I wish we wouldve found Packetblast years ago. They have made our IT systems so much better, more reliable and more secure for half of the cost we were paying before! He built us a new server, installed it and transferred all the files over...overall, making it a very easy and positive transition for us. Packetblast is amazing! They are friendly, helpful and really good at what they do. Every time our company has a problem, Packetblast has it solved in no time at all. Our emails and phone calls are always promptly answered or returned and our problems are always solved. Packetblast also goes above and beyond by not only letting us know when updates or other items need completed, but by doing them at the absolute most convenient time for us (even if its the middle of the night or on a weekend). I was recently in need of a new computer and Packetblast built me a new system with everything I needed, delivered it to my office, set EVERYTHING up and transferred all existing files from my old computer. I had the new computer at my desk and ready to go faster than I would have imagined possible.
