Generally a poor company with poor service. I have used them (because we have no other option) for the last 17 years and Ive had several issues with them over the years and recently I ordered a dumpster and paid for it but it never arrived. They were apologetic but that does not help the crew I had waiting for it. I simply cannot and would not recommend this company.Some of the worst customer service Ive experienced. They definitely know that you dont have a choice in garbage service and they make sure you know it too. I would recommend that the City of Portland not renew their contract.

Ordered service on a Friday. The lady on the phone was great. She told me service was active and pickup would be Monday. It was put out Sunday and passed by. This was a major inconvenience.

I had a problem with a problem with pickup of recycling. I called to have my complaint recorded and was hung up on by the person on the other end.Generally service is as it should be, but the one time I have a full recycling can, it fails to be collected.In this business, its a pretty binary result, either its a job done, or not a job done, this time, the job wasnt done.

Portland Disposal and Recycling’s service is not very reliable for consistence garbage pickup. And when their employees don’t pick up the garage you have to what until the next scheduled day. They will tell you “You won’t be charges for addition garbage.”. So that means you and your neighbors get to show off the full heavy duty garbage bags in our driveways.

They went above and beyond when we forgot to put out our bins. Came and grabbed, even though we were late! When a bin has been stolen, it was replaced immediately. Very responsive and friendly!

I’ve not ever had a problem with Waste Management. They are on time and have never missed a pickup. I try to put my bins in order so they can pick up easily, or at least I think I do, bc I can only imagine some of the situations that occur for them on the daily. They also have very responsive pleasant customer service reps.

You can always tell when their trucks have been on our street on pick-up day. Its not because of the bins set at the curb the night before, its the garbage they leave in the street when dumping the bins.

Truly the worst in Portland. Its so sad when we dont have a choice about garbage service in Portland. The drivers are generally great, but the office staff is out of control rude, and so unlike many other great services in Portland. When thats the case its typically a management issue. Unhappy employees = rude employees.

Awful!I purchased my first new construction property recently and called to have service started. Because the new property had not yet been entered into their system, I received a harassing and aggressive phone call accusing me of fraud a few days later. After speaking with her manager, this person realized her mistake, but still did not apologize.This is the epitome of a business that takes its customers for granted. Avoid if you can, as their terrible customer service will certainly reflect badly on you.

Awful awful awful. If I had another option I would take it in a heartbeat. In the last year their drivers have failed to pickup our trash/recycling at least 5 times. The office closes at 345pm on Friday (what a joke, right?) and we have Friday pickup. So they don’t send a truck to right the wrong til Monday. And then you get extra charges for an additional pickup! Oh, but when you call they say it wasn’t picked up because there was trash in the recycling (there wasn’t) and no notice left on the bin saying that in the first place. They’ll take the charge off “as a courtesy this once”. What a courtesy—to not be charged because their drivers miss your pickup. It’s infuriating and laughable.

Ive found the Portland Disposal and recycling people to be friendly and helpful, and had almost no glitches with garbage, etc. pick-up. I wonder why others experiences are so different? Theyre patient with me even though I never seem to get the bill paid on time (a smooth, easy-to-use online bill-pay would be very helpful, and save their office and me a lot of calls. . .)

Just received a past due notice, that came without a bill in the mail. I always pay everything as it comes in and have not received anything therefore I guess I haven’t paid it. I tried to call in to talk to someone about setting up auto pay maybe, but the options always bring me back to the menu. Bad service.

Dumpster Rental was great.I am totally happy with our weekly service from Portland Disposal so when we had a large amount of construction debris from a house remodel I called them. Melissa was very helpful and we set up delivery for the next day and pick up 3 days later.The dumpster arrived by 8:30 we had it filled by 9:30 and so I called to request an earlier pick up. The gentleman must have arrived while we had stepped out to the store because it was gone by 11:30. Great service. The man who dropped it off had a tricky angle in which to park it in our back driveway. Maneuvered it easily and put it in a handy location for us and, he obviously maneuvered it out of there too. Highly recommend.

I am so pleased. We forgot to take our trash out for its pickup, which is terrible since it was so full! I called, and the woman, Nicole, who answered was incredibly helpful and professional. She scheduled a pick up of our bin the same day. We were at work already, and the bin wasnt on the street. The drivers grabbed it from where it was and then put it back! I was shocked. Great service all around and the pick up fee was very reasonable. Thank you!

