The service team is AMAZING!! I worked with Louis who saved me in a sticky situation. I was driving from CO to AZ when my car died. I took my car to the service team at 3:30PM in the afternoon and hour before his team was ending their day. I needed to get my alternator fixed. He got my car into service with no hesitation and finished the job by 6:00PM that night. Louis and his team bent over backwards for me just passing through. I went to Dave Solon a few different times, just looking not really knowing what I wanted. Daniel Santos was very welcoming and kind. He was very patient with me, not pushy at all. Be careful with this place. The technicians in the service department are very sneaky!!!!! Please spend just a few minutes to read my story, it will avoid you wasting thousands of dollars with this dealer!!!I am new to Colorado state, but my husband has been living in Pueblo for decades. When I firstly moved to Pueblo last summer, I started to bring my car to Nissan for service several times. Because this is the local dealer, and also based on the good reviews here, I chose to trust them, and even changed my transmission, the most expensive part, upon their recommendation...The most recent time I went there for oil change. When I picked up my car, they told my that my transfer box needed to be resealed, and quoted me for over $2,000. Here is what they said literally: you might not have seen oil leaking from your car, but it may be happening soon. My car never leaked oil before the service, but as they expected, the week after I took my car back, I saw oil leaking on the ground. It brought my attention, and I started to think about fixing this problem.2000 dollars for resealing the transfer box wasnt a cheap price. This time we decided to ask some other places in town. We took my car to another mechanical shop that my husband has gone to for many many years. The guy inspected my car, and took a closer look at the transfer box. By the end of the day, he told us that nothing wrong with the transfer box. It was a screw from another part.... someone loosened the screw, resulting in oil leaking. Apparently some people were looking for more work!!!!!My car never leaked since the screw was tightened. The service people at Nissan Pueblo are dishonest! I lost my trust on them. It also made me think if I really needed a transmission replacement for the first time I visited them. I dont recommend anyone to come to this location for service. Based on my experience, you might end up spending lots of money here. They are greedy, dishonest, and this place is a rabbit hole! Never come back again!

The second time I returned with the check engine light on again was 2 months later. My check engine light was on again and I had zero oil left in my car according to the service department. They changed my oil and told me that they thought there might be a further leak. However, they didn’t take the time to check if there was an actual leak. I was charged almost $300 for them to return my car still not fixed. I entrusted Nissan to fix my car because I had purchased it brand new from them. Overall super disappointed in their service. I am now almost $500 out with nothing actually fixed.

I will be 77 at end of July & I didnt have anyone with me. I would have been easy pickings for a salesman/dealership to take advantage of. Instead G (thats his name) took the time to really listen to my wants/needs/financial limits. I wish I knew the right words of appreciation for the respect/courtesy I was treated. So, while we test drove a Frontier and a Titan, Joe brought one more to show us. It was the Prettiest Blue Titan you have ever seen!! Fantastic service, felt like i was really being heard and all members were on board to make my first new car purchase an effortless trip.

Came in for a transmission fluid and filter change at 8 am as scheduled. Two and a quarter hours later, my 2017 Nissan Frontier hadnt even been touched. Had to call in at work to tell my boss I would be in later than expected. Now lets talk about the real cost of how much this will be. On top of the $199.00 for this service, I will have lost close to half a days wages due to the lack of organization and good time management on the service departments part. What would you do?

This review is for my mother in law Shirley Wilcox. She bought a 2020 murano from them. The sales person Terry was great. He even went to Colorado springs to get the color car she wanted. He is where the problem begins. Its been 4 months and still no paperwork has been filed in order to get her tags from the dmv here in Canon city. We have driven to the dealership twice and staff give us the run around. Come on guys this should not be so hard.

I specifically talked to the service rep about the tire pressure. I had a few low tire pressure warnings. She assured me that they overfill tires to make sure those warnings stop. Not only did they not overfill the tires, they didnt add any air at all. I am still getting the low pressure warnings. The pressure is exactly the same as when I took the car in. I got charged for tire rotation. Did they actually rotate the tires? I doubt it.

My experience was not good at all.Sara and Scott refused to get me a loaner car while the recall service was being performed.They told the recall department that this service would only take on hour to perform and their policy doesnt allow them to issue a loaner. . Being that I had no other transportation the recall dept used road side to have my car towed to the service center. I found out 6 hours later from the tow truck driver that they had intended to keep my car over night.when I called Dave Solan about my car they put me on hold multiple times totaling over 40 minutes on hold. They refused to connect me to a manager. I called the recall department and explained the situation and they were able to contact the service center that told them they had lost the key to my car and hadnt started working on it. I explained to the recall dept that I needed my car back that day so I could have transportation to get to work they were able to connect me to Scott who told me I could have my car if I came and got it.I told him that I didnt have a way to get it and after arguing with him he found a way to deliver it to me.The following day I got a call from Roadside dept and they told me they were scheduled to deliver my car to me.What I experienced was a service department that intentionally lied to me, refused to provide transportation and tried to keep my car from me as a means to slight me.Im still very upset with them about the way I was treated.RegardsDuane

I was very happy with the ease of getting my Hyundai Tucson worked on and how helpful and professional Sarah Jacobs is! As the face of the service department, she does a great job! On the other hand, I purchased a new battery and it was installed. Upon looking at the battery at home the next day, I noticed some battery/acid - corrosion on the + terminal. This is unacceptable in my view; it suggests to me the technician was in a hurry or was not thorough in the installation. If you install a new battery, why not make sure the cables and posts are clean and in good working order? Now this means I as the customer will have to clean the + terminal and cable because I do not want to take the time to bring it back and have it cleaned by the technician. In other words, I would have been happier had the job been complete to begin with! This raises another question, is there any mechanism in place for quality assurance? Thank you, JE.
