The administration is a joke. They treat their employees like dirt. Think twice before you work for this company.

I worked for CASA in the late nineties and early 2000s. I really shouldnt say I worked FOR you. I worked WITH YOU. I relocated to California but I will never forget or be more thankful and appreciative of the people and consumers who I worked with.Doing the same work here in California has been dismal in so many areas because the providers and day programs are for profit and the bottom line is less for clients but more for profit to management. A right to work state where if you might even have a suggestion you would likely be considered hostile. If you state a personal problem such as your dog needing emergecy care you are told its your dog or your job. When I had a sick dog wetook it out behind the barn and shot it. So I wondered if I would lie next time if my dog got sick or died. Im honest.Not CASA. You and your management cared as much about your staff as you do your consumers.I am retired and think often of Mary Cyr... Wendy.. Keisha.. Joanne... Katie... Jeffry... And all the managers who were always there for us no matter the problem. When we could always say how we felt.I heard about C passing. She was one of my first with J and K. I cant tell you how much I loved those girls.Working with Wendy, Katie and JoAnne were so organized and at the same time very caring. They held a wonderful balance with S and K. They cared and thats what its about.Mary Cyr. The woman who gave me confidence in myself and what I was doing. Love cant do it all. I will never respect anyone more.My reason for writing you is because I think of you all so often and I want you to know I love what you are and how you are doing it. You stand by your creed!Thank you for giving me the best years of my life in this career. You have no idea of the love I feel in my heart when I think of any one of you.Gerri Ziegler
