I had 3 bids, Jason’s was the best one. He was friendly and helpful. I was a little anxious about the whole thing but, Jason said not to worry (easier said than done). I decided to trust him and was not disappointed. Armando and his team did an outstanding job. He said if I had any questions to just ask. Some of our windows were not the same size as others and they had to add some trim on the inside to them. What Armando came up with was awesome. I had my siding done last year by a company that should never have signed my job (not All Seasons). I am now having horrible issues with my siding. I started to call around to find some solutions and ended up talking to Luke. Luke was so helpful and talked to me for over 15 minutes giving me advice on how I can move forward with my problems, he even helped me get a hold of the brand that was installed to get help. We hired All Seasons Windows and Siding to replace the siding and six windows on our home. Their bid was in the middle of the three companies I was able to get bids from. The proposal was clear and Jason, the sales rep, was very good at explaining what the job would include, very easy to work with. Everyone I worked with was responsive and seemed to be focused on meeting our needs and providing the best customer service. The job started when they committed to and finished a couple of days sooner than estimated. Armando and his installation crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very good about answering questions and were focused on making sure I was satisfied with the finished job. Very good attention to detail and installing to James Hardie specifications. We are very satisfied with their work and how our home looks - like new! I highly recommend them if you need siding or windows installed.

Very happy about how our first floor window replacement project went. The whole process was seamless, from contracting through the install. Armando and his team did such an awesome job, installing all 9 windows in one day. There was no mess, the blinds were put back perfectly, and the craftsmanship is high quality. No more inefficient windows from the 1940s that don’t open! Bring on the spring weather.

After receiving bids from three companies, my husband and I chose All Season Windows to completely redo the exterior & windows of our 1910 Craftsman Bungalow. (Remove & replace ancient vinyl siding with Hardie Plank, install Milgard Essence Series windows & trim everything.) They were the middle option in terms of price but we liked the use of Hover (the 3D imaging technology another reviewer referenced - really great for trying to envision options during Covid - that they offered an Oregon Energy Trust rebate and their general sales style. Jeff and Luke were knowledgable and fast with answers but not pushy. ) We were very happy with the choice we made - especially since we were able to work with Armando who was the Foreman for our project. He and his crew worked very fast, were extremely meticulous and took great pride in their work. Armando was on top of every detail and when a few small things didnt initially meet our expectations (mainly the stain job on the interior window grids, which to be fair we sort of lobbed at them as a last minute request) he personally corrected them and made sure we were happy. Luke and Jeff were both great about post-job follow up and you can see the transformation for yourself in the photos below. This morning the FedEx delivery driver complimented the work! Well definitely work with All Season again for future projects.

I had All Season Windows come out and provide a bid for replacing four large windows in my living room. They sent out Jason and he was really awesome, professional, and not pushy. We ended up going with another company because they had a promo going on at the time, but I found Jasons bid to be fairly competitive with other companies in the area.

Jeff from All Season Windows came as requested to give bid on replacing entry windows that showed moisture on window sill. After carefully inspecting windows both in and out he said the moisture was caused by condensation on the sills, and the windows did not need to be replaced. He gave suggestions about condensation which were helpful. His exceptional honesty not only saved me money, but also saved the potential damage that might be done to the millwork around the 6 windows in an installation process. A big thanks to Jeff!

Worked with Jeff from All Season Windows to replace the siding, windows and patio doors. Initial talks were done online and they provided us an app to take pictures of the house and it really helped during this time. Armando and his crew did the installation in a very timely and efficient manner. Cleaned up very well after and made sure to check all our questions. Overall, it was a good experience working with them and would highly recommend them.

We had all of the windows on our house replaced as well as a new front door and slider installed.They also replaced all of our casing and trim. Working with All Season Windows was great! The windows are wonderful and installation was quick considering it was 20 windows and 2 doors. They kept our home clean and We have noticed such a huge difference already. We love our new windows and will definitely be using All Season Windows again in the future when we need new siding!!!

After a shaky start, they definitely proved to be skilled, flexible, conscientious and professional. We had our siding replaced and the professionalism, workmanship, and knowledge were superb. The crews were always willing to listen to any of our questions or concerns. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldnt change a thing.

Warning- they will deceive and lie to you. Employees are self serving and care more about their commission then you- the customer. They cashed my $7000 check and never installed anything. May have to file a civil suit to recover. Dont contact them unless you want a major headache.Just read their response below- another lie. Beware! Just signed a contract with their competitor for less money and better quality windows. They can do all windows-all sizes (their competitor). All Seasons Windows held me hostage for 2 months- took $7000, kept it for many weeks, lied, wasted 4 visits of my time with measurements, were 10-30 minutes late 3 out of 4 times,etc and then cancelled. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life- absolutely shameful.

