I recently went to Mueller’s Auto to have major work done on my 2003 Toyota Avalon. I knew what the problem was, and Mueller’s confirmed it. Very honest and upfront about the project; it was a complete engine replacement. I was appreciative of their willingness to explain everything involved in easily understood terms. They prepared an estimate, explained the entire process and gave me a two-week time frame to complete the job. They finished everything 1 week ahead of schedule and within $25 of the estimated budget. I’m very happy with the result and would not trust anyone else with my car.

Mike made me feel very comfortable when I called and said he had an idea what was wrong when my car wouldnt start, got my car towed there and got it fixed. Had a wonderful experience getting my car fixed here recently. The staff was all super friendly and very quick to respond to any questions I had about the service on my car. They even sent a detailed email with all the repairs, and I had the ability to approve the quote electronically. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for anything I may need in the future!

Unbelievably amazing customer service!! First off, Bruce and Mike up front are so nice every time I call or go in for any services. BUT.... What Muellers did for me when my car and I were stranded in Colorado Springs was a GODSEND!! They made sure that my car had a way back to their shop for diagnostics and helped me out when I thought when I was in a pickle. I am SO GRATEFUL for these guys, its not even funny. I will forever recommend anyone that lives in Pueblo to this shop.Oh yeah, they do amazing work, too. Customer service isnt the only thing this business is incredible at.

The window on my Chevy was rather temperamental, and would get stuck on the occasion. Other mechanics tried to charge an arm and a leg for the issue that they fixed at a fair price at a fast pace. Great place and great service!

Very professional and quality service. I feel safe trusting my vehicles with them. They always go above and beyond and were able to tell me about several things I had wrong with my van, like my rear brakes being almost non existent on the van I just purchased. I appreciate that they look over the whole vehicle to keep me aware of issues that are coming up so I am not blindsided by them and I can start budgeting for them.I also LOVE that they take pictures of my vehicle as they are working and checking on each thing so that they can show me exactly what they have found is wrong and I can trust that they arent just trying to add on extra work for a bigger pay check, like some mechanics will do. They also recommended that I get a timing belt replaced because my van is overdue and that is a bad thing to let break (interference engine, it will basically not be worth fixing if it goes)... But before recommending it, they did their homework and checked for a replacement sticker in the engine, all service records for the van as well as the Carfax reports to make sure that I hadnt already had it done! I cant tell you how much I appreciate that diligence and attention to detail. Thats the way to earn a customers trust and loyalty and they totally have mine.I highly recommend Muellers Auto and have been bringing my cars to them for over 10 years now.

These guys are AWESOME, long story short, we have to leave for Wichita for a funeral and our car we were gonna take started shaking the day before we left and we knew we couldnt take it. HOWEVER, these guys, absolutely took care of us and squeezed us in their already busy day and quickly got our other cars oil changed and looked over so we can still make our trip. Brandon and team are great to work with! They worked on my 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10. I went in with a slave cylinder clutch leak. While I had it in the shop, they replaced the slave cylinder. I also had them do a once over on the car since it is not driven very often. They fixed a few other issues with the car as well. The super car drives like a dream again!

Muellers has some of the best mechanics in town! They will take pictures, if needed, make suggestions re: repairs needed, advise of what needs to be done & what doesnt. I love every one there!! Always fair & respects their customers! ❤❤

Great experience at Muellers Auto. I took my older car in this week for an oil change, tire rotation and to determine if I needed new struts/shocks as it was making a strange noise when I would go over bumps. The young man at the front counter was extremely helpful from start to finish. I told him I was hoping the car would run another couple of years without putting a lot of money into it. They checked everything and made their recommendations in a very timely manner. I had the recommended work done and feel more secure driving my older vehicle. I feel they are very honest and fair and highly recommend them.

Fan Belt replaced. Done on time as promised. And completed correctly. Cost as stated. Mueller might not be the cheapest auto service but they are close. And better than that they are Honest and truthful. Hard to find someone who is honest and truthful.

What a joke! Not sure how this place is even in business. I would give -10 stars if I could!! Completely dishonest! Only go here if you want to wait for a long (10 days) time only to be told they haven’t even started on your car. This after they said they would have the vehicle done the following day after dropping it off. Then they didn’t even have the car put back together when coming to pick it up to take elsewhere for repair, after they had been called and advised to have it ready! Shady place… beware!!

This place is a life saver! When everyone else was busy or not calling us back they where ready to fix our car. Very good price very fast, kind and Friendly too!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had going to a shop! Car was worked on for three weeks and they decided they couldnt fix the issue. They dont verify problems they supposedly fix and when I walked out to drive the car off the lot, there were interior parts left in the seat, popped the hood and the mechanic left his tools all over the engine compartment and the wiring was left exposed. This is concerning! I really think this place should shut down for a couple of weeks, clean the place up, get themselves together and really focus on quality over quantity.