They do not pick up my motor oil. Per Metro Recycling and the City of Portland Solid Waste people: Motor Oil - in a see-through, unbreakable container, one gallon milk jug preferred, with a screw top lid. Place next to your recycling bins. Limited to a maximum of three one-gallon containers per collection day.1) In person, the driver told me I am limited to only ONE GALLON per collection. This is false.2) On a note left by the driver, he stated that it had to be in one gallon milk containers only. This is false.3) On the telephone, the female person told me that they will only pick up ONE CONTAINER per day. This is false.Read the rules, Portland Disposal and Recycling.

Ive honestly never thought about reviewing the garbage company, but jumped online and saw they only had 2 stars! Im figuring people only take the time to review after theyve had an issue and theyre super mad.... but Ive found Portland Disposal & Recycling to be reliable and theyve not done anything to call negative attention to what theyre doing on a day-to-day basis. The best service companies are the ones that do the job right and dont require any thought whatsoever on the part of the customer.

Do not use this company especially property managers. Not reliable. Rude staff. they make messes everywhere and do not clean up. I actually got tired of this company so I cancelled them and switched to waste management for a property that I manage. They were scheduled to take the bins on Thursday and they took them on Monday leaving my property with no garbage bins for the week until I get the new ones. They did not communicate this with me. This is a horrible company. Save your time and money!!

I had read the reviews, and while I have been irritated by the garbage/recycling thats left on the ground at times after they come, or the can left in my driveway so that I have to move it to get out of my driveway while in a rush to drop off a kid at school, I overlooked that for years. However, when they didnt pick up twice in the last few months, and I called and was treated as though it was my fault for not calling immediately, that was the final straw. Time to review. The customer service person just couldnt bring herself to apologize for the poor (lack of) service. Period. Full stop. No credit for a month of missed service (in total), just an offer for an extra bag next week. Portland Disposal & Recycling is expensive, has zero customer service, and unreliable garbage service. Any other takers for doing a good job here in Portland? Theres a job opening waiting for a courteous, reliable company. Who knows... maybe Ill do a kickstarter campaign to oust this 1-star company. And for the people who say do local business, that is for businesses who take pride in their work and their customer service. This company knows they have a monopoly, so they cant be bothered. This is a case where local is irrelevant to me.

Would give ZERO nilch nil no stars if that was possible. This company is terrible and doesnt care at all about customers. And worse, youre forced to have to deal with them via City of Portland. I echo other reviewers and SHAME on you City of Portland and this terrible lemon of a company.Why so bad? Lets start with multiple nasty notes left on the cans from the garbage pick up crew, at our previous place. Second, we called them up to start service at a new place and thought it went so easy and well. Had service starting on date X --- date X came and went, in the craziness of moving I didnt noticed I hadnt received the info packet, no garbage was picked up and no green waste can dropped off. So I called and asked what was going on. Oh, they had no record of any account being set up and told me to basically sit and spin with my garbage that needs to be pick up. Unbelievable.This company takes the cake on the worse business in Portland - there should be some kind of reward, like having garbage dumped on their lot - maybe theyll be happy to pick that up.

Trash is not one of those things we think a great deal about, but here in Portland we are blessed to have a thorough waste management plan. I had PD&R for 5 years when I lived in St. Johns, always timely pickups, never noisy before dawn, and easy access to extra hauling for minimal charges (something like $5 for an extra 60G trash bag back then cant imagine its much more now).Their customer service has always been friendly and helpful. And was so just now as I began commercial service (elective service, I couldve chosen any hauler for a commercial space as that service is not franchised with determined geographic territories).I am actually shocked to see so many hateful reviews; I would far prefer my money go local than to a Megalith like Waste Management.

I have had service with this company for 18 years without a missed or late payment. I was unemployed for a while last year so I switched my service from every other week to once a month. After I had steady income again I switched back to every other week. They charged me $12.25 for switching more than once in a 12 month period.

They wouldnt pick up my garbage because it was too heavy. I called the place during business hours and the girl I talked to was nice, intelligent and informative. She helped me and gave me a solution that wouldnt cost me a bunch more money. Ive read bad reviews about them but in this case anyway the girl I talked to there was good.

This company doesnt know the meaning of customer service. I was taking out my recycle as a driver was going by. I get that he was picking up the other side of the street, but he passed 5 houses that had no recycling out (It was a holiday so no one probably knew.). I was going to take mine to him so he didnt have to back up. He told me it was too late and I might as well forget about it. I called to complain, and of course they said the same thing. The company told me it would be a 7.95 charge for them to come back. THE DRIVER IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. Why not accept it?? Im seriously considering just dumping my own garbage. They know they have certain parts of the city so I dont believe they care at ALL.

