Yesterday (10/5/21) at 1:15, out-of-the-blue I dropped off 4 VHS tapes and asked John to put them on DVD for me. I had no idea how much tape was there, because I havent had a VCR for nearly twenty years and had forgotten their content length, but I wanted it done, regardless. I also had an expectation that I might have to wait a while, since I didnt know the process or AVPs bench-stock workload. John said he would call me tomorrow and I thought that was generic, like how are you? doesnt mean tell me about your most recent pain. At 9:53 a.m. today (10/6/21), AVP called and said, Theyre ready. WOW! When I picked them up, I learned they had to do some extra fiddling to get it right, but it all was good and they charged the same rate as if it was routine. WOW AGAIN! I binge-watched the new DVDs and they are perfect fidelity to the original tapes. THREE X WOW! Dont even think about getting your media duped anywhere else. AVP is Awesome Value Performance! Then I found 2 additional tapes of my parents wedding that I wanted to restore for them as a 30 year anniversary gift. They were able to have those turned into a dvd next day! Highly recommend. I had old videos that were put on DVDs, then put into MP4 format and had specific clips pulled out and each put on thumb drives for friends as a gift for their birthdays (childhood videos). John was super fast and offered a fair rate.

Ive been getting audio and video work done at AVP for several years. Theres no job too cumbersome for John. Hes thorough, efficient, highly professional and takes the time and interest to add little details that I wouldnt have thought of. Turnaround time is excellent. Simply put, John is the best!

I had 50 video tapes digitized at AVP Media and one third of the tapes were digitized as negative images Communication with AVP about this problem produced a hostile response and that I would have to pay to have the images corrected and has refused to believe that my VHS tapes are OK I reviewed the tapes before and after being digitized and there are no digital images anywhere on any tapes I asked for a refund of the cost for the improperly digitized tapes and was told that I would get one then i was told that i would have to bring them a tape before I would get a refund I just want a refund so that I can get these tapes digitized somewhere else