Did a great job on all repairs on my vehicle. Courteous and attentive to my needs as well. Brandon, the owner is a great guy and Mike, one of the service managers was very helpful and knowledgeable. I Highly recommend this place.

I had no problems when it came to a minor oil changes/ fluids but my car was acting strange so I took it in to get it looked at. When I went into the shop I let the mechanics know I wasnt good with cars and didnt know what was wrong with mine. I explained that the issue seemed to be messing with the acceleration of my car. The mechanics told me that it may be my transmission. So they sent me on a Ride along with one of the mechanics and it seemed like the issue disappeared. I asked the mechanic that was riding along with me what should I do and he told me keep driving it until I see that its becoming a bigger issue. Well seeing as how I dont know too much about cars thats exactly what I did and my transmission went out now costing me over 5000. At least thats the quote they gave me. I was being polite by giving MUELLERS AUTO INC two stars because of the previous encounters but I will not be coming here again.

We went in for an oil change and asked that they make sure nothing else needs to be done. The experience went well, and they didn’t try to pressure us into anything we didn’t need. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

Mueller’s was great! I had to get my back drivers side door fixed and my gas guage was going crazy so they replaced the fuel pump. They were great at not only communicating with me through the whole process but were able to get it all talked out with my warranty/ protection plan and I only had to pay a deductible. They got my car fixed in a timely manner & followed up with me as well. My car is all fixed & they made the process less stressful for me, I would definitely recommend Muellers to anyone & will be going back for all my automotive needs!

I was at the end of a 10 day stint in Pueblo and was due to leave noon that day when my charging system light came on on my dashboard. I called the gentlemen adds Muller automotive explained them what was going on they got me in-and-out of there with an hour to half with a new alternator and reset all my dashboard controls they did awesome job and I really appreciate their hard work.Jeff Holland

Unfortunately my ignition went out on my VW and the only ones who could fix it was VW themselves but Madison at Mueller’s offered to be the middle man for me to tow and converse with VW on my behalf to get my car fixed. This was such a blessing as it was one less thing I had to worry about and they saved me some money at the end. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else!

During my servicing for an oil change they also checked out my vehicle. They discovered that I had some brake wear and some cracking of the serpentine belt. They provided a reasonable quote and did not pressure me to immediately address the problems, but encouraged me to schedule repairs in the near future. I also got to hear how Mike, the service counselor was able to share not-so-good news about the vehicles of a couple of other customers. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable as he explained the issues. Again, no pressure on the owners while still impressing on them how the vehicles problems could affect driveability and safety. Very impressive.

Called Mueller’s after my Jeep broke down in Pueblo. They said they could get it looked at immediately as we were on a cross country road trip to Washington. Once towed to their shop, no more than an hour later I was up and running. They (Brandon) explained everything in detail, and helped me to understand the issue. It was a blessing to have this issue happen where it did, and have Mueller’s there to ease my worries. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for any future services. Fair prices, straight forward, and phenomenal customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

I have to give a huge shoot out to MULLERS auto! Last year when Covid hit they offered free oil changes to Parkview employees, I went in for my free service but it didn’t stop there! Not only did they do a wonderful service on my vehicle but they so gave me a $50 gift card to Starbucks! How amazing is that?!? This last week I purchased a used SUV due to unfortunate circumstances in my personal life, and took it to them the day after I bought it for a full inspection. There were some minor issues but major at the same time (I loved the SUV so it was worth it to me LOL) the part needed to fix, is on a back order till next week. Well they didn’t feel it was safe for me to drive until it was fixed.. which is so appreciated and amazing for them to think of myself and my children’s safety! I of course didn’t have an extra vehicle to drive until I could be fixed. They offered me FREE rental until my repairs are completed! Y’all when I say I am thankful I truly am! I will never go anywhere for my vehicle repairs again. They have gone above and beyond for me!!! I fully trust this company and all be a forever customer! Thank you Mullers!!

Made an appointment to take my car in for the check engine light. I live close and go by there every day. For 2 days my car sat in the same place. I called on the second day. When I called they said they were still working on it. I was actually parked across the street when I called. A few minutes later they came out and took the car in. A few minutes later I got a text with many things listed that were wrong with the car. Totaling around $ 2,000.00. The diagnosis for the check engine light was that I needed a fuel pressure regulator. At a cost of $737.00. I picked up my car and took it else where. Had the check engine diagnosed. Fixed it by recalibrating the flex fuel sensor for $100.00. Also had to go back the next day because they took the cover off my engine and never put it back. They found it on the garage floor. Tell me would you take your car there?