Checked their website to find out how to place many broken down cardboard boxes. Says:Cardboard - Flatten Be sure cardboard falls loosely from cart. It may be necessary to cut large pieces. Did that, yet the recycling not taken. Called and told you must pile and tie the cardboard together. I suggested they add that to their website for customer knowledge and was told the City has that information on their website and a whole page devoted to composting. Golly. Thinking she was confused, I again said that it would be helpful to have this information on their website. Same answer from customer service. Tried to point out that if this is the case, then their website advises their customers to put out cardboard in one way, while the city instructs another. Aligning the two would be helpful for accuracy; the woman still didnt get it, so I said goodbye.

Worst customer service ever bar none. Ive had multiple cases where my garbage was not picked or my glass and when I call to inform them you get a snotty woman on the phone who just repeats herself and will not let you speak. Today for instance for week number two in a row they didnt pick up my glass Sir, are you sure he has even been there? Well, obviously not because its still here and its 3pm when it should be picked up no later than 10am. Its a new driver OK well? This is week 2... how do you know whether or not hes even been there? (With a tone) We just went over this... (as I go to finish my sentence I am cut off once again with WELL I WILL SEND A DRIVER OUT TOMORROW. I would rather run around in circles with a foreign call center person or deal with the DMV every damn day than to call this company. Crap service the whole way around.

Horrible customer service. One of my blue recycling bins was stolen in the middle of the night so we called them to get a replacement. They said they would replace it during the next service pick-up but never did. So I called them and after a long wait on hold they tell me their driver saw that I had two and so didnt leave me another one. I said if he saw two of anything then it must have been my compost bin next to the blue bin. She then said well there is a big difference between a green bin and a blue bin. Wow. Yes because I am making this all up for fun in my free time. Unbelievably rude. I have no idea what their problem is but clearly they hate their jobs and their customers. That was made clear by her snippy and condescending tone towards me.

We recently moved into a new neighborhood in SE and subsequently have a lot of extra cardboard boxes to recycle. We called the company last week to arrange for an extra pick up, a service offered by our old garbage company. They told us to just leave out anything extra on the usual pickup day. Well, we learned today that this company will just leave it all on the curb unless you have less than 3 feet, bundled. It would have been nice to know that when I called the previous week. Plus, guess what? Sometimes people have more than 3ft of recycling, especially when they move. Our old company (gruetters) was very accommodating in these situations, so Im just really disappointed with this company in comparison. They also missed a extra garbage pick up we had arranged for last week and charged us anyway. Im very displeased with this companys service.

The worst of the worst.My wife and I just moved into a new house a few weeks ago. Among the very first things we did was set up an account with them, since the bi-weekly garbage schedule causes a lot of buildup and because moving usually leaves one with a lot of garbage. My wife spoke with someone who claimed to set up our account, but said that they dont give confirmation numbers, but that they would mail us confirmation.No confirmation. This Monday, two weeks worth of garbage has been sitting out in the rain getting soaked. No pickup. I called these people and they said, quite snarkily, that no one had ever set up an account with them at all. No record of it. We just set up an account _again_ and ideally two weeks from now, our 6 weeks worth of garbage will be collected, but it might not, since these people dont a) give confirmation numbers b) actually seem to create accounts and c) know a thing about customer service.I think were stuck with them thanks to how trash collection is set up in this city, but I hope they go under soon. A terrible, terrible experience.

Although the care of MY garbage can after emptying has been poor to say the least, (I found my lid in the street, yet again, and this time it had been run over and is almost in two pieces!) when I called today to get a new can, from them, I was met with a very friendly person who let me know that when the new can is delivered, the old can will be picked up and disposed of and that because the new can is slightly larger, my bill would increase by $00.80 a month. I appreciate that I will not have a surprise on my next bill. So, 2 stars for garbage pickup but 4 stars for customer service.

Straight up the worst company I have Ever done business with. Ive owned my home for over 10 years and had nothing but issues with them. Recently I was met the morning following my garbage pickup with garbage on my lawn and street next to the cans. I called to complain and the rep at Portland Disposal told me that its been windy so it likely came from another home. I told her that that sounded unrealistic and far fetched and that a much more likely answer what that the garbagemen spilled it and didnt care to pick it up. I requested that they come back and clean up their mess, she laughed and told me that that would not be happening and then hung up on me. That alone would be enough for me to switch carriers if I could.Fast forward to this last pick up when my composting with not picked up at all. I called (and had to leave a message because no one answered) and no one has returned my call.Shame on you Portland Disposal for providing the worst garbage service AND the worst customer service in Oregon. Also, shame on the City of Portland for allowing this unscrupulous company to provide substandard service and not allow homeowners the ability to select a better company. The free market creates better service because I guarantee that if they could lose all their customers who dont like their service, their level of service would change Dramatically. Garbage service should be subject to the free market just like any other business.

