I this company is just focused on hiring people they feel fit their needs and theres not enough budget for much to do. My suggestion is to spend your time with a third party companies to avoid the issues with poor infrastructure, a system with many issues that still are being worked with. Its disappointing, but the best solution would be to send someone to investigate and see what the real issue is.

HORRIBLE NON-PROFIT, LIES LIES LIES AND LIES.......no not waste your time with this place. They used federal funds to hand out 500 gift cards that amounted to less than one percent of what the Fed Government gave them to give out to people. Then they close the application after only two or three minutes online. JOKE!!! I hate this place and the people who work here, GO TO HELL.

As an employee of United Way I can honestly say this is the nicest most caring organization to work for.
