Anthony before Imad took over. Its a shame.

If it was possible to give zero Stars I would. I have never had worse communication and experiences with an insurance agent. Imad was full of promises and friendly words but in the end was not available when I needed him most and he pumped me with promises that he never followed up on or delivered. I was simply asking emod to provide me proof of insurance on a new home but his incompetence and inability to communicate with me delayed this process and ultimately made me miss my closing date because Im feeling like the forms he actually did fill out where incomplete and incorrect. When I tried to get a mod to make the changes he told me his computer wasnt working and four days I was in limbo. Ultimately I pushed and prodded leaving him multiple messages and contacting him to which he continually promised he would not fail me or let me down and then he never replied or followed up with me. This is not the kind of service you pay an agent to provide and really it is the most negligible thing I can think of to ignore or simply forget about your client in the time they are most desperate and vulnerable.. Imad will certainly charm and will you with his personality but he is not a good agent and will not have your best interests in mind. Consider yourself warned and stay away from this terrible agent.