Terrible customer service. Incompetent office staff.(the guys who actually pick up the garbage are great, though)I would rather eat the garbage every week than give my money to a basic utilities company that employs such incompetent people in their offices. I switched to Autopay in November and switched all of my utilities at the same time. Portland Disposal & Recycling was the one company that had issues and then acted like I tried to skip out my garbage bill at the home I own - Its not like a homeowner who lives here as their primary residence is going to skip out of town to avert paying a paltry sum for a basic utility.I called today to pay the $130something I owed and straighten out/confirm autopay set up. The first woman I spoke to acted as if I called for some maniacal purpose to taunt them about the backpay which was weird in itself. I asked for the manager and I told the manager the same thing, specified I was on my way out the door to the dr, I was extremely busy and would pay later today. The answer should have been, No problem, Ill send you and updated bill as you requested and you can pay online anytime before (whatever date). Have a good day.Instead:She (Nicole?) offered her personal cell phone but I suggested and took her email address and planned on dealing with this simple matter in a few hours when I could send the screenshots of the autopay confirmation from November and the phone screenshot showing that I was on the phone with someone there for over twenty minutes having already tried to deal with this same autopay issue. At a certain point when I said I had to get off the phone she literally kept saying WHY CANT YOU JUST PAY NOW? if youre in such a rush just pay now. PAY NOW. PAY NOW, this doesnt make sense so just get your visa out and PAY NOW.. She had me in tears before I finally just hung up on her and paid online like I had been trying to tell her I was doing. What the heck kind of person keeps pressuring a customer to stay on the phone, get my visa out etc when they are literally locking up their house getting into a cab and theyre in tears/audibly distressed.I was previously with Portland Waste Management, and never had this issue or any similar ones and they were my garbage company for the past ten years until I bought this house in ne where they dont have a contract.

Monopoly on the business means they dont care and it shows. When they missed our bin they said we can put out two extra bags for free. They charged me for both. They dont care as long as they get their money. They over charge for their terrible service. Id be better off going to the junk yard twice a month and pay half the cost.

The customer service is just awful - rude and confrontational. I only had some problems with my actual garbage pickup like them missing my yard debris and such. In general the garbage pickup was acceptable. So, here is the deal - hope your garbage and billing issues go smooth because you do not want to deal with the lack of good customer service.

So it snowed on my collection day and they said that theyd collect the following day and to leave my recycling and yard debris out. The next day when I came home only my recycling was taken. I called in to ask why, and they had a message stating that in order to get everyones collection they could only pick up recycling and trash. if Im paying for two items to be collected that day, I want both of those items collected or I want a refund for the one not collected. If only half of the food that I paid for comes to my table, why should I have to pay for the items that didnt?Because the restaurant was too busy and wanted to serve everyone?? And stop dumping my garbage cans in the street!

Monopolies should be illegal. I had my can out the night prior, but when it was not picked up, I thought it was a delayed schedule due to the prior holiday. So I waited. Next week, no pickup so I called. I made sure I did not raise my voice when I was told they will not be picking it up. I was suppose to call within 24hrs. I started into my rant about Monopolies in a calm voice and she hung up on me. I used Grutters sanitary for 12 years, I also have a 2 plex that is serviced by Sunset. They have hands down much better customer service. Even when you call Portland Dis, to just ask a question, they seam irritated and unfriendly. This is my only venting method due to the monopoly. I really havent had any problems with Portland disposal. Recently, I found my housemate had fallen behind on the trash bill which was supposed to be his responsibility. They had sent me a shut off notice, and my next paycheck fell outside the window.I called them and explained the situation. They were decent about it and made a note on my account on what day I received a check. I paid them that day.Ive had them as my trash collector for eight years now....no issues to date.

Im perplexed by the negative comments, as long as you put out for them to pick up what you have paid for, they do it and respectfully. Perhaps the ones complaining are the ones that overstuff their cans and expect them to make extra runs for them for free? Ten years, no problems and they will pick up extra things for minimal charge which is a lot cheaper than driving and paying steep fees yourself to dispose of yourself. Minus one star, as their online payment system still isnt working though making a phone call it can be done easily. They are polite by the way every time I call, if they have been impolite then most likely you are asking more than what you are actually paying for. BTW, garbage lids in the street? well, think about it, there is wind often all day and that is your responsibility to tie your lids down not them.

