This company is amazing. They helped me try to find a solution to my slow internet speeds without even asking me about payment. I was on the phone with a technician for about 20 minutes, and he walked me through several troubleshooting steps. He then gave me a recommendations on how to try and diagnose the issue. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Is it possible that you may have mistaken us with another company?No. Your staff hates me couse I was the founder of Mojang! and I also made Minecraft they refused service and called me a kid! Last time that is! But if you let me call that number and do the server to free-reduced price next time i have a issue please do so.

Called them directly - My hard drive was dieing in my laptop they are now say I am playing around and I am a kid. while trying accplish this and sort it out. the person hanged up the phone. i indeed made a mistake in the past with their company sorry about it. but you deserve one star for the actions you took agenst me for saying I am playing around thats assuming things and thst the worst you can do. its spreads gossip and roomers thst way... be careful not what you say next time..