Had 3 grids on three windows were manufactured wrong, All Season Windows Carlos and his company expedited the correcting of this and we couldnt be happier! Installation was done on all 21 windows in one day in this 1924 house in Moreland, OR.Carlos and Jeff were more than helpful in our paperwork with the Energy Trust of Oregon, helping us with our cash back.The crew that installed the windows were prompt upon arrival. Worked all day with only one break, cleaned up and left no mess behind. All-Season Windows installed fourteen new windows in my 1913 Craftsman farmhouse in 2010. All fourteen windows were installed in one day. Everyone who works for All-Season, from the sales team to the installation team, were friendly, helpful and efficient. My home was left in pristine condition when the job was done. Recently, I had a problem with one of the installed windows that needed a repair; one call to All-Season and my problem was fixed within two business days. I honestly cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I had All Season Windows replace my windows in 2011, and they did a fantastic job!I can see so much difference. I save on my utility bills, and my house was nice and cool in the summer time and warm and cozy on the winter.I had some water pooling at the bottom of the track by the screen. I called All Season Windows and they came out the same day to fix it. Come to find out the weep holes were dirty and clogged. They took the vacuum and cleaned it right out!Ive never been so happy with the service!Thank you guys!!!!

We are so happy with how our window project turned out. We replaced 12 windows and 2 doors with beautiful new double pane windows. This company is partnered with energy trust of oregon so there was no trouble getting our energy cash rebate. All our wants and needs were accounted for and they took care of everything for us, didnt have to lift a finger. Quality was very important to us, because we didnt want to deal with any problems five or ten years from now we didnt just want something cheep. The price tag was still right in line with the others for what we thought was a better deal. We we will use them again when we change out our siding and will recommend them to everyone. Thanx :-)

How to begin. I was really hesitant to make the decision to replace my vintage/historical windows. They were the ripple glass and cast beautiful shadows. But, I am so very, very – no regrets at all – pleased with my decision to replace 9 windows and one door. For me, it was a spendy decision, but I can already feel the difference in the temperature in the cold and I look forward to less intense heat in the summer. It is quieter, brighter and sweet. Once completed (far more rapidly than I anticipated), they were installed in one day and are stunning. They fit the historical feeling of my building, are easy to clean and I am beyond happy with the results. Absolutely NO complaints here – with the staff, the product and the service – all considerate, competent and human.

I was really pleased with the work that All Season Windows did to replace the windows in my home.I had 30-year-old, aluminum-frame, double-pane windows and many of the seals were breached. I have been meaning to replace them for several years now, but the tax incentives that are available now caused me to stop putting it off. I got a few quotes from other companies, but All Season won me over with their bid. Owner Jeff Sterling seemed very knowledgeable about windows and was able to answer all of my questions before, during and after installation. I apprecitated that he made time for me, that he was cheerful and gave me good advice on what would look good in my house, helping me visualize the new windows and that he did so without pressure or upsell.The biggest surprise, though, was with installation. When my windows came out of the factory, Jeff noticed a very small cosmetic defect in the glass in my big picture window and phoned me about it before the windows went on the truck. He gave me option — we could delay the installation until the factory could redo the window or we could go ahead and install all the windows and have someone come out later to replace that one window. Because of other work we were having done, I decided to go ahead with the installation. When the installation crew got there and showed me the window, though, the defect was so small that it needed to be found before it could be shown to me. I waved off installing the new window, but it impressed me that they cared that much for the quality of the product and their work.

Had an appointment booked with them for a consultation on window replacements. They didnt show up for the appointment. I called after 30 minutes and was told someone would call me back with an update shortly. I heard nothing. I waited another 30 minutes and then called again and was told someone would call me back, again. About 15 minutes later I got a text saying they had double booked my time slot and no one could make it today.As someone who works and has to take off time for these types of things, its super frustrating to have no one show up and wait for over an hour to even get an answer. Never calling them again.

We recently bought a home in N Portland that had 8 single-pane windows from the 1970s that were rusting and molding around the interior casing. We gave All Season Windows a call after some online research, reading multiple good reviews and discovering they were an Energy Trust of Oregon preferred contractor (offers cash incentives for upgrading your home to be more energy efficient).Phone Interaction: I spoke with Jessie over the phone and gave him an idea of what type of windows we were interested in and our budget. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, especially since I know nothing about windows.In-home consultation: The meeting was convenient and informative. Jessie meet with us and really took into consideration our conversation over the phone. He provided us with a pamphlet and a window model of what he felt would best fit our needs. After a spirited debate regarding numerous window topics: vinyl vs. wood windows, Milgard vs. other manufactures, etc. we decided to go with the original vinyl Mezzo windows by Alside that Jessie suggested with a u-value of .27, which is the most efficient u-value out there. These windows were beautiful, affordable and within our stated budget.The install: The windows were ready within about 3 weeks and arrived at our home on a Friday. The installers had an opening in their schedule are were able to install the next day. Sean was the main installer and he was fantastic! They were short staffed the day of install, so it was him and one other installer. They were able to install all 8 windows, but due to time and man power the finish work would be completed that following Monday. Sean was very flexible, patient and professional. He answered all our questions and kept us updated on the progress throughout the install. He was able to cut and hang new trim we purchased from Lowes and completed some finish work on the inside for a reasonable fee. All in all, so happy with the windows and his workmanship.Overall: These guys are definitely worth your time and consideration. I plan to use them again to replace 2 exterior doors, when we have the money ;). They were easy to work with, knowledgeable and honest. I would also like to shout out Jeff who took the time helping us fill out the Energy Trust Incentive Application which was much appreciated! Thanks again!