Ive watched for four weeks as Portland Recycling has thrown my bins agains my wooden fence continually causing the wood to splinter out. Last night I came home and found my fence broken through completely. Ive called them and been given a dismissive Without proof it was us statement.If I had another option for a trash service, Id take it even if I had to pay more. This is one of the worst companies operating in Oregon! Stupid and lazy workers. I had to chase the garbage truck down today when he didnt want to get out of the truck and pick up several bags of extra garbage (because of Portlands ridiculous every other week pick up) and then he says he couldnt see the house number so he kept driving. Ugh! 1. its your job to pick this up! 2. if you need the number and cant see it, use common sense. You should understand that addresses are sequential and in addition of fives. For example, 1000, 1005, 1010, 1015, 1020, etc. Children know this, why dont they? Useless service!

Were stuck with these guys because our house is a rental. Twice in a row the driver has taken trash out of my can and dumped it on the lawn in front of the house. They also abuse the can so much the lid has broken and the wheels fell off. This is my can that I paid for. This company really is a joke, Ive lived all up and down the West Coast and even Western Oregon Waste was better than this lot. Please can I have Waste Management? They did great in LA and Southern oregon.

Garbage collection missed my entire block on Christmas week. They were then closed until Tuesday. When I called Tuesday, I was told that unless I notified them within 48 hours I have to wait 2 weeks for my next pick up. Apparently I was supposed to leave a message on their voicemail; even though they were closed the 48 hour clock was started and is now over. How the hell is anyone supposed to know that?Making a mistake is ok. Not fixing it is not ok. Having to deal with attitude from customer service is completely unacceptable. If garbage service was a free market and not a monopoly this company would go out of business. 1 star is too generous for this business.

There are so many reasons that this company should be booted by Metro...where to start? When we had snow about 2.5 years ago...they were completly unwilling to pick up trash for 2 weeks...even when the snow melted into slush. The adjacent neighborhoods company managed to pick up just fine. Then its how the trucks rudely drive over yards...every week and turn them into muddy, ruined messes....without ANY need to, as their Trucks are only 8.5 feet wide.....and even the small side streets have at least 16 feet of clearance....even with cars parked!!! Their trucks have been dropping smashed plastic bits, caps all over my neighborhood....Im picking them up. The CEO is rude and sexist....I went into the office several years ago, and he said, This little old lady wont mind, referring to me! Astonishing!

I have been dealing with this company for 20 years and they are still horrible. The customer service people are in helpful and regularly verge on rude. The pick up people regularly leave my cans so far out in the street that they get hit by cars.The website is horrible, not mobile friendly and overall difficult to work with, in addition to unfriendly staff.

They always pick up the trash and the recycling. The only thing close to an issue Ive had is one time the yard debris driver didnt see my can on his way down the street so I ran out and caught him on his return trip. He did give me a hard time about walking back across the street to get my can, but I stuck to my guns and he, albeit grumpily, emptied the can.

This company should not be in business let alone be contracted by the city. Customer service, and the manager, (Nicole?) were laughably/tragically hands down garbage. Pun intended. The city needs to cancel the contract and replace them asap.

I am so mad, I have had my yard derbies out for a month and they did not pick it up he never even got out of his truck to see if it was unloaded. I do relize one week there was a lot of snow and they did not pick it up because of that, but what makes me so angery is even the office I called and complained to brushed me off. Why are we stuck with this company? I can not even get anyone at city council to do anything. Why are we stuck with these lazy morons. Give us back individual garbage workers that were not afraid to work.Very mad!

This company is horrible every time I call to discuss action coming home to left garbage or yard debris I am told how it is my fault the hauler cant do his /her job correctly.They are a sloppy bunch and I dont know why there is no competition. I want a choice Portland recycling and diposal is a monopoly with terrible service

Your Driver on North Lombard just screamed a**hole at me for NO apparent reason... AFTER I stopped to let him back up into the middle of my lane. Apparently I didnt slam on my brakes fast enough with my kid in the car? UNbelievable.

Good folks--on the rare occasion when Ive had a billing problem--like when my credit card expired and autopay choked--they were right on it. And in about eight years of service, I cant recall a missed pickup.

