This was a really great experience from quote to follow up. Initial consultation with Frank Bowers was relaxed and knowledgable and friendly. I felt great going with them after a good amount of research their price was competitive and information was not misleading or pushy.When construction began I met with the contractor and his crew, he explained what was going to done clearly and allowed me to look at the work being done and answered my questions patiently. The work began and they were meticulous, covering every inch of the spaces they were working on finished right on time and when they left and my wife got home she could not tell that they were here. I was so impressed with the quality of the work, how pleasant the crew was, and how neat they left our home after work was completed.And finally the follow up, Frank came in to make sure everything was as hoped for, but we had some issues with some of the screens not fitting just right. Frank measured and assured me that they would take care of it right away. After a few weeks Frank came back and handed us the new screens. Cannot be any happier with our amazing new windows. We couldnt be happier with the windows and door we purchased from Bridgetown. They have a simple elegance and pull together the design elements in our home. I had an excellent experience with Bridgetown! I recently had 3 windows replaced in my home and I am delighted! The people who work for Bridgetown are exceedingly professional but they are also genuine and a real pleasure to deal with.Before calling Bridgetown I had had someone from Lifetime Windows and Doors out and the salesman from that company was a real bummer - he was constantly trying to upsell me and was just irritating to deal with. I dont know if he had just gotten out of salesman school and was trying all his new skills on me or what but I couldnt wait for him to leave my house. I told friends about that experience and they reminded me that they had had windows replaced in their house a few years ago and recommended Bridgetown because they had a great experience with them. I immediately called and Kevin came out to give me the quote. He was super knowledgeable, had excellent suggestions and he was obviously a person of integrity. - he wasnt trying to sell me something I didnt need... I just knew I was in good hands. Oh, and the quote was significantly less expensive than the one I got from Lifetime as well...I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bridgetown Window & Door. The customer service from them at every step along the way was exceptional. The office staff (who accommodated an installation date that I had mistakenly written down despite the fact that I had clearly and admittedly erred), the installation carpenters, the painter - they were ALL a real pleasure to deal with.

I had an option among several companies but Bridgetown was the easiest to work with and the best overall value. In my opinion. They replaced a door because I was concerned about both appearance and safety issue. Couldn’t have been more impressed and pleased with the effort of the Bridgetown installer. It turned out to be more complicated than expected due to issues I have with my concrete walkway to the house. There was a lot of extra work but no extra cost. Finished product is attractive and secure, a big improvement. Also, I really enjoyed the team of professional, they listen and have a sense of humor. Am planning to use Bridgetown again on another property I recently acquired.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I have had Bridgetown do major work on two projects now. They are one of those exceptional companies that all the things: local, small (family-feel), eco-responsible, accountable, fastidious, and enjoyable to have in my home. I dont say this about many subs.They not only provide an excellent service but extremely beautiful craftsmanship as well. They have, window by window, transformed our home. They truly and personally care about the finished product; as such, they will go above and beyond... which I can attest, they have done both times with us.

Bridgetown Windows was fantastic to work with. From the estimate and measurements process to the installation, they were professional, polite, and timely. The window installation on our 125 year old home came out perfect and the work area was left as clean as before they started. I would happily recommend them and will definitely be using them to update the rest of the windows in our home.

Bridgetown Windows did a fabulous job replacing the windows in my house. They identified some issues inherent in 1950’s house including dry rot. The windows look amazing both inside and out. It was so nice to come home to new windows at the end of the day and you couldn’t even tell they were here! Call them for your window needs!

We had original single pane windows through most of our home and just had them replaced by Bridgetown. The entire process was easy and smooth, and they went above and beyond. Our windows are fantastic (the house is so much quieter and an even temperature for the first time), and they did the work in half the time they estimated it would take. They even replaced a broken lock on an existing window elsewhere in the house and added some decorative trim to one of the new ones that needed it with the update, both free of charge. They clearly care a lot about quality work and making the customer happy, and it shows.