Brandon, Mike and team a are top notch Automotive Diagnostic and Repair facility I highly recommend! Not only did they quickly troubleshoot and repair multiple complex issues for a third of the cost that was starting cost quoted by a dealer, they constantly communicated with emails, texts and phone calls with pictures descriptions and detailed quotes to clarify everything. They are professional and add the personal touches with multiple follow up inquiries how the repair turned out and if there is anything else they can provide, no kidding! Truly a class act. Very satisfied and will continue to use them in the future.

My Jeep re gear was contracted out to this shop from another really good shop that I have no issues with. Mueller Auto was supposed to have the job done in four days. 3.5 weeks later I get my Jeep back with two oem security lugs missing, a broken security lug key, two completely stripped lugs and a grinding sound from the rear end.

Very professional. I had an issue and they got me in quickly and also gave me a ride back to work. Had another issue and they gave me a loaner car (at no charge) till they could get my issue fixed. Definitely will use them again. The gentlemen Mike I think was super understanding how frustrated I was and kept his cool when I freaked out. Y’all do a great job! Mike is a nice guy who gives you time and listens to you about your issues with your vehicle.

In one word incompetent. They had me Jeep for over 3 weeks and after charging over $1000 they couldn’t tell me what the problem was only that they got the symptoms to “not replicate” They told me to bring it back if the problem returned. Well it did and I amgoing elsewhere.The long history: I brought my 2009 Jeep Wrangler in at the beginning of the summer to have some break work done. It was leaking break fluid, the breaks were making noise and the parking break didn’t work. They fixed most of it and I got home to find out the parking break still didn’t work. I am pretty sure that the guy who works the desk and answers the phone stops listening after a couple of sentences.I brought the Jeep back latter in the summer because of warning lights and a loss of power. At the time I had them fix the parking break that they missed too. They said the issue was a vacuum leak, they replaced the oil cap and a hose.The problem returned and they made me wait a week before I could bring it back in. I looked under the hood and found wires hanging in the fan belt! Wires that had been nearly stowed away prior to me brining it in. They were supposed to replace those wires for free, upon inspection they only patched them.I brought the Jeep in a day earlier than the appointment and a day AFTER the appointment they still hadn’t done anything or looked at it (they cited being under staffed for various reasons). Over the next three weeks they would never call with an update, I would always have to call them. Each time I got the story that they “almost had it” and they were checking something different.I went in once to get some things out of it (I amTraveling and living out of the Jeep) and it didn’t even have the hood up and no one was working on it. I have a friend who lives in the area and he said that he saw it parked in the lot most of the time.All I can say is they are incompetent and I will never go there again.I didn’t see a place to respond to the owner’s response, so I will respond to it here in this addendum. Their response only further shows their incompetence. Their response was the first time that they mentioned lateral play in the crank shaft to me as the actual problem. They had previously said that a rock or something probably got in there and hit the sensor. They probably got that info when the next mechanic called them to get infon and to make sure that I didn’t have any work repeated. That mechanic fixed the problem by just placing a spacer in the crank shaft. They had me in and out in 2 days. They fixed the miss firing problem by simple replacing the plug wires, rerouting them and replacing a missing bracket. All for just a couple hundred dollars.Another mechanic replaced my catalytic converter which fixed my loss of power issues (Mullers said that it should probably be replaced, but that it wasn’t the cause of issues). That mechanic had me in and out in a day. I have not had a problem since and drove all the way from Washington state back home to Florida.Mullers stated in their reply that I had over 200,000 miles of “hard use.” Not true. I don’t know where they got this info. At the time they had it I had not yet reached 200,000 miles, so I certainly could not have been over it. I only pull a trailer while traveling and it is a small military surplus utility trailer. While my Jeep is equipped with the equipment for recovery, I have never actually had to use it to recover myself or someone else. So that was B.S on their part in their response.I only have a couple of hundred dollars of accessories not thousands as Mullers has suggested (I wish that I had though!). Not poorly wired it was all a pre done “plug and play” set up. It was all neatly run and excess wiring was zip tied.The fact that they even considered not working on it shows their incompetence. It is their job to repair automobiles. I took it elsewhere and in less than 3 days total all was fixed at a fraction of the cost. I have since crossed the 200,000 mile mark, driven coast to coast and over a month has passed without issue.A competent...

Nice people. Prices were comparable to other places. I wish they would have done more as far as topping off fluids, checking just your average maintenance stuff. They do a pretty thorough inspection with diagnostics but it was adding up quickly, over $300 worth of things they said needed fixed.
