Always a great place to shop everyone there has been very friendly for the years that I have been shopping there bravo to Chris who always greets me at the front door smiles and enjoys his job I love everybody there. Thank you guys for being there and I will continue to shop with you.

Like that its geared toward restaurants. You can get stuff without the frills or the high costs of a grocery store such as Fred Meyer, Safeway. Plus there are restaurant supplies which are key when youre a family who actually cooks and has a proper pantry.The downsides are much like WinCo, it pays to be choosey. The stuff they sell is cheap quality for the most part. For example, almost everything is disposable plastics instead of bulk bins, there are some organic items and some local meat but more or less everything in the store is highly processed and comes from far away.You can find some great things like bison, grass fed beef, lamb and some quality things like spinach that is organic and a great deal. Again, for eating healthy on a budget it has some great options vs the big box grocery stores.The staff are also helpful and cheery which is very nice!

Love this place. They offer Costco comparable quantities and pricing. Also have those items you find in restaurants but cant find in grocery stores.

I noticed that Cash & Carry no longer exists and a new name, US Foods Chefstore is in its place which took me by surprise. Ive been going to Cash and Carry for years and while the employees are still the same friendly folk, the prices have increased. An example is the beef brisket, it has increased 1 dollar a pound and I noticed that both brands are the same price. In November 2020 when I last bought a brisket there was a price difference between the two brand choices.This is no longer the case and the dollar increase adds a considerable cost to the final price. Also, selection is not as good as it was which is a real bummer. Im not sure why Cash and Carry is no more and why the new brand decided to raise prices but the customer once again loses. Maybe it was this location but Ive been coming to this location for a good while and I have never seen such a poor selection even during 2020.After some quick research I found that a financial group in NY bought the Smart Foodservice Warehouse Stores (Cash and Carry) for 970 million so of course prices are going to increase.... So much for having a place to shop that isnt owned by hedge funds.

Not sure how they manage to supply restaurants when they are perpetually empty. I wish there was an alternative to this store somewhere around here, it genuinely feels like some sort of tyranny having to rely on this place.

Sometimes I like to stand in the walk in freezer and pretend I am a popsicle.

Im happy to have them nearby and not far from my route home from work. Good selection, great to be able to get large cans of mild green chilies, good prices.What I am not happy about is their complete lack of bike parking, in a part of town where many of us ride cargo-hauling bikes. Not a single rack in their parking lot, not a single city-provided rack on the sidewalk. I lock my bike to a guy-wire supporting a telephone pole, and feel like I am not appreciated as a customer.I keep asking; maybe some day the right person will hear my plea and recognize the rightness of it.

Very easy to find what you want. If they dont have the particular brand looking for, you ask and theres always a substitute. The prices are a bit high for the home shopper but reasonably priced for anyone buying commercially.Parking is better than expected because most shoppers know what they want and arent window shopping.The help are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And there are plenty enough there.Ive been going there for years and have no complaints.

Friendly, helpful crew. Prices are comparable to online or Costco. The line up is always funny but after a few goes I’m used to it. Pay attention to who was their before you, it’s like an honesty game and if you’re in a hurry the odd patron will let you jump the “line”. Equally funny when you accidentally bump the line and someone scoffs behind you cause it was their turn but you didn’t see them.More then just your generic shopping experience.Oh and big wheels of Brie for $10!

Five stars for the staff at this place. These guys are great. Always helpful.However I do wish that the management would have some order or semblance of an ordered line when you want to pay. When its busy there its mayhem as to who goes next.

I always loved Smart Foodservice Warehouse Stores. You get that feeling of high end place. When I came last they had a festival which were nice. People gather to watch the performance and other get Henna.

Papa Lees only shops at this location now. They are outstanding. Always helpful. Me being a veteran and awaiting back surgery, they always help me load my car. Love these guys.

I love this place. Everyone is always very courteous and willing to help find products or submit special orders. The prices are better than any of the major restaurant foodservice Service corporations. Equipment is relatively sparse, but there is almost everything else you need. There is a good size produce section, lots of dry goods, fresh meats, deli, dairy & all sorts of frozen products. They do not carry fresh fish, except for oysters, and they do not carry fresh chicken, only frozen.

Similar to other cash n carry locations, but I cant say anything spectacular about the customer service. Not really interested in helping customers, I think they forget that they arent just warehouse employees. Customer satisfaction is the Costco difference. Its hard to feel welcomed when they are too busy taking to each other and unwilling to be friendly.

Always good prices and great service. These folks know there products and can help you get anything you might need

The entire staff is friendly & always VERY helpful. Yet the store is CONSTANTLY out of daily needed products & has rotten fruits & veggies 3/5 days per week.

This place is awesome!

The door wasnt working. I left and it closed behind me, trying to steal my girlfriend. 🙀 But this location is definitely less sketchy than the one in Northwest Portland, which made me think we were about to get trafficked. 👌

People are friendly and helpful. Meat is great quality. Prices good. Rows are labeled well.

The employees are great. Be careful though because some things can end up being more expensive. In general though, they have great prices.

Like a mini Costco you dont need a membership to get into. Cheese and bulk meat section is great, employees are friendly and helpful. Too bad they close at 6 on weekdays.

I love Cash and Carry they have a wide assortment of food products and the assistance is great I refuse to go in the freezer and theyll go in and get whatever I want you cant get better customer service in that. I highly recommend.

Great selection with myriad chiller & freezer areas, so make sure not to miss those tucked near the back corner.

This is a fully professional foodservice storewith an emphasis on foidstuffs and disposables. While it has other restaurant supplies it is not a restaurant supply store. Prices, variety andquality are all competitive. It has the advantage of being open to the public

I came to visit this Cash & Carry on a Saturday evening needing to pick up some lettuce for a wedding down the road that had run out. I arrived with 5 minutes left in the workday, and entered the door. 3 employees were gathered around the cash register checking out a customer. I asked if I could get some lettuce for a wedding and two of the employees were fine with it. But one loudly and rudely insisted he would not sell me the lettuce. I didnt argue, I went to Safeway. But selfishly refusing service on a single item during store hours when he hadnt yet checked his drawer out has left a negative taste in my mouth for a long time.