I have had fantastic experiences with Bridgetown Window & Door. They replaced 6 windows in a single day in my home, and I plan to continue using them to replace the remainder throughout the rest of my home. They were prompt, courteous, kind and responsive. I cant speak highly enough about the service and quality of both our windows and experience working with Bridgetown. We received multiple bids for our project, and while they were all similar, Bridgetown came in ~5% lower than the competing bids (always a good start!). Kevin gave a very thorough review of our projects and window options, and even returned to our house a 2nd time just to ensure the installation plan was going to provide the best result. The wood windows we ended up getting installed yesterday look amazing. As for the installation - Vance and his partner (didnt get his name) were fantastic. They took all precautions (COVID included) to ensure a safe and clean worksite. They left the area as clean as they found it, and were even nice enough to help me move an old couch out of the window once removed. Cant say how great they were! I highly recommend Bridgetown for any window job, we will certainly use them for our next round of window replacement. 5 star service for sure!

I was completely blown away by the Bridgetown experience. After going through a hellish renovation earlier this year, it was just so wonderful to have a team of workers come in, get the job done, leave my home immaculate, and have wonderful new windows! I got many bids, and Bridgetown was the least expensive, but I actually didnt go with them because of that - I went with them because it was just so easy. There was no upsell, no long pitch about the different kinds of windows and how magical they were - it was just easy. They also had an opening come up so installed the windows 2 weeks earlier than expected. I had seven windows installed, and they sent a large team so it was done within six hours. It was just a wonderful experience, and I look forward to working with them again when I can afford to get my remaining windows done!

We purchased a front entry door and a back door from Bridgetown. Exceptional product and even better service. The entry door took some expert craftsmanship to install and they worked late into the evening to get the job done. They do an excellent job keeping the house clean while they work and are extra careful during clean up. Kevin referred us to a another craftsman to complete the complete the project with high quality wood screen doors. I cant say enough about the superior quality of everyone we worked with at Bridgetown.

I have a 1930 home that has windows with a lot of architectural detailing and maintaining that detailing was important to me.. Bridgetown windows gave me a fair price and did excellent work. They replaced 16 windows in just a few days and were thorough with clean up every single day. The windows look fantastic. I am a super satisfied customer and I highly recommend them!

Bridgetown replaced all of our windows in the beginning of January and we couldnt be happier. Bridgetown installed 7 windows in the second floor of our house, and I cannot praise them enough. The entire organization made this a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The Sales team provided detailed information throughout the process, and never pressured us. The Operational staff communicated clearly, and made scheduling/payment easy. The installation crew was kind, respectful, thorough, and professional; we never had an issue while they were in the house, and they returned the rooms to an identical state as they found it. Installing these windows was something we did not take lightly, and Bridgetown helped us every step of the way. We have many more windows to replace at a future date and I would hire Bridgetown again without hesitation.

My first quote, from Renewal by Andersen, was crazy high and the salesman got angry with me when I wouldnt sign the deal in the moment, after taking two long hours to make his pitch. So I solicited quotes from two other companies with high ratings: Bridgetown & Lifetime. Frank from Bridgetown was knowledgeable, concise, and did not hard sell me at all. Despite a conversation about how unpleasant hard selling is, the Lifetime salesguy ended with one! But the quote from Lifetime was substantially lower. I read their reviews more closely and although the numbers were the same (because Portlanders are nice) there were more comments about problems during the install etc in the Lifetime reviews. I told Frank I liked them better but had a lower quote from Lifetime, and he adjusted my quote. When I visited the Bridgetown showroom, it became more clear how much Frank knows, how honest he is, and how patient he was with my questions. Bridgetown was direct and upfront about setting the window appointment. They are proud about their quick installs and I understood why it matters once I went through it - you have to clear space in front of all of your windows, you have to figure out where to put your pets, you cant be at home. The team showed up on time and took charge - Vance was a charmer and made me feel comfortable leaving them all alone in my place. They were out of there by 4:30pm which was nice so I could return home. My floors were cleaner than how I had left them. Vance came alone the next day to finish the trim - Frank was really apologetic about it but it wasnt a thing. I dont really like the look of vinyl windows but its the main affordable option nowadays soI was surprised how much I love my new windows. They really transformed the look of my place - and my house has seemed to be getting and staying more warm. No more ugly plastic storm windows or nasty old screens. The sliding glass door that had two non-functioning panes is replaced by a smooth sliding glass door. Four windows that were single pane are now openable, and flippable so I can wash the outside. In the one downside, which Frank was transparent about, I lost some window size and the window seals are a little more narrow (my fat kitty doesnt fit up there anymore). I love this company!