Horrible billing practices. Service was suspended but no written notice and bills had been paid online. Auto pay doesnt work and the website payment system doesnt work. It often shows a different amount that what is honestly due. The office staff is confused, doesnt listen to voice mail, and then gets defensive...and dishonest, mostly because the billing system must be a mess and they have no clear idea what is going on. Very poor business practices. Garbage is all over the street when they do pick up and often recycling isnt picked up, or garbage, or anything.

They will come empty our garbage out but havent emptied our recycling and its starting to pile up now...the bill is paid and all we have is a bill that isnt due for another week or 2....and like others have said there is garbage as well in our yard and on the streets they better take our recycling next week

Terrible customer service, poor website and autopay design and implementation. Multiple weeks of not picking up my garbage for non-payment without notifying me of the fact. I call in to find out why Im not getting my service, but nobody answers the phone and the auto call service just loops over and over on itself, asking me repeatedly to select a number. After many time trying to call in I finally got a hold of someone. Then they proceeded to tell me it was my fault that the auto pay didnt work. Yet, my autopay did just one day before I called in. So, their autopay system didnt notify me that I hadnt paid and they didnt notify me that I hadnt paid and just shut off service. When I asked them to come by and pick up my trash and recycling they tried to charge me an additional $7.95 for each trash, recycling, and compost can dumped. And they still charged me for 3 weeks of service in which I did not get any service. I didnt think garbage service could get any worse than the previous company Weisenfluh. I really wish that the City of Portland would allow people to select their own garbage service. We would not have these terrible problems with refuse and recycling services if people were given a choice and companies actually had updated technology and processes of how to interact with customer. Very disappointed. :(

I have had them for my disposal service for years! If you pay like a day late they threaten to close you account. I made my payment but it was off a little bit and they threaten to close my account. This is like the 10th time they have threaten to close my account over the past 10 years. This company is crazy. Not Recommended

I OWN AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP HERE IN PORTLAND. I HAD GARBAGE AND RECYCLING WITH THESE GUYS FOR YEARS. I HAD MY MOTOR HOME PARKED OUT FRONT NEAR THE CANS AND I NOTICED MY RV GETTING A COUPLE DENTS IN IT. I CAMPED OUT ONE NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING WHEN THE GARBAGE GUY CAME I CAUGHT HIM SWINGING THE GARBAGE CANS(WICH ARE BIG) INTO THE SIDE OF MY RV. HE HIT IT OVER 6 TIMES AND DRUG IT ALONG THE SIDE OF MY RV. ALL CAUGHT ON VIDEO. THE DRIVER WAS ALSO CAUGHT ON VIDEO SAYING HE DIDNT GIVE A &*%* ON CAMERA. I TURNED HIM IN THE NEXT MORNING AND PORTLAND DISPOSAL WAS VERY RUDE. I HAD GOTTEN AN ESTIMATE OF 8K TO PULL THE ENTIRE SIDE OF MY MOTOR HOME OFF TO REPAIR ALL THE DAMAGE. THEY REFUSED TO PAY ANYTHING AND THE OWNER SAID HE COULD GET ONE OF THOSE FOR 1500.00. WELL UNFORTUNATLY HE CANT GET ONE FOR THAT. IT WONT HAVE LOW MILES AND IT SURE WONT HAVE A NEW TRANSMISSION. WHAT IS WORSE IS I RECIEVED THIS RV FROM A BUDDY WHO IS PASSING AWAY DUE TO A BONE DISEASE. THIS IS NOT A MOTOR HOME I WANTED TO LET GO HENCE WHY I FIXED IT. THE OWNER TURNED IT OVER TO HIS INSURANCE AND THEY SAID THEY WILL ONLY PAY FOR ONE DENT TO BE REMOVED AND REPAIRED. WELL GUESS WHAT!!!! THE SIDE STILL HAS TO COME OFF!!!! LISTEN PEOPLE YOU CAN SWITCH GARBAGE COMPANIES!!! YOUR NOT STUCK WITH THEM. CALL WASTE MANAGMENT OR ANOTHER PLACE BUT THESE GYS DO NOT DESERVE OUR MONEY AND THEY ARE ROYALY SCREWING ME. Leaves my cans blocking my driveway nearly every time. Cant you put them back where I left them neatly for you to pick up. Also, PLEASE fix the squeaking brake pads! Every truck squeaks constantly around the neighborhood all morning starting at sunrise

Ive had service with them for 5+ years. Terrible customer service. Rude drivers in noisy trucks before 6am. I would pay more to use a different company if I could.
