Very personal and flexible, willing to adjust to what I was looking for. The process took a little while, but they sent updates explaining where they were at in the process. Having the family videos so accessible is incredible and worth it.

I unearthed 13 early-2000s-era VHS-C tapes from my childhood bedroom closet and wanted to see what little 12-year-old me had captured on the old camcorder. I reached out to EverPresent for a project review and quote, and they were true pros. Great customer service, lots of digitization options, reasonable turnaround times, easy drop off and pickup, and, most importantly, professionally-digitized videos that Ill cherish for the rest of my life. Highly recommended!

I was totally satisfied with EverPresents services. The drop off arrangements in Portland ME worked just fine and I was impressed with the care given to make sure none of my original VCR tapes and cassettes were transported by courier so they wouldnt get lost. It did take a few weeks to receive my thumb drive, but it was worth the wait. They are busy. I plan to send them some more material in the future and recommend them to anyone who has old analog media that they want to digitize.

I would not use any other company. I was able to drop off my recorder and tape in Portland and they sent it off to have the recording transferred to a thumb drive ( there are other options).The recording was made in 1965 and I was thrilled to hear a conversation I was having with my two year old.Ever Present was always available to answer any questions I had. They practice good old- fashioned customer service for which I was truly grateful.

Easy drop off and pick up at Mainely Frames. Super 8 film made digital. Excellent quality - parents were very happy that they can now easily view their wedding video! Would recommend.

EverPresent was able to convert my fathers water-damaged 8mm film from the 1950s to digital so that I could see what was on them. So happy to see film of my mother, sister & myself, and well as other family members and friends. EverPresents service was great!

Dropped off some old tapes for a documentary film and despite COVID, EverPresent has been AMAZING! Because theyre unable to get the physical tapes back to me they sent a download link to access all the footage and have been great at replying to emails and updating me on project timeline! So glad we decided to bring footage here!

They did a great job of converting my grandfather Arthur Dows antique glass-plate negative pictures to digital thumb-drives. Here is an example, the picture is off the inner workings of a long gone Biddeford/ Saco Maine mill where his brother worked, circa 1900.

After a disastrous experience at a local photography store where we tried to have a variety of old family reels, VHS and other assorted out of date media digitized we were so lucky to have found EVERPRESENT. Everything about the process was seamless, from the easy drop off and the courteousness and clarity of communication to the professionalism and quality of the final product. Can’t recommend strongly enough!

I had some old film 1950 to early 60’s and converted a number of reels to dvd format I was impressed with the quality taken to give me a product exactly the way I wanted it done.

They helped me with years of old Hi8 film everything went smoothly and great customer service.
